Nitrate and nitrite ions are important pollutants of surface waters and groundwater resources which can have adverse effects on the health of consumers. Therefore the purpose of this study was determination of nitrate and nitrite concentrations in groundwater resources of Dehgolan City.Groundwater samples were collected from20 selected stations during before and after of fertilization periods in 2012. The samples are prepared according to APHA method and concentrations of nitrate and nitrite anions analyzed using spectrophotometer on the wavelengths of 420 and 543 nm respectively. All statistical analyses were performed using the SPSS statistical package. The results showed that mean concentrations of nitrate and nitrite anions in groundwater samples for before fertilization period were 8.66±0.97 and 0.001±0.0003 mg L-1, respectively, and for after fertilization period were 69.20±8.82 and 0.013±0.006 mg L-1, respectively. Also comparison of the mean concentration of nitrate in groundwater samples after fertilization period with Iran DOE permissible limits for drinking use showed that significant difference (p<0.05). So that the mean concentration of nitrate significantly upper than permissible limits. Conclusion: According to the results of this study because of the mean concentration of nitrate significantly upper than permissible limits, therefore long-term excessive use of agricultural inputs and construction of polluting industries, can cause a threat to groundwater resources, and health of residents in this area. Small cities, by accepting some of their capital and production factors, can be a factor in attracting the population and ultimately helping to stabilize their region to reduce the urban dilemma that roots in the countryside. In order to achieve a balanced and equitable distribution of population, capital, facilities, facilities as well as economic activities at the national and regional levels of small towns, especially cities where their location in the settlement network acts as an intermediary between urban and rural centers, attention is drawn to it placed. In fact, the aim of the research is to investigate the role of small towns in regional development. The approach used in this research is descriptive-analytic. Librarian methods, statistics and statistics, and detailed census results have been used to collect the required statistics and information. Spss and Excel software have been used to analyze the changes in the population of cities, urban and rural areas. To determine the population changes over the years. Then developments in the urban network and its hierarchical system have been investigated during the three census periods. In this study, related methods and models such as rank size, pull coefficient, georgeshavro and bourgeois model, centrality index, urban primary index were used. The results of the above model showed that Dehgolan city has a basic economy in agriculture and industry with 1.67 and 1.17 respectively, and in non-economic services sector. This issue, due to the role of central city of Dehgolan in the city, indicates the weakness of this section in the economy of the city of Dehgolan. According to the interpretation of the coefficient of location model, it was determined that the city of Dehgolan is not in a decent position in providing this service and facilities in the city Manuscript profile

Land use planning is at outmost importance in urban planning. Monitoring and spatial organizing of local and functions of cities is an important factor in resistant development. The resistance of residential functions for urban development is important as well. Therefore,  this study tends to survey the quantities and qualitativenature of land use of Dehgolan city development process. This study aimed to assess the quality and quantity of urban land use with an emphasis on sustainability and strengthening residential users in Dehgolan. Methods of investigation include analytical - applied method which incompasses  the use of qualitative and quantitative assessment of Dehgolan city land use; process across which quantitative assessment criteria for residential users were deployed  by making use of rigid planing and authors' field observations to provide triangulating suport. In this study, in order to evaluate the quality and consistency of residential users of the software with other users’ and in order to probe qualitative land use consistency for residential purposes an evaluation of ARC GIS and Distance model  were applied. The results showed the lack of age of personal share for most users; primarily residential users that was observed to be  about 15.11 square meters. Residential neighborhoods possess the so much differnce for the uses adjacency. Therefore, in most residential sites due to the inconsistency in use or lack of residential users dedicated to it Manuscript profile

Today lack of urban green space is the basic problem of cities. Urban green space is one of the very important land use problems in the city and minimum per capita green space also is a criteria for assessment and determination of sustainable cities. DEHGOLAN city in  one  of cities that does not have the proper distribution of green space, so that its per capita is 57/2 square meters per person. In this city, some neighborhoods do not have any green space and some neighborhoods have more green space. This article aims to provide a suitable model for optimal distribution of green space in city, according to  components such as population, communication networks, facilities, space, security and arid areas in the neighborhoods. The deployed research methods is descriptive - analytical and data was collected based on field surveys. TOPSIS and GIS techniques have been used in this study. According to above criteria,  each neighborhood has been studied and analyzed separately. Prioritization of green space in the first phase was conducted in six step of TOPSIS. Results in this phase showed that the KLE_MLE district have first priority for green space allocation. In the second stage, firstly the  data was collected and database in GIS was formed, then according to the importance of each criteria in green space, appropriate weights were assigned. The results of GIS and TOPSIS combined and KLE_MLE district with /0537 (CL) was taken in the first place. The final result of this study indicates the important applications of TOPSIS and GIS in urban green space Prioritization and provides optimum dispersion pattern based on the criteria and needs of the urban population.   Manuscript profile

For data analysis, descriptive statistics (mean and frequency) and inferential statistics (Chi-square, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis and Spearman correlation) were used. Results and discussionThe findings of the Chi-square test show that, in the physical dimension, emerging residential buildings have changed the true meaning of native architecture and reduced the surface of the infrastructure, which is significant with an error value of 0/000. From an economic point of view, modernization affects the livelihoods of rural houses and is in some way effective in eliminating livelihoods in rural homes.ConclusionThe emergence of emerging housing in villages has changed the social concept of housing and led to the formation of single-family housing with a kayak value of 9/89 and a significant level of less than 0/05.
