Desirable indigenous humanities for Iran are sciences and methods that are the product of scientific activities based on the culture, beliefs and needs of Iranian society and are aimed at solving the problems and problems of Iranian society. Therefore, the issues should be designed locally or the ideas should be localized in a proper way and appropriate to the culture and religion of the country, so that the desired result can be obtained from them. The meaning of localizing the theory of social control of crime (Hirschi) is to benefit from the policies and measures derived from these theories in the field of crime prevention and control. The purpose of localization of this theory is to localize the theory, because the theory does not belong to one's own country and it was formed based on the problem of other countries and proceeded based on the belief and cultural foundations of that country and provided a solution, in this case it should be Let's give it a native appearance to be localized, but its essence will not change. As a result, in the localization of this theory, we should take the general frameworks and directions from Islam and place the spirit and essence of Islamic teachings as the core of human and social sciences. The present study aimed to design a model of knowledge management enablers based on Islamic principles in Kerman Education. This research was conducted using grounded theory qualitative research method (data foundation), interviews with 15 experts (familiar with the topic of knowledge management enablers based on Islamic principles). The statistical population includes all education staff of Kerman city, 245 people of which 124 people were considered by systematic random sampling. Detailed and in-depth interviews have been conducted to identify the dimensions and components of knowledge management empowerment based on Islamic principles. In order to assess the validity of knowledge management empowerment based on Islamic principles, a questionnaire of 83 questions based on a 5-point Likert scale was used. The validity of the questionnaire (knowledge management empowerment) was calculated as (81.1%) and its reliability as (92. 4%).The data were analyzed by NVIVO software version 11. Data analysis was done using SPSS version 23 and SMART PLS version 2.2 software, and a significance level of 0.05 was considered. In this research, in open coding, 166 related propositions were extracted, and in the axial coding stage, they were divided into 12 categories, and in selective coding, 15 general dimensions were extracted, and the final model of the research was designed. This model includes two general dimensions including: intra-organizational consequences and competitive consequences. According to the results of the research, suggestions were also presented Manuscript profile

The main goal of this research was to identify the components of knowledge management with emphasis on Islamic principles. The present research method was combined (qualitative-qualitative) and practical in terms of its purpose. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part included all experts in the subject of management and knowledge management in the number of 15 people who were selected purposefully and based on the rule of theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part, all education experts in Kerman were 245 people in the field of knowledge management, and the sample size was 124 people according to Cohen's table and determined by simple random. The research tool in the first part was a semi-structured interview, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire. Validity of qualitative findings with formal validity and reliability was obtained by re-coding by the researcher and researchers outside the research. In the quantitative part, data validation was done with face validity and reliability with Cronbach's alpha test, and its value was 0.81. To analyze the results, in the qualitative part, the three-step coding method including open, axial and selective coding was used, and for quantitative data, structural equation modeling was used with SMART PLS2/2 software. The findings showed that there are 12 core themes and 5 main components for creating knowledge management based on Islamic teachings in education workers. These central themes include the causal conditions of knowledge management enablers (Islamic strategy and Islamic environment); background factors in knowledge management enablers (individual motivation and religious culture); Intervening conditions effective on knowledge management enablers (giving life to knowledge and spirituality); The strategies of knowledge management enablers (strengthening moral virtues, institutionalizing Islamic values and organizational structure based on religion) and the consequences of knowledge management enablers included (valuable employees and acquisition of spiritual resources).
