        The present study aims to describe the dimensions of comprehensive banking model of Bank Melli Iran based on the customer needs. This research was conducted using the qualitative case study methodology. The target group of this study included 18 experts in banking industry with the work experience of above 10 years in Bank Melli of Iran in 2018. The qualitative data were analyzed using the thematic analysis method. The comprehensive banking model based on the customer needs was extracted in Bank Melli of Iran based on the results of this study; the purpose of this model was to address challenges in the areas of the financial resources, human resources, processes, and customers; some strategies to achieve this purpose include: making adjustments to the severe monitoring system in the area of banking laws and regulations, the need for diverse levels of funding to secure capital in big banks, using the competitive conditions in banking industry (including the digitalization) as an opportunity, proper use of communication technology to meet the diverse needs of customers.         The banking nature of Iran's economy has undeniably denied the key role of banks - especially Bank Melli as the economic engine and representative of the government in implementing government fiscal policies - in accelerating economic prosperity, supporting national production, and boosting domestic production. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors related to the implementation of economic policies of Bank Melli Iran in order to boost production in order to improve the performance of the financial system. In this study, first the factors related to the implementation of Bank Melli Iran's economic policies, components of Bank Melli economic policies for production prosperity and components of production prosperity were identified through exploratory studies and surveys of experts aware of the issue using Delphi technique. And then these factors were tested in the form of a designed model in the statistical population. The present study is a descriptive-correlational research that has been done by survey method. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. Findings of the research, while confirming the proposed research model, showed that there is a positive relationship between factors related to the implementation of economic policies and its components: intra-institutional factors and extra-institutional factors with economic policies. Also, there is a positive relationship between economic policies and its components: attracting liquidity, targeted injection of liquidity, interaction with working groups to remove barriers to production, payment of micro-facilities and payment of debt purchase facilities with a boom in production.         The contemporary world is witnessing the occurrence of strategic changes all over the world due to the increasing competition in the field of banking at the national and international level. Due to these transformations and changes, research on brand promotion mechanisms has been prioritized by financial and banking institutions. The purpose of the current research is to design a model of mechanisms for promoting the brand of National Bank of Iran. The present research is considered to be an applied research in terms of purpose and a mixed research in terms of method. In the qualitative part of the research, articles related to brand promotion factors were used, and in the quantitative part, the opinions of brand experts were used. Data analysis was done in the qualitative part with the method of synthesis and in the quantitative part by using structural-interpretive modeling. In the qualitative part, 26 concepts were extracted from the theoretical foundations, which were categorized into 6 categories. Then, in the quantitative part, using the ISM method, the categories were leveled and drawn in a model format. Based on this, the brand promotion mechanisms of National Bank of Iran were classified into five levels, with brand value being placed at the first level and conversational ability at the fifth level.         For entrepreneurship intuition, having a model is important and based on the model indicators, it is possible to provide a model for organizational entrepreneurship intuition in Bank Melli Iran. This research is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of nature. In this study, using interviews and studying the theoretical foundations and researches, the indicators of organizational entrepreneurship intuition were extracted and with the fuzzy Delphi approach from the members of selected experts, the pattern of organizational entrepreneurship intuition in Bank Melli Iran was identified with forty-two indicators Intuitive cognitive style, risk-taking, intuitive expertise, intuitive insight, opportunity recognition, tolerance of ambiguity, and intuitive judgment are presented. The proposed model can be used locally in Bank Melli Iran and provide the basis for the development of organizational entrepreneurship in this bank and enable them to extract comprehensive plans and measures of improvement of the management system pathology and their position.         The phenomenon of waiting in queues, with the increase in population density and the increasing urbanization of societies, is expanding more than ever before. Queuing theory is of great importance as a statistical technique for problem solving and system analyzing. Banks, as one of the most significant economic institutions, play an important role in monetary policy implementation (expansion and contraction) of the government. Compared with developed countries, Iranian banks are extremely busy. This may be one of the first things that attracts one's attention on first arriving in a foreign country. In order to reduce crowdedness in the banks, useful instruments such as electronic banking can be used. Using new technologies in the field of economics is one of the indices of the establishment of the electronic government and banking as well as the change in defining the society and power. To assess the role of electronic banking in reducing the density of the bank counter queues, the data on two banking systems (traditional and electronic banking) were collected during six working days from the branches of Zanjan Melli Bank (Zanjan Branch office). Following the analysis of the data within the framework of queuing system models, the results indicating the role of electronic banking in reducing the density of Bank Melli counter queues were obtained.         The compensation model should be developed in a way that causes employees satisfaction and organizational attachment to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, this study aims to present and compensation model with an organizational attachment approach in Bank Melli Iran. The present study is applied exploratory research in terms of purpose and its methodology is a qualitative type obtained from grounded theory. In this study, in-depth interviews based on a qualitative research strategy and theoretical sampling method were performed with 17 experts and banking managers and 7 university professors who are specialists in the field of human resources to reach theoretical saturation, and the resulting data were encoded and categorized and causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies, and consequences identified and finally led to the compensation model with an organizational attachment approach. In order to validate the research, the criteria of transferability, reliability, validity, generality, accuracy, conformity, and comprehensibility and for the validity of findings member checking, peer debriefing, and triangulation are used. In order to calculate the consistency of the research findings, retest reliability and intra-subject agreement method were used. The presented model leads to a better understanding of managers and planners from the relationship between organizational attachment criteria and compensation criteria, especially in the banking network.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of Fintechs in customer retention mediated by customer satisfaction and is descriptive in nature and method and correlation in terms of relationships between variables. The statistical population included two sections of customers and employees of bank Melli Iran branches in Tehran and the sample size was estimated 384 for customers and 248 for bank Melli employees using stratified and available sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling in SPSS and smartpls3 software. The results showed that the direct effects between variables, ie the effect of financial Fintechs on customer satisfaction, financial Fintechs on customer retention and the effect of customer satisfaction on customer retention, are statistically significant and sub-hypotheses are confirmed. the strongest effect is related to customer satisfaction coefficient on customer retention and 0.772 and the weakest effect is related to financial Fintech coefficient on customer retention at 0.152. The results of Sobel test showed that the indirect effect of customer satisfaction on customer retention was significant and the main hypothesis of this study was confirmed. The indirect effect of job satisfaction variable in the relationship between financial Fintech and customer retention is about 0.21. Manuscript profile

        The compensation model should be developed in a way that causes motivation and satisfaction in employees and finally promotes their productivity. Therefore, this study aims to present and validate a compensation model with a productivity approach in Bank Melli Iran. In the qualitative section, in-depth interviews were performed with 17 experts and banking managers and 5 university professors who were experts in human resources management to reach theoretical saturation, and the findings were encoded and categorized and causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies, and consequences identified and finally led to the compensation model with a productivity approach. In the quantitative section, the sample size was defined as per the “10-times rule" and questionnaires were prepared based on the findings in the qualitative section, and distributed then obtained data were analyzed and the validity of the model was confirmed by using Smart_PLS-3-2-8 software and analyzing composite reliability, average variance extracted (AVE), discriminant validity, predictive relevance (Q2), coefficient of determination (R2), and internal consistency indices. Applying this model not only promotes employee productivity but also creates a growing and dynamic organizational culture, organizational reputation, quality enhancement, organizational belonging and loyalty, synergy, and Employees' affiliation and leads to a better understanding of managers and planners from the relationship between productivity criteria and compensation criteria, especially in the banking network.         The aim of this study was to identify the components of virtuous leadership in the Bank Melli Iran. The research was fundamental in terms of purpose and also qualitative in terms of data type. The statistical population of the study included academic experts and experts of the Bank Melli of the Islamic Republic of Iran and 21 people were selected based on purposive sampling. Interviews were used to collect data. To ensure the validity of the instrument in the qualitative part of the research, the opinions of professors familiar with this field and academic experts were used. The reliability of the retest and the intra-subject agreement method were used to calculate the reliability of the interviews, which were all confirmed. The method of data analysis in the present study was theoretical coding derived from the method of data theory of the foundation. The results showed that the components of virtuous leadership in the Bank Melli Iran included individual, managerial and communication components. Manuscript profile
