The subject of discussion is germane to an Islamic system based on the theory  of  jurisprudent’s  authority,  and  from  a  jurisprudential  and religious perspective, a fully qualified jurist must lead it on the one hand,  and  on  the  other  hand,  a  president  is  introduced  as  the executive  in‐charge  of  affairs.  Thus,  in  the  case  of  any  trouble between them, what are the correct and logical solutions from the perspective of political jurisprudence?  This paper investigates and elaborates on the relation between the two pillars  of  government  in  the  Islamic  system  by  analyzing  the jurisprudential and religious principles and constitutional articles as to the supreme leader and president.  Of the advantages of this discussion is that it evinces that if, from the perspective of religio‐jurisprudential principles, the supreme leader is in charge of all governmental affairs and has the right to deal with executive  issues  and  affairs,  the  role  of  the  president  is  either  a ceremonial one or to the extent of an executive deputy, and the votes that people cast are either for the expediency of the Islamic society or out of kindness and favor to people on the part of the ruler. Assuming that, the supreme leader will, therefore, be accountable for the present issues and events; however, if a president is in charge of all executive affairs and holds a supervisory and controlling position, it is the president that will be responsible for events and the actions by members of the executive, given his executive power.   Manuscript profile

Referring to the legal structure of official and legal authorities in political systems is a question that can be answered by reflecting on the philosophical-political thought of the separation of powers and also by analyzing the text of the constitution of political systems. In the American presidential system, the president is considered as the embodiment of unity and has a clear superiority over other heads of state. Also, extraordinary power has been given to the president in the following matters: implementing laws and monitoring their good implementation, directing the country's foreign policy and commanding the armed forces. This is despite the fact that in Iran's legal system, according to the requirements of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the position of leadership is the highest official and political position of the Constitution. In the meantime, the texture and structure of the constitution has been composed in such a way that it is not only limited to the cases mentioned in principles 110 and 112, but also any matter of public affairs, provided that it is within the framework of Islamic standards and is subject to public interest. be included in the aforementioned authority. Considering the political structure of the two legal systems of Iran and the United States, this article evaluates these two authorities through the lens of the Constitution. Manuscript profile

Power structure in the most Iranian families has evolved from authoritarian (patriarchal) to semi-democratic. This transformation has affected all aspects of the family, especially its legal dimension, in terms of the rights of members. One of the most important rights under influence of evolution is husband's rights. Therefore, in this research, we tried to examine the effect of the transformation on husband's rights, and we concluded that since the requirements of time and place necessitate the necessity of adapting laws with developments, therefore the legislator appropriate to the evolution of the power structure in the family has introduced new laws or amended former laws regarding the right of presidency, the right of divorce and the right of polygamy. However, there are still  some affairs related to these rights that have changed, but have not attracted the attention by the legislator and, as a result, have created legal gaps; therefore, changes to previous laws or the establishment of new laws are recommended by using the legal capacity of them.
