Background and Objective: The control of gaseous emissions of vehicles is very important issue due to high rates of car production in Iran and their toxic emissions.  In this study, in order to introduce a superior car compatible with environmental standards, the emissions of hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide by Peugeot 206, Samand and EL Samand during 2004-2008 were examined. Method:Preliminary data was collected from Vehicle Inspection Centers and statistical analysis of the experimental data. Moreover, the mean data comparison was carried out using Excel software and Duncan’s Multiple Range Test at a 5% (p < 0.05) alpha level. Results: The results showed that Samand and EL Samand significantly produce more hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide pollutants compared to Peugeot 206, while Peugeot 206 provides a greater amount of carbon dioxide. This could be attributed to the different mechanisms of combustion (complete or incomplete) in the vehicles. Moreover, the downward trend in emissions of hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide was observed during 2004-2008 by Peugeot 206 unlike carbon dioxide. Although, the amount of pollutants produced by Samand and EL Samand was declined. Conclusion: Therefore, Peugeot 206 is more appropriate vehicle in terms of environmental standards as compared to Samand and EL Samand cars. Furthermore, Samand in competition with EL Samand produces more pollutants. It is hoped that by systematic survey of the vehicles performance and improvement their quality the gray dust can be wipe out from sky. Manuscript profile

In the present paper, the main purpose is determining of the natural frequencies and mode shapes of cover clutch of Peugeot 405. Finally, investigated effect of temperature on the vibration behavior of cover clutch by using ANSYS Workbench software. Thus, obtained first twelve natural frequencies and its mode shapes at room temperature. After that calculated first twelve natural frequencies of cover clutch at different temperatures (maximum 300C) and computed with each other.the maximum word of my abstract is 72 words. please accept it. 3 - TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER CONCEPTUAL INVESTIGATION IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY USING THE GROUNDED THEORY IN TWO CASE STUDIES OF PEUGEOT 301 AND 2008

After accepting the JCPOA and despite Peugeot's absence from cooperation with Iran Khodro for several years, the company, with the aim of transferring technology, re-launched a joint project with Peugeot to produce two products, 301 and 2008, but like the bitter experiences of the past, This technology transfer project also failed; Therefore, in this article, the issue of technology transfer in the automotive industry is conceptually studied using the Grounded Theory of the foundation and the factors influencing it. In this article, from the beginning, technology transfer is assumed to be equivalent to knowledge transfer, and knowledge transfer is criticized in two categories: explicit and implicit knowledge. Based on the research background, the effective factors in technology transfer are classified into 7 groups. Then, the main questions for the project were collected in the interviews. From the interviews, 42 phrases called "conceptual perception" were obtained. The conceptual findings were then divided into 9 "semantic categories" and "root of weakness" in each semantic category. The results show that low competitive pressure in the Iranian automotive market has led to a monopoly, so that Peugeot Automotive Group has not transferred any of its advanced parts technology to Iranian suppliers of their parts.
