        This research aims at recognizing public attitudes towards the cultural programs of Kerman provincial channel. Given the potentials of subcultures, ethnic and language diversity and other distinct features, local channels play a crucial role, and the preservation and development of ancient values paves the way for national integration. Dealing with native dialect, music, poems and literature, proverbs and handicrafts have been the native and cultural criteria of these programs. The research method was survey, and questionnaires were used as a tool for collecting data. The sample size was 400 adults, aged 15 and older in Kerman. Sampling was done through two stage cluster method. The findings show that the positive attitude towards cultural programs has increased by increasing the age of respondents. The younger respondents have asserted less positive attitudes towards cultural programs of the channel. In other words, there is a direct correlation between respondents' attitudes towards native culture and their attitude towards the cultural programs of the channel. In sum, public attitude regarding that how the provincial television station deals with cultural programs is positive and most of them have regarded the channel as successful in dealing with cultural programs.         The necessity of considering the issue of happiness and its causing factors in organizations arises from the fact that happiness, on the one hand, increases the positive emotions of the staff and on the other hand by reducing negative emotions, it will increase the productivity and efficiency. The overall objective the present study the effect of cultural and ideological programs of supreme leader’s representative office on joy and happiness of women employed in the Ministry of Agriculture that the tool used for data collection was a researcher made questionnaire. Statistical population of the research consisted of 513 female employees of ministry at headquarters levels that according to the Cochran formula 219 people and through questionnaires distributed, 195 questionnaires were collected. Random sampling method was selected. Research results show that the programs of the supreme leader’s representative office in the individual and private, family and social and organizational and administrative dimensions had the greatest impact on increasing ability of planning and regulatory in the affairs, increasing confidence and the morale of self-confidence in life, and goodwill and optimism towards others, increasing faith in God in personal and family life and respect for administrative discipline, increasing job flexibility (changes, displacement, etc.), and increasing desire for greater accountability of the women. Also there is no significant relationship between the independent variables of age, work experience, marital status and the impact of cultural and religious programs of the representative office, but a significant relationship was obtained between the participation rate of women in the programs of the representative office and their satisfaction of those programs, as well as reducing the expectations of life and the religiosity of the people with the impact of programs in joy and happiness of women.         The aim of this paper is to provide a model for Implementation cultural programs in vision plan of 1404. This model involves three general dimensions: "Policy-making", "institutional" and "Micro" that each of them respectively contain 3, 4 and 2 main components. In order to ensure the appropriateness and validity of the proposed theoretical model in according to modern conditions, "Delphi method" being used. In this regard, 20 cultural experts and program administrators using the "purposive sampling" were selected and their ideas through "questionnaire" in "two rounds" were collected. Questionnaires in the first and second rounds ordering 95 and 97 questions  of experts about "the effect of 9 Keyes component of the implementation of cultural programs" that its reliability through "content validity" and its reliability by using the "Internal consistency reliability" as "Cronbach's alpha coefficient" was established. Data using SPSS and LISREL software were processed and analyzed. The results showed a significant correlation between the presences of the three proposed model establishes that the proposed model suggests that acceptable internal consistency. In terms of priorities based on Friedman test, it was found that the dimension of "policy" is as more important than the dimension of "institutional" and "Micro".Prioritization is also confirmed the results of structural equation modeling. Structural equations modeling results showed that the proposed model for the implementation of cultural programs fit well with the experimental data, and on this basis it could be argued that the above model is appropriate utility Manuscript profile

        The student period and the experience gained during it can influence the thoughts, attitudes, values, orientations and behavior of a person in different ways. What shows the importance of student life is the influence of cultural programs and the interest of students to benefit as much as possible from the spaces and facilities available in the university. The purpose of writing this article is to quantitatively investigate the attitudes and cultural preferences of Tehran University students. For this purpose, a number of 382 questionnaires were provided to the students of Tehran University in the first semester of the academic year 2018-2019, so that by completing the questionnaire, students' attitudes regarding cultural programs and their priorities in this field can be quantitatively examined. The findings of the research indicate that considering the atmosphere of the university and the cultural programs implemented in it, more than half of the students have admitted that they do not want to attend the cultural programs of the university. Therefore, changing the attitude of university managers and officials towards the cultural interests of students, accepting the changing tastes of students in parallel with the cultural and social changes of society, accepting the diversity of the cultural needs of the student population, and giving special importance to responding to the needs of students with the aim of transferring value. Cultural events and increasing students' participation in planning and implementing cultural programs can be the basis for deepening cultural values and benefiting students from cultural programs.
