        Today, theories of IT management, knowledge management, development management and value management are known as modern management schools. The foundation and foundation of each organization's culture is the values of that organization The value management system defines the value in three specific steps, defines the core values of the organization, communicates the values set and grasp the values of the organization's activities and activities. The main objective of the present study is to identify the factors affecting value management in which the researcher seeks how to create value management at the Office of the Directorate General for Voice and Television Education. The research has been done from the point of view of applied and descriptive-correlation method.The statistical population of the study is all managers and experts in the training of educational centers of the country's broadcast (121 persons). Data gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by the Cronbach's alpha method of 0.96. The final sub-questions of the research were tested by T-test. According to the results of research, moral, social, economic, political, religious and cosmetic values have an impact on the effectiveness of the value management system. Considering the results of Friedman's ranking, the most important factors of moral, social, economic and beauty values and the factors of political value And religious beliefs have the least impact on the management of value at the General Directorate of Sound Education Management.         The aim of this research was to devise a framework for fostering critical thinking skills among students within high school environments in Kermanshah. Employing a practical approach, the study adopted qualitative methods to attain its objectives. Participants consisted of experts, practitioners, and researchers familiar with the subject area. Utilizing purposive sampling, 23 individuals were selected based on theoretical saturation principles. Through a combination of document analysis and semi-structured interviews, data were meticulously analyzed using coding techniques, with Grounded Theory emerging as the primary method for theory generation. Results underscored the pivotal role of cultivating thinking management in the pedagogy of critical thinking within high school contexts. Moreover, findings highlighted the significance of facilitators' and students' professional competencies and personality traits, thoughtful planning, and familial influences as key determinants. Contextual factors impacting thinking management education encompassed supportive frameworks for managerial development, emotional dynamics within the classroom, strategies for teacher engagement, and adherence to authoritative guidelines.         The statistical population is the staff of the Industrial Management Organization. Data collection was done through a researcher-made questionnaire on the job path and staff training questionnaire. The sample was collected using the Cochran formula by a 110-person sampling method. Independent variable is the management training of the staff of the Industrial Management Organization and the dependent variable of the employee's job pathway, which was adapted from the components of the job path of the Edgeard Shine model (eight components), was studied. To test the hypotheses, Pearson correlation test was used and its output was analyzed using SPSS20 software. At the level of 99% confidence, employee training management has an impact on the components of the job pathway of the service organization staff. Also, the effect of independent variable on dependent variables was investigated by multivariate regression method, The effect of educational management on independent variables / independentness, public management competence, creativity and entrepreneurship, pure challenge, lifestyle in the level of 99% is significant (Sig> 0/01). The effect of training on security / stability variables, technical competence, service, or loyalty to an ideal is not significant at 99% confidence level (Sig< 0/01). Manuscript profile
