        Abol Ghosem Ferdowsi and William Shakespeare are two Persian and English writers who lived apart almost 600 years .They created the artworks and masterpieces full of mystery and special features. Both have a global reputation and their transnational phenomena, respect for humanity and people would wave in their valuable works.This paper examined one of the characters in the Ferdowsi's Shahnameh, Sodabe who is associated with Siavash. The Shahnameh demonstrates a lot of research on the epic of heroism and bravery, however here we want to highlight the role and the temper of Sodabe as a betrayed, jealous, and vengeful woman.On the other hand one of Shakespeare's tragedies Macbeth is the tragic story that shows hatred, envy, revenge, betrayal and physical and psychological torture, of Lady Macbeth. Sodabe and Lady Macbeth are the two main characters who are trying to emphasize the role of the feminist aspects to be looked at two significant works. The purpose of writing this article was to show the role of women in these two literary selected dramas and to state the similarities between these two traumatizing women who have the essence of evil in themselves and their bold and trick attitudes have a great impact on their spouses and their performance of the bloodshed, killing and war. These women were seeking self-determination, or power. The main question was: “which one man or woman can use power in the best way? To be powerful is suitable for man or woman? This research claim that women's rights and regretted the negative perceptions of women and hope that tomorrow's society, not a society of female or male dominated patriarchal society but the meritoriousness is the best form .         The world of Macbeth is a wasteland where temptation awaits those who are inclined towards it.  This drama is a tragedy of fear and trembling, butchery, violence, crime and above all annihilation.  Everything happens in a fast pace, yet swftness exists alongside slowness in order to emphasize the paradoxical structure of the play.  The main characters undergo changes in the course of the play and in different stages present variety of linguistic features.  Their world are pictured in terms of moral, political and religious ideas.  Ambition, bravery, fear, evil, injustice, isolation, and dispair are clearly illustrated.   The purpose of this article is to discuss and compare the main motifs such as Farr, two bodies of kings, the concept of time, order versus inorder, downfall of the heroic era, invincibility, absurdity, and supernatural forces  in Rostam and Esfandyar, the greatest epic tale in Shahnameh and in Macbeth.    Manuscript profile
