Background and Objective: Considering the fast-growing destruction of natural resources and the existing threats ‎to bio-diversification the necessity of investigating and elevating the conservation level of such areas‎ has become a challenge. The forenamed research with purpose of Alvand No-Hunting Area of zoning, for the sake of access to conservation optimum pattern and development was performed. Method: Using system analysis led to the creation 1434 was environmental unit which the Ecological Capability Evaluation of each unit respect to the appropriateness zoning were identified in the area. Finally, with Prioritization and zones Organizing, zoning map serve as sample planning was prepared. Findings: The results suggest that in the study area, zone 2(%62/33) was the first priority, respectively, zone 11 (%22/20), zone 6 (%8/22), zone 3-4 (%7/01) and zone 5 (%0/20) were the next priorities. Discussion and Conclusion: due to the high percentage of protected zones of Alvand region (%62/33), and also due to the corridor between the two protected areas and gorge of worthful Ovis orientalis species benefits the high conservation value respectively. Investment in CSR domain in organizations like banks which are profitable in nature and their existence depends on public trust of the community and customers, is essential and is rooted in the realization of cultural pattern in the field of social responsibility.Relying on the necessity of investment and by raising 3 main questions, the present research has tried to identify the CSR domains of banks, numerate the cultural features and lastly to assess the situation of banks in performing CSR according to the obtained criterion and present the four- dimentional and quantitative formats in order to explain the necessity of investment in this area. The method of this research is both qualitative and quantitative, which initially conducted a deep interview with the university and banking experts to recognize the domains and numerate the related features of the cultural and after the theoretical saturation, as a result four areas including customers, staff, community and environment were numerated and then 49 features of the cultural were extracted and classified via Tem analysis. In the next, in the quantitative part of the research, using the extractive data from the qualitative stage, a questionnaire with the Cronbach's alphaco efficient of 0.855 was designed using the available method, it was given to the experts. After statistical analysis using the mean and T test, it was found that the banks in CSR areas had weak and unacceptable performance due to lack of a cultural pattern in areas, had an unacceptable performance and havent invested in field. Tree growth has a great ecological and economic importance and stem analysis is one of the reliable and widely used methods which is used to study the growth of different attributes of the trees. In the present study, we evaluated diameter, basal area, and height and volume growth of two fast growing species (namely Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum). After falling down the trees, 5 centimeter thick disks at 2 meter intervals were collected and transported to the laboratory. The thickness of the annual rings was measured in two perpendicular directions up to1millimeter precision. The results showed that the highest value of the current growth of diameter of Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum occurred in 4 and 6 year ages, respectively, equal to 1.5 and 5.4 cm and the highest value of the current basal area growth of Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum occurred in 9 and 10 year ages, respectively, equal to 0.1 and 0.14 square meters. Furthermore, the highest value of the current growth of height of Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum occurred in 6 and 9 year ages, respectively, with value of 1.3 m 3.1 m and the highest value of the current growth in the volume of Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum occurred in 8 and 12 year ages, with a value of 0.094 and 0.1 cubic meters, respectively. Finally, there would be concluded that both of these species in such sites can meet the environmental needs such as green spaces as well as economic goals such as commercial wood product. Banks are considered the countries 'economic development engine through collecting small and wandering capitals in economic system and granting privilege besides providing banking and financial services through various strategies. Banking activities with any related strategy are done in community domain and banks cannot be indifferent to their responsibilities toward the society in which they perform their activities. One of the most practical, and yet efficient new strategies of the banks is the careful and accurate use of CSR strategy. Banks can create a positive image regarding their brand and improve their economic function by means of their social responsibility strategy. This research has been done based on deep interviews with 10 university and banking system experts and fulfilling the theoretical saturation hypothesis. Via TEM Analysis method, four main domains were extracted from the contents of the interviews which separately consist of 15 cultural features in clients’ domain, 14 cultural features in staff’s domain, 14 cultural features in community domain and cultural features in environment’s domain, totally 52 features were recognized so that with a new approach to be able to compile and implement the state banks’ social responsibility strategy with Iranian Islamic approach.
