Climate change and its possible impacts on the environment and socio-economic systems now constitute the most important environmental problem facing mankind in the 21st century. Climate change will increase poverty and hardship, endanger food security, destabilize economies, decrease food and water and create social insecurity in many countries and undermine our goals for achieving sustainable development. An in-depth analysis was carried out on the nature and characteristics of climatic changes and the roles of renewable energy and energy efficiency in combating the threat of climate change especially in relation to mitigation measures. Energy policy is therefore becoming an increasingly important tool for medium and long term planning to mitigate GHG emissions and to adapt to climate change especially in the developing countries. This paper highlights the fact that research efforts for the rest of the 21st century be directed towards harnessing renewable energies like the solar, wind and geothermal energies to replace the present day burning of fossil fuel energy for lighting, heating, cooling, manufacturing, cooking, transport, entertainment, etc. This will help to reduce the emission of green house gases (GHGs) and ozone depletion and in the long run the global warming effect. Economic corruption causes the spread of poverty and widening the gap between the rich and the poor, mistrust of the society and lack of motivation of the youth to earn a decent income. Therefore, it can be said that the worst and biggest corruption is economic and financial corruption, financial and economic corruption is like a contagious disease, it destroys all achievements and efforts of society and governments and sends all money and wealth into the hands of dealers. Therefore, maintaining economic security and order and liquidity management and shortening the hands of brokers from the financial resources of society is one of the important principles in Islam. It can be "Mozaq Shariat" as knowledge of halal ways and methods. The jurists considered the soul, essence and inner world in different ways. In fact, the jurist understands and tastes the method, insight and application of the law in his soul. In the field of prohibiting and preventing economic corruptors, extensive discussions have been presented in many jurisprudential and legal sources, which can clearly and demonstrably be found in the verses and traditions of the sanctity of disruption in the economic system. In this research, which has been carried out using a descriptive-analytical method, we have examined the jurisprudential views of the prohibition of disruption in the economic system based on verses and traditions. The death penalty is considered to be one of the most challenging legal issues, as some legal systems have abolished this punishment under the influence of international and regional human rights documents, but some still apply it to serious crimes and there is a consensus on its general abolition worldwide. not achieved Therefore, according to the importance of the death penalty, this research with a descriptive and analytical method does not answer the question, is there a possibility of abolishing the death penalty in the crime of disrupting the legal system of Iran? The findings of this research show that the legal basis for criminalization and the imposition of the death penalty in the said crime is based on the general title of corruption in the land and does not have reasonable jurisprudential standards. In addition, the judicial procedure also faces challenges such as ambiguity in the cases, inconsistency of legislative criminal policy with judicial criminal policy, limitation of fair trial standards and defendants' defense rights. The result of this research shows that in terms of jurisprudential and legal rules and principles, including the principle of caution in temperature, the rule of law, the principles governing criminal law and the need to pay attention to human rights standards, the death penalty as a repressive criminal response should be an exception and limited to the most important cases and should not expand its scope with a wide interpretation. The phenomenon of money laundering has become one of the problems of the global economy in the present age. Therefore, countries and international forums seriously intend to deal with this phenomenon and its destructive effects and consequences. The Islamic Republic of Iran, like other countries, passed the Anti-Money Laundering Law in twelve articles to combat money laundering. In addition to the problems and destructive effects that this phenomenon has on the economies of countries, including the Islamic Republic of Iran, the existence of Article 1 of the Anti-Money Laundering Law has caused many problems, including the failure to open cases and vote. Accordingly, the present study, relying on traditional arguments of the rule of Amare Yad and government jurisprudence, examines its effect on the crime of money laundering and the rightness or wrongness of removing it from the law, and then concludes that the removal of Amare Yad on the crime of money laundering is against the rules and regulations of Sharia and law. This article aims to study the interplay between public culture and public administration from various angles. The public administration is evolved in the cultural breeding-ground on the one hand and the social culture is formed and developed with an eye to the mechanisms governing the public administration on the other. The culture of every society resembles a tree, with its own roots, trunks, branches, boughs, leaves and fruits, which is distinct from other cultures. This cultural tree is crystallized with principles and values in its roots, concepts and structures in its trunk, and outside manifestations in its leaves. With the help of this allegory and metaphor, we can easily delve into the complicated concept of culture which has been discussed by the theorists of the social sciences and then make an assessment of the public administration status. Based on this viewpoint, the public administration in every society may also be regarded as the components of a cultural tree in the same society emerging with its own endemic and particular characteristics. This tree will obviously sprout and develop in a special soil conditioned by various elements such as geographical, ecological, political, economic, social, legal and technological features and systems as well as security and military factors. In this way, an administrative system is born, evolves and develops a sense of direction. With the perception of such elements, an administrative system, being more effective and efficient, can be established so as to run and regulate the communal affairs more rationally. According to the evolution of the global political economy, proper understanding of the foreign policy category of the Islamic Republic of Iran as an oil-based government and its relationship with the economic system is doubly important. Cox's votes seem to provide a good platform for understanding how this relates to us.
