This essay deals with ethics in Gadamer's hermeneutics. Mainquestion is whether Gadamer's hermeneutics can play an importantrule in finding the way, how-to-live human beings or not. In thelight of Heidegger's interpretation of plato's aletheia, it seems thatethics has lost his early status philosophizing. By means ofinterpreting truth [Wahrheit] and good [agathon] in Plato'sphilosophy, Gadamer intends to illustrate rational connectionbetween speculative philosophy and ethics. First of all, Heidegger'saccount of Plato's aletheia must be exposed, which is conveyed todisclosedness and forgottenness of the being [Sein], in his turn, consequently, leads to ethical nihilism. It would be, then, discussedthat how Gadamer tries to obviate this crisis/situation. Gadamer'sendeavour is concentrated on two issues: (1) Reconstructing ofPlato's care in [contemplating and] intending on transcendentalIdeas, specially Idea of goodness, and their relation with the beingwhich leads him to relitivization of distinction between the beingand entities. (2) The canonical rule of authentic dialogue at formingethical decision and performing this decision in virtue of persistanceof exact and critical investigation. Saying the main consequence inshort: ethical considerations not only are not distinctable fromontology but also they are situated in its focal center. Manuscript profile

Wisdom, love, and goodness are some concepts that have a special position in the mystical works. Among the various mystical works that have investigated these concepts is On the reality of Love (Fi Haghighat Al-Eshgh) which is a unique work. In this work Suhrawardi has characterized abstract concepts such as love, wisdom and goodness and has created a mystical and philosophical story. After him, many poets and writers have begun to imitate his work and created similar works .One of these is Fozouli's Health and Disease (Sehhat va Maraz). Given the similarities between the two works is the application of reason and good and love we considered and compared these concepts in these two treatises. Fozouli has paid more attention to the mystical meaning of these concepts; Suhrawardi has also considered the philosophical dimension of them. The reason has different meanings in the two treatises; but love and goodness have really close meanings. Manuscript profile

Inviting non-Shiites to the Shiite religion as one of the duties that is concentrated in the minds of the general Shiites, has a ruling from the obligatory Shari'a rulings. There are two types of narrations on the issue of permissibility or non-permissibility of calling to Shiism. Most of these narrations forbid calling to Shiism. But regardless of the narrations in this chapter, is it possible to make a rational argument to prove the necessity of calling to Shiism? The purpose of this research is to criticize and examine the intellectual grounds for proving the necessity of calling to Shiism. In this article, the researcher has explored the rational aspects that can be proposed to prove the necessity of calling to Shiism with a descriptive-analytical method. From the analysis of the data, it was concluded that calling to Shiism is an example of corruption; And tin, the material of corruption, is intellectually good, and this intellectual good is connected with the Islamic obligation. Other issues that can be raised in this issue were disputed. Manuscript profile

The first step in understanding the teachings of the Quran is the knowledge and understanding of the meaning of the Quranic words. In Arabic, sometimes, for a meaning of a word, there are several terms that sometimes they are similar in semantic field and paranoid words, sometimes with semantic and existential differences.  one of the Quranic words, words phrases It is related to the field of good deeds. because their concepts, although seemingly synonymous, appear to be synonymous with their application in the Qur'anic verses, which means that although these two terms belong to a semantic domain and they have a meaning close to each other, but they can not substitute one another, and this is a sign of their semantic difference; it is seen in verse 104 of Al-Imran (which says))and, from among you, a group of people, to invite people [to goodness and to persuade the work of the chamber and to prevent ugliness, and they are the same prosperous.)) The famous verse is used in this verse, where no one can be placed elsewhere. The two words in the meaning of goodness are similar in meaning and goodness; good is every good act (including goodness to others) attributed to God, but not known to God, because something intellectually or Shari'a is well-known and good, does not mean God. Due to the syntax of the verse, the turning the command of the famous and the forbidding of the vice is a special turning point to the general Manuscript profile

The necessity of Calling People to the Goodness and Preventing People from Evil is subjected to some conditions which one of them is the effect possibility. The most jurists believe that Calling People to the Goodness and Preventing People from Evil shall have the "suspended and conditional necessity" proportionate to the effect possibility clause so that the necessity of Calling People to the Goodness and Preventing People from Evil shall become void, if we know that it is ineffective. The authors, while revising the issue, chose another word and believed that such condition was not accurate and Calling People to the Goodness and Preventing People from Evil  is indispensable even if it is ineffective. The present article shall defend the opinion of authors and in line with the clarification of their option, verify and criticize the famous opinions and documents and submit an addendum based on non-stipulation.     Manuscript profile

The discussion regarding the requirement of guessed indications in general and the requirement of news specifically has been dealt with in our oldest principal texts, and its domain has gradually developed and incorporated issues including appearances, jurisprudence fame, lexical promises, spoken harmony, and analogy. In investigating this issue, the analysis of the viewpoints of the opponents of following of guesses (through investigating their reasons for forbidding the requirement of guesses and the inability to follow them along with discussing the abandonments due to this following) and the absolute proponents of this requirement (those who assume these reasons and abandonment as being illusion and resort to rejecting these requirements) are all taken into consideration. Dealing with the historical background and the variety of discussions leading to the development of viewpoints, in particular, in the proponents and accordingly to their categorization, the present study sheds light on the existing categories of abandonments due to following the guessed requirements, i.e., the arbitrators’ harmony including both the opponents’ and followers’ viewpoints and their rejection. It is obvious that clarifying these issues and the authority of the expansion approach can pave the way for raising discussions in other fields such as appearance, unified news and also for rejecting requirements for other indications such as analogy. To study the legitimacy of children’s worship is one of the important question in judicial discussions and the supreme jurists declared different opinions about it. Since the children are like a fertile land which correct trainings cause their felicity and incorrect cultivations cause their misfortune, thus it is necessary that the parents with respect to religious teachings be attentive to their training. One of religious teaching for the children is to introduce and incite them to worship (especially to pray). Evidently the answer to this question whether these worships are legitimate or not has effective influence in motivation of the child to perform worships. Also it is effective in showing the proper judicial feature of this problem.  In this article we have proved that the children’s prayers are legal by indicating some reasons. Hence, the necessity of the worship has been removed of the children until the maturity age but its legitimacy has remained. Manuscript profile

In this article historical context of the encounter of the famous commentators of two sects regarding the interpretation of the word Kawthar is analyzed and the historical evolution of the commentators' tendency towards the views of Multiplicity of Generations is reflected. The semantic and exemplary development of the word Kawthar which has gradually found its way into commentary books in the form of probability indicates that the commentators have not been satisfied with the narrative examples of Kawthar which is the stream of paradise and by exploring the lexical meaning and evidences in Surah and especially the context of Surah Kawthar they have accepted wider examples such as Multiplicity of Generations to interpret the word Kawthar. The multiplicity of the Prophet's generation as one of the examples of multiple goodness in the sense that it is associated with the daughter of the Prophet in recent centuries has forced commentators to think more about the verses of the surah and use historical evidence, as a result, Fatemeh, not only as a mediator of this good, but also Fatemeh as a perfect example of Kawthar has found its way to interpretive sources as a theory. The quantitative and qualitative reproduction of the Prophet's generation and its attribution to Fatima, in terms of being documented in lexical, semantic and historical contexts, also shows the Quranic status of Zahra. Abstract: This paper aims to explain the Plato’s viewpoint concerning the quality of knowledge of Forms (Ideas) of Good through the process of dialectic. In order to achieve this goal, author has analyzed the Plato’s works and his commentators regarding the quality of relation between dialectic and Forms (Ideas) of Good and the role of dialectic in the process of human’s epistemology to Forms (Ideas) of Good. The achievement of the paper represents that based on Plato’s idea the knowledge of human enjoys some stages and with every stage one recognizes the step of equal of being. Forms (Ideas) of Good is the origin of being and knowledge and it is in the highest stage of being and knowledge. The philosophy of Plato is to seek the soul of truth by the highest level of human’s knowledge, that is intellect. Intellect is the divine glance of the world of truth and human knows the world of ideas and Forms (Ideas) of Good. Dialectic is Plato’s philosophical method in order to perceive these worlds which possesses two intellectual-conceptual and intellectual-intuitive dimensions. Based on Plato’s philosophy, the author tries to explain the process of knowledge of Forms (Ideas) of Good so that it enjoys both an inner solidarity and a logical development. Manuscript profile
