Economic resilience is the ability to withstand economic impulses in the face of sudden risks. Insurance funds are one of the main components of society's resistance at the macro and micro levels. "Sustainable insurance" is considered one of the most important pillars of the social security system in achieving development goals, including sustainable economic growth and social support. The aim of the research is sociological analysis of the concept, dimensions and indicators of economic resilience of insurance funds. The qualitative method was conducted using Delphi interviews. 12 interviews were conducted with "purposive" sampling method. The sample size was based on theoretical saturation. The findings of the research showed that Iran's economy is a combination of 2 neoliberal economic approaches and the welfare state. Resilience indicators of insurance funds include sustainability, redundancy, tact, reaction to risk, recovery. Among the components related to the economic resilience index, the component of redundancy and revivability has been of special importance. Insurance funds are severely challenged in the three characteristics of sustainability, adequacy of benefits and quality of governance. The status of the indicators related to these three characteristics has caused the "resilience" of the funds to become a serious risk. On the one hand, pension funds in Iran are facing investment restrictions because they are not connected to global financial markets, and on the other hand, they are facing political imposition in the management of their economic units. These two features distinguish them from their peers in the field of investment. The economic resilience of insurance funds is affected by the resistance economy, and this issue is a clear distinction from other countries. It can be said that the current situation of resilience of insurance funds is not so favorable. As a result, it can be stated that regarding the social security organization, resilience can be measured with actuarial calculations and based on this, by introducing different shocks to the organization, its financial consequences can be evaluated. Without considering these calculations and taking into account key indicators such as support ratio, capital return rate, available resources and the government's financial situation, it seems that the social security fund should also be described as a fragile fund. Ethnic convergence guarantees strengthened social capital, high social resilience as well as economic, social and political participation and high social integration and solidarity in the territorial area of countries like Iran that have ethnic diversity. This study has been carried out with practical goals and with a descriptive-analytical method in order to prioritize the components that explain ethnic convergence in the Islamic Republic of Iran, focusing on the role of the national media. The main question of the research is how the main priority of the national media in the direction of realizing ethnic integration is explained according to its explanatory components in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The data of the research has been conducted using a targeted Delphi method and a survey of 50 experts. For data analysis, FTOPSIS (similarity to ideal fuzzy option) model has been used. The obtained results show that the first priority of the national media in order to achieve ethnic integration in the territory of Iran should be focused on the development and promotion of the economic and social resilience of the ethnic groups in Iran. In the meantime, in the second place, the priority of national media policies in line with ethnic convergence is the development of security foundations; In the third place is the development of native-cultural values, and finally in the fourth priority is the development of social capital, which outline the perspective of national media policy towards the realization of ethnic integration in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Developing countries are always confronting with natural disaster as a one of the most major challenges, which cause the local economy of the spoiled region irreversible damages and neutralize the effects of the development's achievements. It is crucial to pay more attention to the rural areas not only due to being in the center zone of the catastrophe but also involving the large percentage of the nation and the lack of facilities that can cause the countryside a vulnerable are .The land use, communication, infrastructural installations and equipment and public welfare, etcetera can be considered by planning of the rural development process as the factors of the physical-based planning, although all these indicators are affected by the economic dimensions of the village. The purpose of this study is to identify the economic problems of the villages of Sorena district in the first stage and then to investigate its relationship with economic resilience. This research method was a combinational one and subsequently phenomenological method was utilized to detect the economic troubles and Pearson correlation coefficient was partially used .The results determined that the economic problems of the villages of the Sorena district are the lack of job security, the lack of diversity in the entrepreneurship, the corruption of the financial and monetary policy, the lack of proper facilities and infrastructure and these problems have a significant relationship with the economic resilience Manuscript profile

Resilience is one of the most effective ways in achieving sustainability at the time of earthquakes. So it can be used as a way to strengthen the communities. This study aims to identify the effective dimensions in increasing urban resilience while confronting with earthquake crisis in Boroujerd. The research method is descriptive-analytical. We used a questionnaire to obtain the necessary data. The sample size was 330 based on Cochran's formula. We analyzed the data by a single-sample T-test, multiple regression analysis models, and an independent t-test. The findings show that among the sub-indices related to the dimensions of social resilience, the sub-index of access to welfare facilities has the lowest average (3.02) and the social capital sub-index has the highest average (3.49). Also, among the sub-indices related to economic resilience, the sub-indicator of the ability to compensate for damage has the lowest average of 2.83 and the ability to return to suitable conditions has the highest average (3.97). The results of the regression analysis are also significant due to the high level of F (91.03) and the significance level below 0.05%. Also, the T results of two independent samples for comparing the opinions of experts and people about the dimensions of social resilience indicate that there is no difference between the opinions of these two groups. However, regarding some economic sub-variables (the amount or severity of damage, the ability to compensate) and the general component of the economic resilience dimension, the opinions of experts and people are different. In the field of the new Keynesian school, this paper has been specified and estimated by the method of stochastic dynamic general equilibrium model in the small open export economy, in accordance with the structure of Iran's economy. Using the simulation results of the main model, while using the estimated parameters, the effects of oil shocks in recent years on selected macroeconomic variables have been evaluated. Determining the degree to which oil revenues affect economic indicators can, in addition to determining the degree of economic resilience, help policymakers determine future plans. The phenomenon of fluctuations in foreign exchange earnings from oil exports, due to the dependence of the structure of Iran's economy on oil revenues, affects all macroeconomic variables - both in the public and private sectors. Accordingly, it is proposed to reform the tax system and reduce dependence on oil revenues, diversify the government's revenue portfolio, commit to a balanced budget and prevent disproportionate growth of the monetary base, strengthen the role of the foreign exchange reserve fund and monetary discipline for the government. Today, local communities are struggling to find conditions that will allow them to return quickly to the pre-crisis situation in the event of a crisis. In recent years, emphasis has been placed on the issue of resilience rather than vulnerability. resilience is the ability of a system to absorb perturbation, or the magnitude of disturbance that can be absorbed before a system changes its structure by changing the variables. Shiraz is located in the Zagros seismic zone with high seismicity. Considering the importance of existing land uses in the 3rd municipal district of Shiraz city, the aim of this study was an evaluation of social and economic resilience in this district. This applied research is using descriptive and analytical methods. The indicators of social and economic resilience were identified from the literature, and then data were collected through a field study using questionnaires. Data were analysed using multiple linear regression and feedforward multilayer perceptron artificial neural network. Linear regression indicated that a decrease in share of income spent on necessities could result in an increase in social and economic resilience of the households under study. Neural network analysis revealed that social capital and employment recovery are the most and least effective factors. In the population under study, social component, was the most important determinant of resilience. Manuscript profile

Resilience of economy against internal and external shocks is an important concept that has been of interest to economists in the last decade. In this paper, we propose a model based on Schumpeter economic theory using system dynamics analysis approach and also discuss on resilience and vulnerability of economy. Based on the proposed model, vulnerability of Iran’s economy and 5 other countries (i.e. Sweden, USA, Japan, South Korea and Indonesia) is forecasted for next 50 years. Major contributions of this paper can be explained in two aspects: first, the concept of economic resilience, that mostly expressed qualitatively, is explained quantitatively. Second, the concept of economic resilience and system dynamics are combined and the capability of studying different scenarios is provided. Five different scenarios are proposed in this paper and it is found that if the current level of innovation is double increased and decrease 50 percent Oil dependence, the vulnerability risk in Iran’s economy will decrease by 70 percent.
