Abstract :
This study examined the impact of strategic thinking on organizational change capacity in water and sanitation centers in Yazd province. The method according to purpose was Practical, in terms of data collectionDescriptive, As well as the type of data was quantitative. The population were consisted of 190 front-line employees and managers that using Cochran formula and stratified random sampling method Was considered 123 as the sample size. To collect the data was used strategic thinking Lydka (1998) and organizational change capacity Judge (2009) questionnairs. After collecting the questionnaires, Data describing was carried by mean, standard deviation, percent, abundance and was done by the software spss. And data inferential statistics was performed through structural equations modeling and software Smart PLS 2 In two parts, the measurement model and structural section. In the first part of the questionnaire were assessed Technical characteristics including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity by PLS. In the second part for reviews research hypotheses were used Path coefficient and software significant effects. Results showed that The proposed degree of appropriateness was appropriate according to the research component. As well as strategic thinking and each of its components was affected on organizational change capacity.
