        The concept of the quality of time is a new subject which is considered by researchers and Collegiates specially in Iran. The quality of life has two main approaches: objective and subjective. In this research the quality of urban life with objective approach with considering cultural- social, economical, Skeletal- enviromental and envriomental approaches, is considered and the research methodology is descriptive analysis. The findings of Inventory field is analyzed with SPPS software with the help of average and single sample Statistical t tests, single sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and multi variable linear regression. The results of single sample t tests shows that the conditions of the quality of the refugees’s life in Firoozabad village in Rey city is low and is evaluated less than the averaged limit. The results showed that planning for social and economical indexs is very effective for improving the quality of refugee’ s life in Firoozabad village in Rey city. Manuscript profile

        Social capital is a quite new concept in the realm of sociology which rapidly has found its place in different fields of science such as medicine, psychology, economics, politics, urban planning, etc. Social capital has a close relationship with the quality of life and this relationship can be a gateway for the conception of social capital toward urban planning. The aim of this study is measuring the relationship between social capital with quality of life among Sagez inhabitants. The method of research is survey. This survey contains 69 questions, certified by some professors of sociology and its stability is based on pre-test method via Alpha kronbach (0/90). This survey covers samples of 382 inhabitants and SPSS has been used in order to elicit the results of the survey. The results show that there is a meaningful relationship (with confidence coefficient of 99 percent) between quality of life and social capital, social trust, social involvement, social network, participants’ income level, and participants’ education. Also, among variables that have been studied, social trust with the highest correlation coefficient has increasing effect(r=0/559) on the quality of people lives. Manuscript profile

        The quality of life has recently been proposed in the literature on sustainable development and social development planning and new economical discussion. .Although the relative importance of environmental quality is still under debate improvement   and consequently  maintenance of urban residential environment is if crucial importance .In our country housing seal is a good example of planning for housing , particularly for low – income and poor segments of society. The housing seal is a housing lower than average expectations of quality in society. So the people who are living in have a lower quality of life. .A large number  of Mehr  housing projects have been implemented and exploited in many cities in Iran moreover, a lot of studies have been carried out on this fild. Our purpose in this study is the comparative study about quality of life in the housing seal in three western and important provinces . . The method is descriptive – analytical and the study is a practical one. The data is gathered from the libraries and also by the use of questionnaires. The population includes the residents of over 15 years old in housing seal. The sample of 301 people is chosen by Cochran’s Formula. To analyze the data, SPSS software is used.. The findings reveal that four indexes including the index of housing quality,environmental quality,the quality of free time and the sense of belonging have the average lower than the satisfactory norm and the other four indexes including the quality of the access to the infrastructures ,the quality of neighboring relationships and the quality of employment and income have the average upper than the satisfactory norm.         The main purpose of this research is determining indicators for evaluation of subjective quality of life in urban areas in Dogonbadan city. This is a descriptive-analysis  study the data for which  was collected through questionnaire  developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) quality of life by urban areas resident and through surveys studies. The sample size was estimated utilizing Cohcran’s formula and with respect to The Maximum Heterogeneity(p=q=0.5) at 385 participants through quota sampling technique of seven urban areas in Dogonbadan city. The data analysis was conducted utilizing simple method to solving Fuzy ideal option. Furthermore, in order to recognize homogeneous groups in terms of level of satisfaction in urban areas in Dogonbadan city, cluster analysis method was used. The results shows the district  number five in all measures of quality of life, compared to the rest of the city, due to civil activities, better accommodation and high-income families affiliated  to  the financial support of the petroleum company is having a better situation. Furthermore, district number three as the old social fabric of the area and due to the lack of a common identity along with  the second district , respectively, have the worst  measures of quality of life.         The goal of this essay is to analyze the spatial quality with emphasis on institutional life in villages of Lahijan city. So this essay first paid the management of rural and VA (village assistant) and then with VA issued a set of 14 items from duties as elements of the interface between government and people evaluated and their role in determining the quality of life in villages. This research is based on analytic-descriptive and applied study is based on objective. The study population included 182 Villages in Lahijan. The number of samples using the Morgan formula, 385 families has been randomly selected for sampling. Analysis of data obtained from questionnaires by SPSS software and using Spearman test has been conducted. The results indicate relatively good quality of life from an institutional dimension in rural area in Lahijan city.The VA could entice the relative satisfaction by doing the civil works like asphalt, naming the passages and supplying the environment cleaning and so on in the villages in which there isn't any management.
