AbstractThe purpose of this study was to provide a four-dimensional model for strengthening the electronic marketing of the future transformative industries at the 1404 horizons (focusing on the electronic marketing mix of Zanjan province). The method of this research is based on the type of purpose, mixed, applied and exploratory method in a survey method. The validity of the research is based on the construct validity and reliability of the questionnaire by the Cronbach's alpha method (0.735).The statistical population of this study was 600 people in the qualitative section of the academic experts and managers and experts of the Jihad-e-Agriculture Organization of Zanjan Province, and in the quantitative section, experts of Jihad-e-Agriculture Organization of Zanjan Province, 600 people. Using simple random sampling method, a statistical sample was used. The Cochran formula was used to determine its volume and distributed and collected based on 234 questionnaires. Also, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Independent T-test was used to identify the effective components and compare the existing and desired status, and Friedman's test was used to rank the identified components with the help of Excel and SPSS software. Is.Dimensions, components and indicators of electronic marketing in the transformation industry focused on the electronic marketing mix: price (payment method, discount, price based on value, auction and advertising); in the end, according to the results of the research, applied proposals for presentation Has been. With the development of information and communication technology, part of the supply chain, including organizational customers, suppliers, and other sectors that play an important role in the business process, has been transferred to existing information technology platforms, causing a complete change. Patterns of trade have become traditional. Thus, the purpose study is to present a conceptual model of the electronic supply chain based on cloud computing in the Iranian construction industry. The research method in this study is descriptive-correlational and analysis of the variance-covariance matrix. This research has been done in the form of libraries and fields. Thus, first, the literature libraries of the "electronic supply chain based on cloud computing", research background and theories on the subject were conducted, and after identifying the indicators, a questionnaire was distributed among the experts of companies active in the construction industry and a questionnaire was distributed. Finally, using the structural equation modeling method, the proposed conceptual model of the research was analyzed. Based on the structural equation modeling findings, in the companies active in the construction industry, "Cost Effectiveness (CEP)", "Delivery (DP)", "Quality (QP)", "Customer Relationship (CRP)", "Integration" (IP) "," Technology (TP) "," Flexibility (FP) "," Stability (S) "," Environmental Intelligence (IE) "," Ease of Access (EA) "and" Tactical Advantage (TA) " on "Electronic supply chain based on cloud computing in Iran's construction industry" has a positive and significant effect. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of information and communication technology (electronics city) on the skeletal structure of the city from the viewpoint of Tabriz Municipality District 1 staff. The research method is of survey type, and collecting data was carried out through a questionnaire. The validity of measurement tools was categorized by factorial analysis technique in 11 factors, and the reliability of the studied components was measured by Cronbach's Alpha. Analyzing the findings showed that information and communication technology has a significant influence on transportation, facilities of city planning principles, developing planning activities, locating offices, spatial planning, spatial development, selecting locations, wireless and mobile communications, spatial effect of distance work, and planning and selecting domicile. Also, the rate of information and communication technology effect has been declared by female staff more than male staff. There is a meaningful converse correlation between age, jab experience records of the staff and the rate of information and communication technology effect on the skeletal structure of the city. Finally, information technology is of great importance in increasing the speed and accuracy of different activities of organizations and in raising their productivity. Especially, the organizations in which the different departments are located in diverse geographical regions far from each other or the institutes that have to perform diverse and numerous tasks solve most of their problems through information technology. Tree growth has a great ecological and economic importance and stem analysis is one of the reliable and widely used methods which is used to study the growth of different attributes of the trees. In the present study, we evaluated diameter, basal area, and height and volume growth of two fast growing species (namely Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum). After falling down the trees, 5 centimeter thick disks at 2 meter intervals were collected and transported to the laboratory. The thickness of the annual rings was measured in two perpendicular directions up to1millimeter precision. The results showed that the highest value of the current growth of diameter of Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum occurred in 4 and 6 year ages, respectively, equal to 1.5 and 5.4 cm and the highest value of the current basal area growth of Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum occurred in 9 and 10 year ages, respectively, equal to 0.1 and 0.14 square meters. Furthermore, the highest value of the current growth of height of Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum occurred in 6 and 9 year ages, respectively, with value of 1.3 m 3.1 m and the highest value of the current growth in the volume of Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum occurred in 8 and 12 year ages, with a value of 0.094 and 0.1 cubic meters, respectively. Finally, there would be concluded that both of these species in such sites can meet the environmental needs such as green spaces as well as economic goals such as commercial wood product. The quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) technology is a computational technology used to build nano-scale circuits. When the dimensions of the components decrease, the sensitivity of the circuit increases and the quantum circuits become more vulnerable to the occurrence of defects and radiation in the environment. The two major gates in this technology are inverter and majority gates, and most circuits are built based on these two gates. This paper aimed to design a seven-input majority gate in quantum-dot cellular automata by imposing low overhead on the circuit. Using a majority gate with more inputs reduces cell count, latency, and complexity in the QCA circuit. However, perhaps the need to use the seven-input gate is not yet felt we then design and implement a number of logic circuits. A new 7-input majority gate is designed in this paper, with 19 cells. The proposed structure is single-layer with an occupied area of 24564 nm2 that produces the correct output in one clock phase, then a four-input AND gate, a four-input OR gate, a two-input XOR gate, a two-input XNOR, a three-input XOR gate and a full adder are implemented using the designed seven-input gate. Including all multi-bit full adders, using the proposed seven-input gate. The proposed full adder is designed by the seven-input majority gate proposed and a fault-tolerant three-input majority gate. Therefore, it can be said that the designed full adder is somewhat tolerable, that means, it is somewhat tolerable against the fault that occur in this technology. QCAPro software is used to analyze the energy consumption of the recommended structure. Then, the circuit performance is evaluated using QCADesigner 2.0.3 simulator software for quantum-dot cellular automata.   Manuscript profile

This paper examines the antecedents of the impact of e-HRM with knowledge leadership. Since the purpose of this study is to predict the impact of e-HRM with knowledge leadership, correlation method has been used. The purpose of this research is to apply the data collected through field research and library studies. This research is a descriptive correlational research. Statistical population is 489 people. Random sampling method was used for sampling. The sample size was determined by Cochran formula at 5% error level. Sample size was 215 persons. In this study, data collection tool was a questionnaire. Kendall and Spearman correlation tests were used to determine the correlation. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was also used to determine the normality of the tests. All statistical analyzes were performed by SPSS software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge leadership style, learning, and supportive learning environment and between support of individual and group learning processes and the rate of using HR system.
