Introduction: The market of biopharmaceuticals in the world is growing rapidly and in our country the share of these drugs is increasing. Research, development, production and sale of these drugs have high risk and cost and require a long time. Hence, global companies are turning to technological and innovative collaborations. In Iran, however, the issue of cooperation between biopharmaceutical companies has not been addressed. Research Method: In order to identify the ways in which the actors of this industry cooperate along the value chain, the present study has tried to draw the actors in each of the links of the chain by studying two cases in Sinagen and Ronak Daroo companies. The present study is an applied type and interpretive paradigm in a way that using a multi-case study strategy, attempts have been made to identify ways of technological cooperation between different actors along the value chain. The interviews with each of the interviewees consisted of 13 main questions and were in the form of a semi-structured interview. Findings: The results of this study show that although good cooperation has been formed between the actors of this industry for the production of medicine. But these collaborations have been more about developing the market or producing biosimilars than on developing technology and upgrading research capabilities and developing new drugs. Also, despite the formation of few technological collaborations between companies in the industry, the lack of specialized companies such as clinical trial companies and small biotechnology companies, legal shortcomings such as the weakness of the commercial law for mergers and acquisitions and the weakness of use Export development tools are among the most important problems facing the promotion of technological cooperation between companies in this industry. Conclusion: Iranian biopharmaceutical companies generally acquire their production knowledge through reverse engineering and for the production of biosimilars and perform the distribution and after-sales service themselves. Water resources systems as a set of structures and equipment, strongly need proper operational programming in order to optimally supply demands and perform suitable water conservation. Water reservoirs are the most commonly used water resources systems for supplying domestic demands whose incorrect management may lead to unsuitable water resources protection and huge financial losses. Approximately in all of the reservoir design, operation and management problems, real reservoir system case studies are studied and analyzed according to the existing conditions and their objectives. Under these conditions, it can be very useful to define and introduce a sample reservoir system which can be investigated for all conditions and objectives. In this research, a three-reservoir system is presented for the first time, considering all physical and hydrological parameters beside three general objectives of generating hydropower energy, supplying downstream demands (agricultural, municipal and industrial) and flood control. The obtained results are quite logical, with a natural trend based on the logically defined data for the sample reservoir system. Therefore, this sample case study is capable of showing the performance of reservoir systems in different states of single or multi reservoirs and single or multi objectives. As a result, the presented reservoir system can be used as a sample case study for introducing and developing different methods in solving water reservoir system problems. Manuscript profile

In the current era, as other areas of social research methods, transition has occurred. Moving the social research methods from quantitative and strict methods to qualitative, humanistic and interpretive ones have doubled the importance of qualitative social researches.  The case study is also one of the most common methods of qualitative research which examines the unique form of a single case such as a person, family, community etc. In this method, according to Leen, phenomena within the context of real life are studied in integrated form through the inductive approach and with the aim of theory building. As one of the criticisms on case study method is its low internal validity, so this study tries to explain the case study and its different types (intrinsic, instrumental and original), and using the triangulation in case studies in order to validate research findings and case studies (construct validity of case study). As the main function of the triangulation is using the different methods in order to decrease the level of misinterpretation, improve the internal validity and also converge the different perspectives, we hope that using it in qualitative methods, especially in case study helps us to overcome this problem.  Manuscript profile

The organization of Corporate headquarters (CHQ), as the commanding brain in multi- business companies, is in a state of flux and adapts to external environment changes dynamically. The optimal management of its organizational dynamicity can profoundly impact productivity. Yet, close inspection of the existing literature indicates lack of a framework for managing organizational changes in CHQs. Hence, the purpose of this qualitative single case study is to bridge the gap and introduce a framework for managing the adaptation process in the CHQs. Initially, a specific and applied definition was offered for CHQ based on meticulous review of the related literature. Further, the construct was operationalized in the form of a questionnaire which was administered in one of petrochemical multi-business companies to serve the purpose of the study. The research data gleaned through open interview and studying related documents were submitted to thematic analysis. The findings underscored the CHQ’s environmental requirements, fundamental changes, orienting elements, parenting and managerial style and the maturity curve as the most significant factors influencing the policymaking of the adaptation process. Challenges related to each of the factors and the ways of handling them are discussed and a framework is offered for managing the adaptation process in CHQs. Manuscript profile

Tree growth has a great ecological and economic importance and stem analysis is one of the reliable and widely used methods which is used to study the growth of different attributes of the trees. In the present study, we evaluated diameter, basal area, and height and volume growth of two fast growing species (namely Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum). After falling down the trees, 5 centimeter thick disks at 2 meter intervals were collected and transported to the laboratory. The thickness of the annual rings was measured in two perpendicular directions up to1millimeter precision. The results showed that the highest value of the current growth of diameter of Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum occurred in 4 and 6 year ages, respectively, equal to 1.5 and 5.4 cm and the highest value of the current basal area growth of Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum occurred in 9 and 10 year ages, respectively, equal to 0.1 and 0.14 square meters. Furthermore, the highest value of the current growth of height of Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum occurred in 6 and 9 year ages, respectively, with value of 1.3 m 3.1 m and the highest value of the current growth in the volume of Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum occurred in 8 and 12 year ages, with a value of 0.094 and 0.1 cubic meters, respectively. Finally, there would be concluded that both of these species in such sites can meet the environmental needs such as green spaces as well as economic goals such as commercial wood product. This research proposed a comprehensive model designed for the optimization of supply chain networks, particularly emphasizing leagile demand-driven systems within the context of omnichannel operations. The proposed model integrates various parameters such as total cost, lead time, service level, and residual capacity, addressing the complex interdependencies among an omnichannel environment of retailers. To enhance the model's reliability, a hybrid meta-heuristic algorithm is employed, combining the strengths of MOEA/D-DE (Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm with Differential Evolution), IBEA (Indicator-Based Evolutionary Algorithm), and NSGA-II (Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II). The collaborative optimization approach ensures adaptability and efficiency in addressing diverse and intricate optimization challenges inherent in omnichannel networks. The numerical data from a case study on the supply of sanitary masks in Tabriz, Iran, during August 2021 is utilized to validate the model within the specific omnichannel context. The study includes a thorough sensitivity analysis, demonstrating the model's robustness against disturbances in the omnichannel network. The consistent performance of the odel across various disruption scenarios underscores its reliability and efficacy in ensuring the stability of supply chain operations within omni-channel frameworks. This observed resilience significantly enhances the overall robustness of the supply chain, especially when confronted with disruptive events. The model's ability to maintain stability under diverse conditions contributes to fortifying the supply chain against potential disruptions, thereby augmenting its adaptive capabilities in dynamic environments..Managerial and practical implications are discussed, emphasizing the significance of the proposed reliable omnichannel approach in leagile demand-driven systems. Nowadays many different methods and strategies regarding English language teaching have been proposed by many theorists but they seem to fail to fulfill the needs of the learners and they came up to be not satisfactory. Post-method pedagogy (PMP) has appeared recently as a concept beyond the concept of all methods. In post-method pedagogy, teachers develop a learning design based on their learners’ needs and the situation of learning. In another words, many of the methods are context-based while PMP is a class-room based approach. The present article tries to investigate the opinions of 50 EFL teachers from universities of Kerman in Iran (i.e., Bahonar university, Islamic Azad university, Payam Nour university, and Institute of Higher Education) and opinions of 150 students of B.A in English teaching from Azad University of Kerman in Iran to analyze the efficacy of post- method pedagogy in English Language Teaching. In so doing a qualitive research with a focus on the case study was conducted. The instruments used in this research were two questionnaires, one by Nikita and et.al (2016) to check for the opinion of the teachers on the efficacy of post-method in English language teaching and the other questionnaire by Tigli (2014) to check for the opinion of learners. The results have shown that 31.00% of EFL teachers strongly agreed with the efficacy of the post-method and among B.A students of English language teaching, 29.76% agreed that post-method was effective in English language teaching.
