        Known as Sheikh Najmoddin the Great, Abuljenab Ahmand Kheivi was the famous commentator, relationist, and mystic of Islam and Iran who spent the two decades of his life on scientific and spiritual research in Islamic territories. In his journeys, he learned the special science of relation and mystical and spiritual journeys from the great scholars of his time and then after refining his soul, learning spiritual science, and achieving the ability to teach out of his own sheikh, he went back to his hometown Kharazm. Over there, he began extending his mystical teachings and supporting the enthusiasts. In addition to writing great deal of works on spiritual journeys, he nurtured followers from Khorasan and Mesopotamia, out of which he spread the mystical science despite the prevailing political and religious atmosphere throughout Kharazm kingdom. This paper endeavors to analyze the religious atmosphere of Khorasan , Mesopotamia and Kharazm after evaluating his scientific and religious life, together with his mystical and spiritual teachings in Gorganj, the east empire of the Islamic world, especially his debate as the advocate of Tariqa and intuition with Imam Fakhr Razi, the representative of Sufi and Reasoning school.         The research was intended to study the political, social role of Turkan Khatun during Kharazmshahian ruling era. In the Iranian history of post-Islam period, the most famous woman who had influential government's role and shortly reigned was Turkan Khatun, known as the "Lord of the World," Alaeddin Takesh wife and mother of the Sultan Mohammed Khwarazmshah. Ministers of the Sultan Mohammed Khwarazmshah whom were elected by Turkan Khatun, mostly obeyed her. She was fully dominating in the governments affairs in the reign era of Sultan Takesh and during the rule of King Mohammed had the complete jurisdiction and authority in appointment and dismissal of the ministers and governors. Turkan Khatun shared power with  her Tork relatives and invited them to take part in her wife Alaeddin Takesh and her son Sultan Mohammed Khwarazmshah ruling affairs.         Muftah al-Talibeen is a valuable work of which there are only two manuscripts - one in the Ganjbakhsh Library of Pakistan (No. 2853) and the other in the Library of the Prophet of India (No. 191) - and have not yet been reviewed or revised. This book by R.Mahmoud Ghadjavani (10th century AH) wrote a short introduction to Sheikh Kamal al-Din Hussein Kharazmi (born before 885 Kharazm) with an introduction and a short introduction. The first and second articles on the austerities of the Sheikh and the third article in Kharijite are his habits and the fourth article includes forty assemblies of his assemblies.Ghadjavani also had a poetic nature and sometimes composed some of his poems under the pseudonym "Mahmoud" in this text. In this article, the most important features of Moftah-ul-Talibin are written in three intellectual, linguistic and literary levels, along with a brief introduction to its manuscripts.         The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the academic performance of faculty members of Kharazmi University regarding their published articles in WoS, in 2000-2010 based on scientometric criteria. The method used in the present study was scientometrics, which is a quantitative one. Data was derived from WoS. First, the list of faculty members of different colleges was prepared. Then, their personal and academic demographics, for example: different versions of spelling of their names in English were listed. In order to specify the available information in WoS, the articles of faculty members of Kharazmi University was searched. On the whole, 1699 articles were found. The statistical population was all the faculty members of Kharazmi University which include 303 ones. The results showed that most of the faculty members of Kharazmi University hold assistant professor degree. Literature and humanity colleges, have the most faculty members. The highest rate of scientific production and documentation belonged to the members of chemistry College. There was a positive medium relationship between scientific production of faculty members and their degrees, and also between their scientific production and their received documentation. The highest mean of the H-index belonged to physical education college. As the whole, the result showed that the growth process of scientific documentation of faculty members of Kharazmi University was declining in 2003-2009, but during other years, the rate of increasing of scientific production of the university has been the same respectively.         The present study has been conducted to examine the effect of Transformational leadership and knowledge management processes on organizational innovation in Kharazmi University. The research methodology was descriptive and correlational. The population included all Kharazmi University staff that reached a total of 847 individuals. Through convenience sampling, 300 of the staff were recruited to make up the sample. In order to collect the data, three questionnaires were used:  transformational leadership by Boss and Aulio (1995), knowledge management by Nonaka and Taguchi (1995), and organizational innovation by Choopani (2011). For data analysis, structural equation modeling, fitness indices and path coefficients were utilized. The results of the analyses demonstrated that 1) transformational leadership had no significant impact on organizational innovation at Kharazmi University (ß= 0.09, t= 0.48); 2) knowledge management processes had direct significant effect on organizational innovation at Kharazmi University (ß= 0.60, t= 3.66); 3) transformational leadership had direct effect on knowledge management (ß= 0.70, t= 4.52); 4) transformational leadership had indirect impact on organizational innovation at Kharazmi University via knowledge management processes (ß= 0.42, t= 2.29); 5) consequently, the suggested conceptual model enjoys appropriate statistical fitness Manuscript profile
