Background and Objective: Environmental pollution and organisms health threat is a negative consequence of pesticides usage. The research hypothesis is that increasing pesticide usage due to population growth threatens the environment. Presenting a model for pesticide usage prediction and proposing educational strategies to reduce of pesticide usage is the goals of research. Method: At first trend of pesticide usage analyses according to comparative method. In the next stage Demographic Studies is done and population is predicted in 2026 vision. Then, with statistical modeling, a nonlinear regression model between population and pesticide usage is presented. By this model, pesticide usage in 2026 vision is predicted. Findings: Results show that pesticide usage in the period of 2005 to 2014 has been decreased. Calculated regression model between pesticide usage and population shows in 2026 vision ,that the country should has suitable environment, pesticide usage will be reduce as much as Thirty-fourth times lower than 2012. Discussion and Conclusion: Moving towards a suitable environment in terms of reducing of pesticide usage is positive and hypothesis is rejected. In order to enhance decreasing trend of pesticide usage educational strategies presented. Manuscript profile

The general question is what are the Efficient Educational strategies in the seven skills needed for virtual students (Availability or R1, openness or R2, communication or R3, commitment or R4, cooperation or R5, Thinking or R5, and flexibility or R7)?. The population consisted of all Islamic Azad university faculty members in area five. The subjects' answers were compared according to variables such as sex, educational document and marriage status. The statistical communities in this research are all of faculty members majoring in computer in Islamic Azad university. The statistical samples were randomly selected. The procedure was a structured twenty-nine item questionnaire prepared by researcher based on the findings of Rena M palloff and keith pratt. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated 0/847. The research findings revealed that the most Efficient Educations Strategles in developing the sever skills are as follows: Applying technology which can realize learning objectives, preparing a good climate for groups where students are comfortable in learning process, encouraging learner to participate in preparing courses guideline, internalizing skills for time management, preparing an educational site for students to send their homework, and receiving feedback. Designing questions for discussion that encourage students to think, integrate educational materials, use internet as a tool and resource and encourage students to find out any needed resources. Generally speaking the total research findings revealed that there was no significant difference among of the Views of faculty membersin connection with the seven skills mentioned above. But as far as sex is concerned the findings revealed significant difference. Manuscript profile

purpose: The purpose of the present study was to formulate a model of professional education and development of teachers based on an entrepreneurial approach. Method: The current research uses a mixed exploratory approach in two qualitative and quantitative phases, in which the qualitative part of the theme analysis method and in the quantitative part of descriptive survey analysis are used. The statistical population includes all the professors of Farhangian University, State University, Azad Shahrekord, and the sample size was saturated by interviewing 15 people. The measurement tool was a semi-structured interview. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data based on the grand theory approach. Results: The findings showed that, based on six curriculum elements derived from qualitative data, including: logic, purpose, content, educational strategy, educational materials, and evaluation, and the model resulting from the interview, in the main area of "logic" includes: helping to Developing students' skills, helping to develop teachers' skills, helping society, identifying opportunities; The main area in "goals" includes: knowledge development of teachers, development of teachers' individual skills; The main area in "content" includes: theoretical (knowledge) content, skill content, content based on the global method.
