        Background and Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of market orientation on innovation in the services of Saderat Bank in Esfarayen. Materials and Methods: The statistical population of the study consisted of all the official staff employed in the branches of Saderat Bank, Esfarayn, 240. According to the Morgan-Krejcy table (1972), 138 people were selected as a simple random sampling. In this research, two standard Nursing and Slater market orientation questionnaires (1990) and service innovation, a combination of Jimnz-Jimens and others (2008), Pennies (2006), Pyrago and Sochell (2006) quotes Chopani (2011) is used. Descriptive statistics (demographic information) and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Regarding the distance-numerical variables of the research, on the other hand, the result of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for inferential tests of the research was linear regression test. Conclusion: The results showed that market orientation and its components (customer orientation, Competitivism, responsiveness and customer satisfaction) have a positive and significant effect on the innovation of banking services. In this regard, the role of the component of competition is the highest and the component of customer orientation is the least. Manuscript profile

        Services’ Improvement and enhancing innovations are the actions that the hotel industry can do to satisfy its customers and create sustainable competitive. This requires to raise the proactive personality features in managers, so they can identify opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses by applying the knowledge and ability of employees and their strategic partners and then they can decide appropriately about environmental changes. The purpose of this survey was the effect of the proactive personality of managers on innovation and improvement of the customer services through the mediation of scanning environment, internal social capital, and external social capital. This survey was an applied and a descriptive study. The statistical populations were 206 managers and supervisors who were from three and four-star hotels in Isfahan and the sampling was done for 126 people by using the Cochran formula. The research questionnaires have been analyzed by SMART PLS and SPSS version 22. The results indicated the confirmation of all research hypothesis. Also the internal social capital had the maximum effect size on the service innovation and the scanning environment had the maximum effect size on service improvement. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of leadership style on the innovation of service productivity and processes in view of the moderating role of knowledge sharing in branches of the Mehr Economy Bank in West of Mazandaran province. The research method is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of this study was 800 employees of Mehr Bank of Mazandaran province and the sample size was 260 using Morgan table. In this research, a non-probabilistic random sampling method was used. The instruments used in this study were Charity Transformation Leadership Leadership Leadership Questionnaire (Dan Hartg et al., 2007), Palladino Service Innovation Innovation Questionnaire (2008), Process Innovation Questionnaire (Wang Wahmad, 2004), and Dan Hartgow Knowledge Sharing Questionnaire (2007),(Their reliability through Cronbach's alpha was 762/0, 725/0 and 781/0 respectively, and factor analysis method was used for validity verification. Research hypotheses have been analyzed using structural equation model with partial least squares approach through SPSS and AMOS software. The results of the assumptions test show that leadership style has a positive effect on productivity innovation in the organization due to the role of knowledge sharing in the organization of the Mehr Economy Bank in Mazandaran province.         Strategic management with its emphasis on strategic thinking has become an undeniable requirement in today's business world. Classical approaches to strategic planning have fallen into the trap of stereotyping and have been criticized by many organizational thinkers for neglecting its core essence, strategic thinking. On the other hand, the inherent disorder of strategic thinking causes confusion among strategic managers and doubts about the reproducibility of organizational strategic decisions. In this research, the intention is to investigate the effect of strategic thinking on innovation and the successful introduction of new products by Alborz Insurance Company. Standard questionnaires were used to measure research variables. The questionnaire was distributed among 126 sample people from the statistical population who are the managers and sales representatives of Alborz Insurance Company in Bushehr province. The research method was descriptive-correlational. To answer the questions and test the research hypotheses with Smart-PLS software, the method of studying structural equations and path analysis using the partial least squares (PLS) method was used. The results showed that strategic thinking and its dimensions (systemic perspective, focus on intention, smart opportunism, time thinking, and hypothesis-based thinking) have a significant impact on innovation and the successful introduction of products and services of Alborz Insurance Company.         Objective: One of the sources of meeting the information needs of citizens is the public libraries. Public libraries need experienced and creative librarians to provide services to their users so that they can use their knowledge and experience. By using creative ideas and knowledge sharing, public libraries can connect people and maintain the excellence of the organization and its position in the society. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and service innovation in public libraries of Semnan province Methodology: The current research was conducted in terms of practical purpose using survey.   To collect data, the questionnaire of Islam, Agrawal, and Aqida was used and distributed among the sample. The statistical population was the librarians of public libraries in Semnan province. The sample size was determined according to Morgan table 89 Librarians. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. Validity and reliability have already been confirmed in the research of Batani. Cronbach's alpha test was used for the reliability of the present study, and the coefficient was 0.93.Results: Findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge management (with the sub-comparisons of knowledge acquisition and creation, r = 0.658; knowledge dissemination and transfer, r = 0.709; use and Application of knowledge, r = 0.782) and innovation in library services. Examining the favorable state of innovation in library services and knowledge management shows that in all variables, the sample average is higher than the theoretical average, and the state of innovation in library services and knowledge management was favorable among library employees in Semnan province.Conclusion: The results of the present study showed the relationship between knowledge management and service innovation in public libraries in Semnan province. Examining the desirability of the state of innovation in library services and knowledge management showed that in all the investigated variables, the sample average was higher than the theoretical average, this indicates that the public library librarians of Semnan province have new ideas and provide services to the users and offer new services. Knowledge management plays an important role in the innovation process by creating a culture of knowledge sharing in libraries. Manuscript profile
