Group HIIT1 in each session running four sets 30s with 19 to 20 rate of perceived exertion (RPE) Borg scale and two minutes of rest between sets. HIIT2 group running four sets of 60 s with the same intensity and four minutes rest between sets, training protocol performed three times a week and performed four weeks. 48 hours before and 48 hours after exercise, blood samples were taken. For analyzing data, use Mixed between-within Subjects analysis of variance in level of (P<0.05). mean percent of LYM, NEUT and NEUT levels did not change significantly (P>0.05). The mean of lymphocytes showed significant increase only in Group HIIT2 (P=0.005), difference between groups was not significant (P>0.05). leukocytes in the Both experimental groups was significant increase (P<0.05). The mean of immunoglobulin A in both experimental groups showed a significant increase (p<0.05). In the mean of immunoglobulin G, significant changes were observed only in HIIT1 group (p<0.05). immunoglobulin M did not change significantly in any of the groups (p>0.05). it seems that Short-term HIIT increase leukocyte counts and immunoglobulin A and G to a greater extent than medium-term HIIT. Abstract[1]This study was conducted to determine the different levels of dietary vitamin C and vitamin E on WBC fluctuations of sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus) in Dr. Dadman International Sturgeon Research Institute. Nine diets supplemented with a combination of 0, 100 and 400 mg/kg vitamin C, L-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate (APP), and 0, 100 and 400 mg/kg vitamin E, D-alpha- tocopherol, were fed to sterlet in 2 replicates for 15 weeks. Fifteen fish with the average weight of 350.92±14.28 were distributed to each of 18 tanks after adaptation with experimental diet. The fish were fed 3% of body weight per day. Blood samples were obtained from three fish of each tank at the end of the experiment. The results of blood samples at the end of 15th week revealed a significant difference between WBC and monocytes, lymphocytes and neutrophils (P<0.05).The highest and the lowest WBC count was observed in fish fed with diets containing 100 mg kg1- vitamin E and 400 mg kg1- vitamin C (diet 6) and fish fed with 400 mg kg1- vitamin E and 400 mg kg1- vitamin C (diet 9), respectively. Also, the highest monocytes, lymphocytes and neutrophils were observed in fish fed with diets containing 0 mg kg1- vitamin E and 0 mg kg1- vitamin C (diet 1), 0 mg kg1- vitamin E and 100 mg kg1- vitamin C (diet 2) and 400 mg kg1- vitamin E and 400 mg kg1- vitamin C (diet 9), respectively. On the other hand, the lowest monocytes, lymphocytes and neutrophils were observed in fish fed with diets containing 100 mg kg1- vitamin E and 0 mg kg1- vitamin C (diet 4), 400 mg kg1- vitamin E and 400 mg kg1- vitamin C (diet 9) and 0 mg kg1- vitamin E and 100 mg kg1- vitamin C (diet 2), respectively.              This study was conducted on 80, 3-5 year old mixed breed dogs suspected of dirofilariasis in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Islamic Azad University of Tabriz. The direct method and the modified knott’s method were used for diagnosis of the parasitic microfilaria. Hematologic parameters including white and red blood cell and platelet counts and the amounts of hemoglobin and hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), fibrinogen and protein were determined. This results of this study indicated that 20 of the 80 dogs examined were infected by Dirofilaria immitis microfilaria and the prevalence of dirofilariasis in this study was 25%. The mean levels of hematocrit, red blood cells and MCV in infected dogs were decreased significantly in comparison to the un-infected dogs and the mean levels of hemoglobin, MCH, MCHC and platelets did not show any significant differences. The mean levels of fibrinogen, protein, white blood cells and absolute and relative neutrophiles, eosinophiles, monocytes and basophiles were increased significantly and the mean levels of absolute and relative lymphocytes were decreased significantly in infected dogs compared to the healthy dogs.   Manuscript profile

The herbs Garlic, Elderberry, Black Seed have acknowledged therapeutic use in traditional medicine. With their immune-effective compounds, they are of much application in the traditional treatment of infections; the present study attempts a comparative investigation of the roles of the aforementioned herbs in the immune system and blood proteins. In this paper, the mice of the Balb/C genus were divided into four groups: control, 1, 2, and 3. Each of these received 50, 100, 200 mg/kg of garlic, elderberry, and Black Seed extracts respectively. The extract was injected using the inner peritoneum (IP) method every other day for 20 days. At the end of the experiments, blood samples were taken to conduct a count of white blood cells and an Electrophoresis of blood proteins. The results were evaluated through SPSS (Duncan test) at a Pandlt;0.05 level. The analysis indicates that Black Seed and garlic extract were able to increase the number of white blood cells. While Black Seed gave rise to the amount of white blood cells and also caused the Albumin, alpha-1 and alpha-2 proteins and the A/G ratio to increase, garlic was effective in raising alpha-1 and gamma globulin levels. This is in contrast with elderberry, which plays a significant role in decreasing the gamma proteinandrsquo;s density. The two herbs, garlic and Black Seed, impressed the immune system through changing the density of such blood proteins Albumin, alpha-1, alpha-2 and altering the number of white blood cells; whereas the result suggest no significant effect in the case of elderberry.
