This paper proposes a new ultra-compact strip metal-insulator-metal (MIM) plasmonic waveguide on a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) platform. The waveguide structure can efficiently propagate surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) within a thin low-index SiO2 layer at an optical wavelength window of 1550 nm. The main parameters of effective refractive index, propagation length, confinement factor, and effective mode area were determined for the proposed waveguide with different waveguide widths. The simulation results were comparable with the in-plane MIM plasmonic waveguide. The proposed layer stack could be monolithically integrated with conventional and hybrid plasmonic SOI-based devices and has the potential of focusing light to nanoscale dimensions.          Narratology, as a new science, examines the grammar of fiction. Using the indicators of narratology, the structural pattern of narratives can be achieved. Numerous linguists have offered extensive theories in this field, and among them, Gerard Genet's studies are extensive. In his study of narratives, he relies on three general indicators: "time", "state or aspect" and "sound or tone". Ghazaleh Alizadeh, is among the contemporary writers of Iranian fiction whose works can be considered from the perspective of narratology. Relying on the views of narratologists, especially Gerard Gennet's theories, this article examines the three components mentioned in the works of these authors. Narration in the past and the past in the past, the narration of the present and the frequent passage from the present to the past are the salient features of the mentioned works in terms of time. Most of the events of these works are narrated in a straight line, Using Negative and Positive Acceleration, Frequency and Its Types, Zero Focus and Inner Focus, Intra-Story Narrative from a First-Person Perspective, Monologue, Hadith Nafs and I am a Witness, Extra-Story Narrative from a Third-Person Perspective, as well as Post-Time and Simultaneous Narration, Is one of the features of narration in the above-mentioned novels. This study examined the impact of strategic thinking on organizational change capacity in water and sanitation centers in Yazd province. The method according to purpose was Practical, in terms of data collectionDescriptive, As well as the type of data was quantitative. The population were consisted of 190 front-line employees and managers that using Cochran formula and stratified random sampling method Was considered 123 as the sample size. To collect the data was used strategic thinking Lydka (1998) and organizational change capacity Judge (2009) questionnairs. After collecting the questionnaires, Data describing was carried by mean, standard deviation, percent, abundance and was done by the software spss. And data inferential statistics was performed through structural equations modeling and software Smart PLS 2 In two parts, the measurement model and structural section. In the first part of the questionnaire were assessed Technical characteristics including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity by PLS. In the second part for reviews research hypotheses were used Path coefficient and software significant effects. Results showed that The proposed degree of appropriateness was appropriate according to the research component. As well as strategic thinking and each of its components was affected on organizational change capacity. Manuscript profile
