Objective: The aim was to determine football development strategies in the Iranian education system.Methodology: The present study was a descriptive and strategic study. For this purpose, using the opinions of experts in the form of qualitative interviews as well as holding strategic council, first the analysis of the environment, including the identification of strengths, constraint, opportunities and risks, was done. Then the expectation or vision for the football in education system was determined. In the end, three strategies were identified to achieve the expectation.Results: Strengthening relations and interactions with domestic and foreign sports and football institutions, developing the football training system and football human resource development, and developing the football talent identification system and processes have been the three main strategies identified in this study.Conclusion: In order to implement the strategies some action plans are presented. formulated using the, the action plans corresponding to each strategy should be identified. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the appropriate budget for plans and evaluation criteria in order to achieve the strategies.

But a lot of fossil energy resources, cheap energy in the country and also the high cost of new technology for the initial investment, a bulwark against the development of these technologies is emerging. Rural projects are important and can be studied from different aspects and after that under the Rural Environmental emphasized in this study is emphasized. This study seeks to assess the extent and performance of environmental projects and proposals in the Rural and then assess the participation and consent of the inhabitants of the environmental projects plan. This research is descriptive. The population of the villages Sarepolezahab county. Two villages were selected as the Gharebelagh Azam and Sarabeleh villages with a sample size of 108 households and data for this study were collected using two methods of field study and library. Our results indicated that environmental variables, satisfaction and participation in the plan has not been successful in the study villages. Environmental indicators out plan is less than 3and thus can be said that plan has not been successful in the study villages. Restrictions / guidelines: Failure to cooperate in providing information on housing, Lack of financial resources to fund the project, Statistical information is not sufficient, The unavailability plan on housing in the countryside in the county, and distance villages. Environmental and ecological characteristics of the area and plan according to its characteristics, Use of public participation in the preparation and implementation of projects, particularly in the environment. This paper has performed in order to evaluate the ecological and environmental study of the sensitive area as the international wetland of Parishan in emphasis on species and habitat varieties. The Parishan wetland is the widest wetland among all of the permanent freshwater lagoons in Iran. It was registered in Ramsar convention as the international wetland. Parishan wetland is a part of protective places by area classification in Iran. Having the biological and habitat varieties, weird herbal and animal distributions cause this area to be unique and sensitive ecological place. By climate change and droughts, it is in the worst condition on the view of ecological issues. It was limited to small marginal pools temporarily. With regards to special species, unique herbals, sensitive and vulnerable settlements, ecotourism issues, this research shows that the most important issue in the international wetland of Parishan are climate change and drought in these years which have influenced the bio andndash; habitat variety and herbal animal distributions. On the basis of the results of this research, the international wetland of Parishan has the powerful internal factors totally and a lot of opportunities to rebuild and revival ecologically on the view of the external factors
