        Today, policy makers have started to study the required competency of a system which supports entrepreneurship with high growth. An emerging approach has focused on entrepreneurship ecosystems. Accordingly, the current research aims to determine the causal relationships of the entrepreneurship ecosystem dimensions in order industrial development by using ISM. The research method is descriptive and the sample was gathered by targeted sampling method. Furthermore, 143 ones and 15 experts were selected for confirmed section and Structural-Interpretative Modeling (ISM) section respectively. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Its validity and reliability was confirmed; then it was distributed among the members of the statistical sample. In order to analyze the data, confirmatory factor analysis and Structural-Interpretive Modeling was applied. The results show that accessible markets such as the domestic market and the international market are placed in the first level; moreover, the foundations and basis of entrepreneurship ecosystems such as budget and finance, universities as catalysts, intellectual capital and labor, education and cultural support should be enhanced for gaining access to these markets.         In today's world, uncertain environment and high market competition has increased the importance of finding agility due to the necessity to act fast and meet the needs of the market day by day. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to use Demetel method to investigate the causal relationships between factors affecting organizational agility in Kaveh Industrial City.The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data type. The statistical population of the study consisted of senior experts of metal products industries in Kaveh Industrial Township. The content analysis was used in the qualitative section and the dimensional method was used in the quantitative section.The themes were identified using eight themes of customer satisfaction, accountability, organizational change, agility, transformational leadership, information technology, learning organization and flexibility for agility. And four dimensions of transformational leadership, information technology, learning organization, and flexibility were identified as the most effective variables using the DEMATEL method. Transformational leadership is the most influential and agile organization with the most influence and the most effective. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of the current applied descriptive enquiry was to examine the causal relationships among sustainable human resource management (HRM) antecedents using structural-interpretive modeling. The research population consisted of staff at the Ministry of Health and Medical Education as well as the experts in the field. Two questionnaires were employed to glean the research data. The first researcher-made questionnaire was initially distributed among the research population to identify and validate the theoretical framework after its validity and reliability were statistically verified. The second questionnaire was employed for the sake of structural-interpretive modeling. The collected research data were analyzed through confirmatory factor analysis and structural-interpretive modeling the results of which revealed ten factors as antecedents of sustainable HRM in the target population. Likewise, the results of structural-interpretive modeling bore on organizational support and supervision as the basis of sustainable HRM practices that may directly and indirectly affect other antecedents.
