The division of the deceased’s inheritance/legacy among his/her heirs is an issue regarding which each heavenly religions has its own specific rules and regulations. As there are some differences regarding the inheritance in the Fiqh (Jurisprudence) of the religions, for instance though some subjects like oal (literally means domination and increase) and Taseeb (literally and legally means paternal relative, and legally it means the rejection of the amount of inheritance that is more than the share of heirs) are not covered by the Shiite Fiqh, such subjects and the rules regarding the inheritance are recognized by the State laws for respecting the followers of other heavenly religions. However the problems raises if the legator and inheritor/s are of different religions. For example when the deceased is Sunni and the inheritor is Shiite or vice versa. Given that the inheritors are not of the same religion and considering the differences in the Islamic sects regarding the rules around the legacy, a question raises that what will be the criteria for decision making in this regard? Answering the above question, it should be mentioned that: In accordance with the single Article on the permission for observing the status of the non-Shiite Iranian individuals, passed in 1933, and the explicitation made by the second clause of said article, and according to the advisory comments issued in this regard and the analysis of the reasons dealt with by the present study, the above mentioned Act shall be enforced. Blending of mysticism with Persian literature have enriched the language ever after. Enormous use of mystical concepts and subject by mystics and mystical poets have paved the way for researchers and have protected such valuable assets. Accurate knowledge and introduction of poets and their thoughts occurs out of their works they have left behind. Amir Khosrow Dehlavi, known as Indian Saadi and Indian Parrot, is a mystical poet of Persian speaking in Delhi, India, and is famous for his hardworking poetry works domestically and overseas, especially in Indian peninsula. He has left numerous poems and couplets behind. But his quintet poems due to his dexterity and the fact that he is among the best verse theoreticians, it is worth studying. Since Amir Khosrow had his learning on mysticism under the supervision of Nezamuddin Owlia, a chief of Cheshtiyeh Sheikhs, and used to be the best follower of his Sheikh, his mystical viewpoints and perspectives can guide us on a better understanding of practical mysticism. This paper tries have a survey on the expressions and mystical points that mostly noticed by Amir Khosrow Dehlavi.  Manuscript profile

Quint is divided into six portions to be spent on expenditure for God, the prophet, Imam (AS), orphans, the poor and wayfarers from Hashemian the believers according to all FOKAHA. Two parts of this famous Fatwa have been reviewed and evaluated in accordance with jurisprudence in this paper. The main result of the theory of this paper is that they are Imam and Islamic governor who are the main owners of quint and the others including orphans, the poor and wayfarers from Hashemian are consumers (those to whom quint is paid) not the owners of quint. Furthermore, being SADAT is not a necessity to being paid.  In other words, there is no necessity and no compulsory for these three groups to be Sadat so as to be entitled to receive quint. In this research, the determination of the best cultivation environment for stem organogenesis and the selection of the most suitable cultivar from Abu Jahl watermelon seeds have been studied. In order to obtain sterile roasted seeds, the inhibition of the seed shell was removed in concentrated sulfuric acid for 20 minutes. After washing with sterile distilled water, the seeds were transferred to a sterile culture medium. 20 days later, small pieces (cotyledon, terminal bud, cotyledon axis and root) were prepared from the roasted seeds and transferred to MS medium with different hormone treatments. All isolated cultures produced callus, and only the terminal bud treated with IAA and quintine equal to 1 mg in relitertolide produced callus, then it was differentiated into bud and branch. To determine the most suitable cultivation environment; Two cultivation environments were considered. MS basic culture medium with IAA and quintine treatment equal to 1 mg and MS basic culture medium, vitamin 2 equal to MS basic medium and benzyl aminopurine treatment 2 mg/liter along with naphthalene acetic acid 0.1 mg/liter. The terminal bud was separated from the sterile culture medium and placed in these two culture mediums. The design was based on a completely random block. Data collection was done in four stages. The ability to produce callus in the culture medium treated with benzyl aminopurine along with naphthalene acetic acid was higher than in the culture medium of IAA and quintine. In the cultivation environment with IAA and quintine treatment with equal amounts, branching and increase in the length of the branches were significant. In the culture medium, treatment with benzyl aminopurine along with naphthalene acetic acid caused the differentiation of callus into branches, but branching and increasing the length of branches were not significant. Monopulse is a technique which is used to detect radiation direction of waves. Radiation can be originated from active sources such as radar antennas, disturbances, etc., or passive sources, such as the reflector plates of an aircraft. Nowadays, monopulse technique has been used in many modern radar systems. In radar tracking accuracy, the criterion for evaluating the angulation function is the differential gradient. It needs to have accurate information about antenna dimensions and wavelengths. In this paper, the difference gradient value is normalized and can be completed with knowing the radiation pattern of the antenna without knowing wavelength and gate dimensions. Then, by choosing a four-horns feed, the feed is optimized based on the squint angle. The results indicate that in the whole functional range, the optimum squint angle has the least angular error. Simulations provide us with confidence in the superior performance of the radar tracker with an optimal squint angle for all target angles within the range of the pattern of monopulse radar. In this survey research which based on goals is applied and is done through descriptive-analytical method. Contribution of citizens of quintet zones of Rasht was studied. The N includes 679995 of Rasht population and the n (Cochran with 5 percent error) is 384 above the age 25. Because of 0,05 in Kolmogorov – Smirnov test, the whole data was considered abnormal. To study the relationship between variables, Spearman test was used. The result shows among the individual factors, educational level with 0.26 and among the management and political factors, transparency, city officials’ response, officials’ belief to people and preparing the people’s contribution with zero are meaningful to the variable attracting the citizens ‘contribution. Then non-parametric test Friedman was done to rank the variables. The result shows management and political factors with 2.13 is in first rank and social factors with 1.96 in second rank and at last individual factors with 1.13 are in last rank. In the last measure, to assess the differences of attitudes, the Kruskal – Wallis test was done. With regard to the result more than 0.05 for all variables, it was decided that there were no meaningful differences in responders attitudes in different parts of Rasht. Manuscript profile

One of the most important subjects in the field of industry and education is identification and isolation of the return of investment in research and development and its impact on economic growth. Since the cost of this type of investment is usually high, policymakers want to make sure that it is the real return and how it can be measured. In this study, the main goal is to investigate the effects of indirect R & D on economic growth in countries. To this end, we use regression quintiles model. Results show there is significant and positive relationship between spending on R & D and innovation as well as inventions and costs of training with GDP in high income and upper middle income countries. Also in high income countries, the higher the level of income of a country, human capital, human resource training, and the amount of inventions, play a greater role in explaining their output growth compared to labor and physical capital. While in upper middle income countries, physical capital still plays a major role in GDP growth.   Manuscript profile
