The origin of this difference includes: is having sexual relationship necessary in matrimony or not? If we consider having sexual relationship necessary in matrimony, the condition that prohibits it, is refused. But if not, that condition is valid. The author in this article tries to reveal a third view according to time pertinent as a stoop modification. He suggested that pertinent of espousal and being licit is pleasure and stoop counts as pertinent of espousal predication. But, removing and ignoring of this in matrimony life are in the opposite side of ordered rules and plausive behavior, because such a condition is one of the antitype of banning permissible and denies exterior effect of espousal and has a difference with tradition. One of the important issues of epistemology is the question of subjective existence and how it is adapted to objective truths. Muslim scholars believe that one must play the role of intermediary. Reflecting on Mulla Sadra's works, we find that she paid close attention to this issue and did not offer a unified view of this research question. Mulla Sadra, in the first place, like most other scholars, believed that nature plays the intermediary role between subjective and objective truths, and that his nature is the specific meaning - the motive in our answer. " The authors believe that Sadr al-Mutallah has departed from this theory in the second step and has stated her particular theory that the purpose of conforming the mind to the same is to objectively conform the supreme existence of the essence to its particular existence. In this approach, Mulla Sadra distinguishes between the ascertained by the real and the self-conscious, and the emergent by the emergent for the perceptual powers of the self, and believes that in this approach the mode of existence is different, one being strong (external) and the other being. Poor, not in nature. Based on five reasons - Mulla Sadra's view of the nature, rational perception, substance movement, authenticity and form of existence - the authors believe that the second theory is more compatible with Mulla Sadra's philosophical system and can be referred to as Sadra's final theory. This study aimed to identify the causes of instability of democratic developments in contemporary Iran. The four waves of transition to democracy in Iran are: the Constitutional Revolution, the Oil Nationalization Movement, the Islamic Revolution 57, and the Reform Movement. But at every turn we are witnessing a fragile democracy. To explain this issue, experts have proposed their views. Samuel Huntington's integrated theory has been proposed as a guiding theory in qualitative analysis by emphasizing the role of leadership ability as a Agency And the influence of the nature of government, civil society and international conditions as structural conditions in contemporary Iran has been proposed as a guiding theory in qualitative analysis. The historical-comparative method with Boolean algebra has been used. The result of the qualitative analysis of this research shows the power of explaining the structural aspect of Huntington's theory. Although the ability to lead and influence the great powers such as the United States, Britain and Russia have been influential in contemporary history, But they have not been a sufficient condition for the consolidation of democracy. In the final analysis, the weakness of civil society and the fragility of the nature of the state (patrimonial, rentier and ideological) are considered as a necessary and sufficient condition for the event of fragile democracy in contemporary Iran.
