The importance of risk management in the pharmaceutical industry of each country reflects its ability to provide health in that community. The purpose of this article is to present a comprehensive risk management model in the pharmaceutical industry. In this study, it was attempted to collect data by means of a survey method after receiving the opinions of senior industry experts and experts familiar with the industry through a researcher-made questionnaire, and after confirming its validity and reliability. After that, risk types including financial and non-financial risks were identified and by using PLS software proposed a comprehensive risk management model. To evaluate the confirmatory factor analysis model, it is used the second most important index of estimation of variance error (SRMR). The value of the index is 0.079 for this model, which can be said that the model having had an appropriate fitting. This pattern shows that, non-financial risks are more effective than financial risks. Among non-financial risk sub indicators, operational risk with path coefficient of 0.970 has the highest effect, followed by management risk with path coefficient of 0.896 and then country risk with path coefficient of 0.818 and the legal risk with path coefficient of 0.765 have been determined as the latest influential indicator. And among the financial risk sub indicators, market risk with path coefficient of 0.969 has the most effect, followed by liquidity risk with path coefficient of 0.855 and the credit risk have been determined as the last effective indicators with path coefficient of 0.769. Background and Objective: The necessity of addressing the environment in the oil industry and related industries becomes clearer when we realize that it is impossible to move in the direction of continuous industrial improvement without paying attention to the environment. Environmental issues are a completely cross-sectoral issue and all members of the society, especially organizations and institutions, should take advantage of the power and efficiency of their organizations in preserving and maintaining the environment as a public duty from any activity that is related to pollution or prevent irreparable destruction of the environment. The aim of this research is to design an integrated management model for the country's energy sector with an emphasis on environmental policies. Material and Methodology: This article is a qualitative research. The statistical sample of the research (elite) has been selected as a cluster from among the members of the statistical community. In this way, the statistical population was first divided into different clusters (cluster of faculty members, cluster of oil sector managers, experts in the field of oil industry in 1400), then, according to reaching data saturation, a total of 25 experts were interviewed. To analyze the data in the interviews section, three stages of open coding, central coding and selective coding have been used. Data analysis has been done according to the grounded theorizing method after conducting the interview, during three stages of open coding, central coding and selective coding. To do this, Maxqda software was used. Findings: Based on the findings of this research, 18 components were extracted from the 101 primary concepts in the axial coding and finally, in the selective coding stage, 5 main categories were extracted under the headings of social dimension, technical dimension, economic dimension, environmental dimension and legal dimension. political and legal were selected as the dimensions of the integrated management model of the country's energy sector in the final model. Discussion and conclusion: Environmental and international policies can reduce the pollution of the energy sector, including oil, and the legal measures carried out at the international level can control and monitor the environment. Institutional and political factors play a key role in promoting the transition to renewable energy, and improving these factors can lead to decarbonization of the energy sector in the long term. Global financial development has no significant long-term impact on the transition process, which means that the entire financial system needs a fundamental structural change to accelerate the substitution between polluting and clean energies. However, in the short term, the impact appears to be negative and significant, highlighting the inadequacy of financial institutions and financial markets in promoting a sustainable path in the region. The worldwide development of Maintenance Management Models (MMM) underscores the need of various organizations to take into account contextual and organizational differences and to design a model that is congruent with their context-based requirements. The purpose of the current study was to design an executive Maintenance Management Mode based on the Interpretive Structural Modelling Approach. To serve the purpose, the constituent components of the MMM were initially identified through literature review and interviews with experts which specified 14 components and 56 subcomponents in the form of 6 essential factors. Next, Interpretative Structural Modelling was employed to establish the relationship among the components and subcomponents ant to sequence them accordingly. Eventually, the overall structure of the MMM was proposed based on expert views and the statistical analyses. The findings indicated that six fundamental components including leadership, infrastructure, fundamental principles, support, improvement and Excellency constitute the very basis of the maintenance management in each technological organization. And that other components and sub-components emanate from these six components leading to ultimate improvement and Excellency of the organization. Manuscript profile

A number of 65 teachers were selected randomly based on the Cochran formula. Data gathering tool for measuring organizational culture was Denison's standard questionnaire and for measuring knowledge management a new questionnaire was developed. Cronbach's Alpha test showed a reliability of 0.89 for organizational culture questions and 0.83 for knowledge management questions. The results showed mission culture as the highest and adaptability culture as the lowest dimensions. Among the knowledge management factors, the highest rank belonged to knowledge identification and knowledge goal and the lowest was knowledge measurement.
