        This study aimed to investigating the effect of organizational trust on knowledge commercialization in knowledge-based companies. The research method in terms of purpose is applied research and the method of data collection is descriptive and correlational. The population of the research Includes 10 knowledge-based companies in field of artificial intelligence and cloud computing which Based on the available non-random sampling, 91 employees of the companies were selected as the sample. The tools used in this study, were includes Standard Questionnaire of Organizational Trust of Elonen et al. (2008) and Standard Questionnaire of Commercialization of Danesh Sharifi et al. (2015). Content Validity of questioner was approved by the supervisor and respected experts. Reliability of questioner was approved using Cronbach's alpha and Estimated above 0.7. The data were analyzed by SPSS software. In the descriptive statistics section mean and standard deviation were used. And in the inferential statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to detect the normality of the data and regression test to analyzing hypothesizes. The results showed that the components of organizational trust including vertical trust, horizontal trust and institutional trust have a significant effect on knowledge commercialization in knowledge-based companies.         Background: Today it is apparent that having staff with high job satisfaction and the staff who work beyond their usual job and show an organizational citizenship behavior is very significant. Therefore, to reach this important aim, organizational trust can be very significant. Objective:  Investigating the effect of organizational trust is on job satisfaction of human resources and organizational citizenship behavior. Methods: This research is practical from the goal's perspective and from method's, is descriptive correlative. The statistical community of this research includes 800 employees of Mahabad city from different organizations. Collection of the data from 260 people was done by a standard questionary and Cochran's formula. Findings: Organizational trust has a positive and meaningful effect on organizational citizenship behavior (F=222/528 in a meaningful level of 0/000); organizational trust has a positive and meaningful effect on job satisfaction (F=337/393 in a meaningful level of 0/000); considering the standard indexes, vertical trust has the biggest share (0/338) in clarifying the organizational citizenship behavior in organizational trust, and the lateral trust has the biggest share (0/373) in clarifying the job satisfaction of the staff. Conclusion:  The results show that organizational trust can promote the organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction of the staff. Manuscript profile

          Background: Many articles on creativity and innovation begin with a general statement. The companies must be innovative otherwise they will die. Objective: This study investigated the relationship between organizational trust and organizational creativity in the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company in Kermanshah. Methods: This research is descriptive while using survey method; required Data were collected via questionnaire, to measure organizational trust, Alvin and others questionnaire  (2008) were used, and for measuring organizational creativity Randsip questionnaire (1979) was employed. The reliability of organizational trust questionnaire was 0/81 and organizational creativity the reliability was 0/78. The Cronbach alpha of both questionnaires were  more than 0/70, so both questionnaires had enough reliability. Statistical Society included some 300 employees of the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution of Kermanshah. Based on a stratified random sampling, some samples were selected from among 148 questionnaires. Results: To determine the normality of obtained data the  Kolmogorov - Smirnov test was used. The test confirmed that the samples are normal. Hypotheses were tested using Spearman correlation test and the results were positive and significant correlation were observed  between trust and creativity. It means the more employees’ trust to their organization, the more innovative. The results of multiple linear regression showed that only two independent variables, vertical trust and institutional trust are related to the creativity dependent variable. Institutional confidence coefficient equal to 0.79, has the highest proportion of variance in the dependent variable creativity. Conclusion: Trust is a key element for the success of the organization. The results indicate that low levels of trust in reduced productivity, lack of innovation and creativity. On the other hand, increased levels of confidence in the staff mentality, enhance creativity and innovation and contribute to effective change.       Manuscript profile

        Today, success in the labor market, with the knowledge that an organization can produce, the faster the rate of accumulation of knowledge generated directly related. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of organizational trust on the success of knowledge management systems. The research population consisted of 95 middle and senior managers, experts and users knowledge management system and the enumeration method be used to collect the data. To assess this, a conceptual model based on the literature review and questionnaire design used. Path analysis was used to examine the relationship between the variables of the model in the context of structural equation modeling (software PLS) has been used. It is necessary to confirm or reject the hypothesis of coefficients and standard errors for all the confidence coefficient of 95% and 5% levels respectively.         In recent years, trust between managers and employees has been highly regarded for reasons that have affected the organization's impact and success. The purpose of this research, which is done, is to examine the effect of employees' trust on managers (vertical trust) on the success of the knowledge management system. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of employees' trust in managers on the success of knowledge management in one of the ICT domains of Tehran in 2015. To elaborate a conceptual model, theories and models related to topics and research backgrounds have been extensively studied and a model that verifies the trust between managers and employees (vertical trust) and the success of the KM system, their interdependent design. Analysis has been analyzed. The statistical population of the present study consisted of 75 high and medium managers and experts and users of knowledge management system. Sampling method was used for data collection. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between vertical trust and the success of management knowledge in the field of ICT. It was also concluded that trust, the factor affecting vertical trust has the lowest correlation and evaluation, the factor affecting vertical trust with the highest correlation with the success of knowledge management knowledge.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational trust with the mediating role of job stress on employees' performance among the employees of Pira Drilling Company of Iran and descriptive-field method. The statistical population of this research was 512 employees of Persia Drilling Company of Iran. Using random sampling method and Cochran method, 220 people were selected and the data were collected through standard three-way questionnaires, the validity and reliability of which were computed. . Then all of the hypotheses were tested using the statistical harassing software and at alpha level 0.5. All the hypotheses were confirmed and it was determined that organizational trust, both individually and with mediating role, affects the occupational stress and organizational performance.         This research is aboutthe relationship between different aspects of organizational trust and organizational commitment of the staff. The statistical population of this study consists of 1500 employees of Educational Office in Mahabad city; and the sample's capacity is 306 people that was calculated by using Cochran method. In order to investigate the organizational trust we used the method proposed by Alonen et.al, and we used Allan and Meyer's method to investigate the organizational commitment. We used Friedman's test and Pearson's coefficient test to analyze the data and to examine the hypothesis. The present research is consisted of a main hypothesis and three supporting hypotheses. The results of the main hypothesis show that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between organizational trust and organizational commitment. And the results of supporting hypotheses show that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between organizational trust (vertical trust, lateral trust and institutional trust) and organizational commitment. The results also show that there is a meaningful and positive relationship between all aspects of organizational trust with each other and also with all aspects of organizational commitment.
