Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between perceptions of the work environment's factors and the librarian's work alienation in the Islamic Azad Universities of Tehran libraries. Methodology: The research method is Analytical survey. The statistical population consists of the 119 librarians of the Islamic Azad Universities of Tehran libraries. There are 100 questionnaires (84%) of the all 119, which were completed and returned. This study examines the rate of relationship between perceptions of the work environment's factors including Job Characteristics (Elbow Room, Task Identity, Feedback, Job Challenge), Occupational Role (Role Ambiguity, Role Conflict, Overload), and the librarian's work alienation. Findings: The research results show that the librarians under survey have a satisfaction of their workmates in common. There isn't any significant relationship between work alienation and demographic characteristics, but there is a significant relationship between work experience and the job characteristics. According to the results of this research, librarians of this research community aren't generally foreign with their labor, but the most of their grievances are about their participation in decision making, and role overload. Conclusions:Role ambiguity, role conflict and pressure have a negative correlation with the score of work alienation. Therefore, with an increase in each of them, the work alienation increases too. On the other hand, has a positive significant relationship with it, so that, with an increasing in task identity, the work alienation reduces Manuscript profile

The main purpose of this study was to study the relationship between job characteristics and perceived organizational justice with job alienation. Research method was descriptive correlational and the statistical population included all employees of a large industrial factory, from whom 349 persons, were selected via stratified random sampling selection. In this research a set of questionnaires consisting of Job Characteristics (Hackman and Oldham, 1976), perceived organizational justice (Neihoff, Moorman, 1993) and Job Alienation (Boeree, 2001) was used. Data were analyzed with use of multiple regression analysis and the results showed that the perceived relational justice ( β 170 . 0- =, p≤0.01) and feedback ( β= 0.051 12P≤0.05'> ) were able significantly to predict job alienation. Manuscript profile

This research was administered with the aim of investigating the role of job characteristics, transformational leadership and goal difficulty on employees, performance… Research statisti-cal population were the personnel of minerals and industries Holding of Ehya Folad Sepahan company in autumn 1388 (2500 persons), which from them, 329 persons was selected using two stage sampling. Research instruments including transformational leadership with 22 items (with four subscales, namely group goals, personal support, intellectual role model and high perfor- mance expectancies), goal difficul-ty with 5 items, job characteristics with 23 items (with 5 subscales, skill variety, task identity, task signi- ficance, autonomy and feedback) and job perfo- formance with 6 items (with three subscales, general performance, technical performance, and interpersonal performance). Data were ana- lyzed with the use of Pearson's correlation cof- ficient and stepwise regression analysis. The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that for prediction of general job performance, goal difficulty, skill variety and high perfor- mance expectancies, for prediction of technical job performance, group goals, goal difficulty and high performance expectancies, for predic- tion of interpersonal job performance, goal difficulty, skill variety and intellectual role model and for prediction of total performance, skill variety, goal difficulty and high perfor- mance expectancies have highest predictive power for prediction respectively (P < 0/01). The purpose of this study was to evaluate employees' motivation of the cultural deputy of the Ministry of Education and its correlation with job characteristics. The survey research method with Aspina employee motivation questionnaire with 20 questions was used. The reliability of the questionnaire confirmed by implementation of a case study with 30 employees and Cranach's alpha was set equal to 0.931. The study population was 55 employees and the data from 52 employees was used as samples of study. Chi-square test, Pearson correlation and multidimensional chi-square test was used for statistical analysis. Results showed the high motivation of employees with an average rating equal to 70.42.Significant correlation between the scores motivation and job characteristics were not confirmed. Finding showed that other characteristics as gender, salary, education, work experience were caused differences between employees feeling and perspective about important factors in their job motivation. The aim of this study was to model job characteristics and job stress with the mediating role of emotional contagion among female medical staff in Tabriz hospitals during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of the present study was descriptive-survey and the correlational research design was structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this study was all female medical staff of Tabriz hospitals in 2021-2022. Among these staff, 262 women medical staff were purposefully selected by voluntary sampling. The research instruments included job characteristics questionnaire (JCHQ), emotional contagion questionnaire (ECQ) and job stress questionnaire (JSQ). Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between job characteristics with emotional contagion (0.414), emotional contagion with job stress (-0.307) and job characteristics with job stress (-0.146) (P <0.01). Also, the mediating role of emotional contagion between the path of job characteristics and job stress (-0.127) was significant (P <0.01). On the other hand, the reliability and validity of the research model also showed that the research model is at a desirable level. Given the results, the government should consider increasing investment in the health care system to reduce job stress in health care workers who face higher workloads. Manuscript profile
