        Background: one of the appropriate responses to the urgent need for organizations to employ more capable managers is developing a successor-training organization in which qualified staff is selected for key positions from the talented and interested individuals, and by training programs they become qualified for the jobs. Objective: Determining the constructive factors and providing a successor-training organizational model in ICT Organization of Tehran Municipality Method: The statistical population consists of all employees of the relevant organization that 240 people were randomly selected using Cochran formula. The tools were library studies and questionnaire. By use of descriptive and inferential statistics methods (simple and multivariate regression), in Amos and SPSS software, twenty two components were obtained in the form of seven factors for successor-training organizational model and this model was designed in the ICT Organization of Tehran Municipality. Findings: The model test results were successful and the study conceptual model was approved. Conclusion: Test of the conceptual model used in this research at executive agencies. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of the present study is to investigate the impact of knowledge infrastructures on innovative performance in organizations based on information and communication technology in Mazandaran province. The present research is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study is all managers and employees of information and communication technology based organizations in Mazandaran province in year 2020. Morgan table was used to select the sample size and 196 people were selected by stratified random sampling. For data collection, Knowledge Infrastructure Questionnaire(2015), and Innovative Performance Questionnaire(2020) were used. Structural Equation Test was used for data analysis using PLS3 software. The results showed that knowledge infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on innovation performance in organizations based on information and communication technology in Mazandaran province. Also, considering their factor loadings, among the structures of knowledge management infrastructure, organizational structures, organizational structure, technology, financial resources, processes and people are the most important ones. And among the innovative performance structures, sales growth, strategic innovations, increasing the tendency to innovate, surviving and increasing market share, decision making speed and increasing the willingness to take risks are the most important.
