        Abstract:Introduction: The Internet is a virtual world that empowers people to experience a particular form of social relationships in which people do not have a real social presence. So, given the importance of cybernetic pathology in the development of societies, our society has also received considerable attention in recent years in information and communication technology. The purpose of this study was to predict the use of virtual networks based on social adjustment and emotional control in adolescents.Methodology: This research is a correlational study. The population of this study consisted of 350 primary and secondary school students in Karaj, Iran in 2012-2013. They were selected by random cluster sampling method. In this study, the social adjustment questionnaire of high school students (1993) and emotional control questionnaire (1997) were used to collect data. Data analysis was done through multi-variable regression and analyzed by SPSS-23 software.Results: Descriptive and inferential indices and descriptive statistics in this study showed that the use of virtual networks has a positive and significant relation with social adjustment and emotional control (P> 0.01).Conclusion: Therefore, considering the hypothesis of research and the results of statistical analysis in the findings, it can be concluded that due to the relationship between research variables, the use of virtual networks can predict social adjustment and emotional control.         The purpose of this study is to meta-analyze the research conducted on the effect of social networks on the professional development of students of Farhangian University of Hamadan. The method of this research is meta-analysis. Statistical community, all articles in scientific databases, Civilica; Normagz, S.I.D., humanities and articles indexed in journals, between 1300-1400, which were selected from among the works done 34 and after studies, 21 studies were selected due to having the necessary information. . In order to collect the required data, no diffusion bias, heterogeneity, effect size were investigated. Sensitivity and effect size were evaluated using CMA software. The results showed that the size of the virtual network effect is at three levels: high, medium and low. The highest effect size (0.597 and 0.562) is the average effect size (0.329,0.393,0.422) and the lowest effect size (0.195,0.148). Accordingly, there is a significant relationship between virtual networks and the development of the student-teacher profession. And this confirms the impact of virtual networks on the development of student-teacher careers in universities. Manuscript profile
