        The  purpose  of the  study  was  to investigate  the  bureaucratic  dimensions  of  school  organizations in Tehran. More  specifically , the  study  was  desighed  to  (1) describe  and  explore  the  structural characteristics  of public  schools , namely , the extent  of  their  centralization, formalization  and  specialization, (2)  identify  and  analyze  the  relationship  between  bureaucratic  dimensions  and  organizational  health  of  schools. The findings  from  this  study,  based  on the  data  obtained  by  three  types  of  questionnaires: SOI ( school organization  Inventory), OHI ( Organizational Health Inventory), and GCS (General Characteristics  of school) on  the  sample  POPULATION (1700 teachers  and  3600  pupils  of 223 public  school  randomly  selected  from  19 school districts  in Tehran) warranted  the  following  conclusions, subject  to  validation  by  further  studies: (1)    All  223 school  showed  bureaucratic  characteristics  whit  various  degree, but  the  extent  of  specialization  was higher  then  centralization  and  formalization  in school  structures, (2) 19 different  school  structures  were  observed  in Tehran, but , the  structures  with  low  centralization, low  formalization  and  high  specialization  created  higher  level  of  organizational  health  in public  schools , and  finally, (3) the  findings  indicated  that  minimized  centralization and  formalization  accompanied  with  maximized  specialization  in  school  structures tended  to improve  school  organizations.         In the present competitive world of today, marketing people are looking for customers. One of theimportant communication means in business is promotion wich one of the tools is direct marketing. Asscience and technology progressed, direct marketing has extend more. As using direct marketingmethods are cammon is developed countries, and they are also used in service organizations and nonprofitinstitutions, in this research the use of these means in non-profit servise organizations isanalyzed.This research is based on practical and mensurable methods and it is limited to istatisticpopulation of art organizations in Karaj in 2009. More over a number of software including SPSSStatistics 17, LISREL 8.54, SPLS M3 are used for analyzing the data.The data is gathered and proccesed via questionaries and the results are as following:The bigger the size of an art organizations is, the higher the degree of marketing effort will be; but ithas no effect on formalization of the organization.The formalization of an art organization has no effect an external integration; however, it is directlyrelated to managerial self confidence, marketing effort, and direct marketing implementation. Thehigher the managerial self confidence is, the better the direct marketing implementation will be. Thereare no relation between marketing effort and direct marketing implementation and seson-ticketsubscription; however, marketing effort causes the increase of sales performance and fundrisingperformance.         Due to continuous changes in business environment, constraints in achieving profit, and severe competition among banks and credit and financial institutions, there is an increasing need for congruity between goals, strategies, and structures. From structure designing viewpoint, therefore, the proper channel must be provided for harmony and Standardization of structures with organization’s environment and strategies. This study is set out to analyze organization’s structural aspects using FAHP and examines the effect of substantive aspects including strategies, environment, and technology on structural aspects. Due to severalty in indexes and complexity in decisions, FAHP method is used. Results show that concentration is the most important factor in designing organizational structures and formality is the least important one.         The written literature of the Shiite jurisprudence shows that some jurisprudential conducts are disputable among scholars of jurisprudence with regard to formidable uses of assignment for various commercial and economical transactions in the contemporary world. The famous scholars of jurisprudence know that assignment is a contract including proposal and acceptance while others consider it as a unilateral right. This article deals with the criteria and criticism of these two points of view and clarifies that assignment meets the capacity of being contract based on transactors' will to be utilized as a proposal and acceptance or unilateral right.
