        This study is struggled to reply this question; the existence of the strategic alignment in the international marketing domain would caused export performance improvement. After that a decision support system (DSS) about export strategy alignment is presented. This research from the view of objective is a casual research and because of the research presents a model in the strategic level for export strategies, it is a developmental research. The study performed in Iran’s petrochemical companies which had export performance. The level of analysis is organization. The method of data gathering for export performance is external secondary data (Industrial Management Org. reports about IMI500 and the financial statement of the companies) and for determining the degree of strategic alignment the strategic reference points (SRP's) theory is applied. The result shows that: (1) Higher export strategies alignment caused increasing in the export performance, (2) Fuzzy measurements of strategic alignment and export performance caused a more accurate statement for reality, (3) In this research the utility of the fuzzy model to present a DSS for management has approved. The purpose ofthis study is to evaluate the maturity of strategic alignment in Irans Port and sailingorganization. the alignment factors identified in Luftman strategic alignment maturity modelform the basis of the present study. Luftman model is comprised of five levels, each consistingof six factors. The statistical population of this study consists of CEOs , CIOs and IT experts ofport and sailing organization who are 55 people and were chosen by cases and samples. Thedata was collected using an eight parts questionnaire to determine organization's current status.The result of the analysis of data indicates that according to the idea of manager, the port andsailing organization is at the third level of strstegic alignment maturity(stablished focused).theperspective of the improvement is toward forth level of the strategic alignment maturity.         Background: In the context of its review, human resource management and organizational behavior. Objective: Floating Pattern Codification of Human Resource Management Development Based on organizational cultural factor. Methods: The hybrid research methodology (quantitative and qualitative) and in terms of purpose and terms of gathering information from the descriptive - survey with semi-structured interviews and questionnaires made in the community of experts, model with Fuzzy Inference System (software MATLAB) and determination among the north states of experts using structural equation modeling (SEM) were tested Lisrel software. Findings: The bureaucratic culture (34/09) more than other cultures (market, 25/08; clan, 21/04 adhocracy, 18/02) respectively, but preferred, clan culture with ( 29/04) more than other cultures respectively, four HRM strategy was explained that bargaining laborer strategy with 3/17 higher than other strategies (committed experts 2/97; free agent, 2/93; loyal soldier ,2/89) took place. Conclusion: confirming the theoretical and empirical fit model, this gap in National Gas Company human resource management strategies in alignment and fit the cultural context shows, The results showed that the cultural status (bureaucratic) and cultural preferred (Clan) with the status of human resource management strategies (bargaining laborer) have alignment and a perfect fit.         This study examines the Impact of investment firms ownership on management opportunistic behaviors in earnings overstatement, using the theoretical foundations of strategic alignment hypothesis, in a sample of 96, listed firms in Tehran stock exchange for a period of 8 years, from 2006 to 2013 that were simple random sampling selected. Data and theoretical foundations collected through library studies and analyzed using correlation method and multiple regression. The study results suggest that there is a significant and positive relationship between earnings overstatement and investment firms ownership. In other words, investment firms as a major shareholder, want to get the benefit of their investee firms. Investee firms managers maximize earnings for responding to its major shareholder too. This is approved in line with the strategic alignment hypothesis. The results also show that earnings overstatement have a significant and positive relationship with the variables of firm size, return on asset ratio and debt ratio. But there is a significant and negative relationship about operating cash flow. Manuscript profile

        People’s expectations about services quality and also the way in which they are presented are changing increasingly. Government and organizations should be responsible for these requirements and expectations. Nowadays organizations success depends on the alignment of business strategy of organization and information of technology strategy. Having supposed that there is a connection between private and governmental distribution, directors of real state agencies union tried to draw up andperform the project of organizing real tateontracts of thecountry and some purposes are considered for this project. The purpose of this research is to study the approaches of proving above-mentioned goals of the project to be true by relying on the concepts and theories of electronic government, services and strategy of developing services. These research hypotheses  have been made according to the study on way of implementation of organizing the elements of real state contracts, information transparency, controlling the contracts and integration within other related organizations. Researche in this study is done by description - survey. In order to gather some data, questionnaires have been used. They were distributed among 200 real state agencies located in Tehran city. 190 of them were completed and prepared for analysis. The hypo thesises test results showed the meaningful impact of two major and two minor hypo thesises.         In the literature of strategic management, strategic alignment has been recognized as an appropriate way to improve the performance, interaction and coordination between organization units and to create value in a competitive environment. In present business environment the most investment in organizations is in information technology, therefore organizations have no choice but to use information technology as a strategic resource to achieve their strategic goals, so the concept of aligning information technology strategies and business strategies becomes more important. Most research papers on strategic topics fall into two categories: process and content researches. Both groups have sought to establish a link between strategic decisions and performance, but the relative nature and intensity of this link remains unclear. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the contribution of strategy process and strategy content in the impact of strategic alignment on performance and agility in the automotive industry. This study is categorized as applied and descriptive. Data was collected by a researcher-made questionnaire. The content validity was estimated by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The statistical population of the study is consisted of managers, supervisors and experts of strategic management and IT departments of Iran Khodro and Saipa companies. For data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) have been used by AMOS. The findings show that the strategy process and strategy content have a significant impact on the performance and agility of these companies considering the mediating role of strategic alignment.
