In many cases, Internal R&D cannot follow the changes in the organization’s turbulent environment with the sufficient pace. So the companies in such markets have to complete their internal R&D activities with external development strategies. Use of corporate venture capital as an external development strategy is growing among large Iranian companies. In this research, we are going to propose a classification model of factors affect the application of corporate venture capital strategy in Iranian companies. Data has been gathered through interview to experts and Literature review. Then factors have been Identified based on a content analysis. The built model in an ISM approach has been analyzed in a MICMAC.

Background: Today, organizations utilize collaborative strategies such as inter-organizational collaboration to gain innovation, competitive advantage and address external factors in the organization environment. Objective: The purpose of the present study is to investigate the role of inter-organizational collaboration in the relationship between organizational environment and organizational innovation. Methodology: The study is purposeful, applied, in terms of nature and method, is a descriptive-correlational survey. To test the hypotheses, a questionnaire consisting of 19 questions adjusted to the 5-point Likert scale was used. The statistical population of the study includes the staff of Sahar Hamadan food industry and its affiliated companies (Niousheh, Alvand Yaran Sahar and Shokoufeh Alvand) 210 persons. Sample size of 134 persons, based on Krejcie and Morgan table by relative stratified sampling, was calculated using Spss software, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis was used to evaluate construct validity using Lisrel software. The path analysis model was used to analyze the data and the Sobel test was used to analyze the mediator variable. Findings and Conclusion: The results showed that the organizational environment can have a positive and significant effect on inter-organizational cooperation and indirectly (through inter-organizational collaboration); inter-organizational cooperation has a positive and significant effect. Focuses on organizational innovation. To investigate the role of mediator variable, the Sabell test method was used, the results indicate that inter-organizational cooperation plays the role of mediator variable in relation between two other variables.

In the current situation, pressures stemmed from the economic globalization and all the related positive and negative results and impacts have exposed serious and new challenges across business environments. In turn, these challenges require formulation and execution of strategies and strategic controls proportionate to the environmental turbulence, conceived by the organization. The research has been performed aiming at design and development of an interactive pattern of environmental changes via strategic control (according to Lorange Model). Statistical population includes supervisors and experts selected from 10 main manufacturing companies in Ahvaz, active in production of components required for drilling oil wells. Finally, taking advantage of random stratified sampling method and kookran formula, our sample size consisted of 200 individuals. Library studies and two self-made questionnaires as for the field study were considered as data gathering tools. Data were analyzed, using structural equation modeling and LISREL (linear structural relations) statistical software; showing that environmental changes have significant effect on applying strategic control. That is, the results indicated that high and low environmental changes are effective in using fundamental strategic control and gradual strategic control, respectively.
