The purpose of this study is to investigate psychological empowerment score and to indentify and rank the effective factors on psychological empowerment in khorasan regional electricity company. The research is application and doing with quantitative and describe methodsThe data were collected from 116 personnels of company.its validity was confirmed by the experts and elite universities and factor analyses and its reliability was approved via Cronbach’s alpha of 0.906. sampling is Stratified Sampling and tools Data Gathering is questionnaire.For examining the hypothesis T test, Friedman test, Bartlett's Test, Structural Equation Modeling has been used based on 9 hypothesis have been verified .The collected data were analyzed with SPSS software and lisrel software. The Results demonstrated that the rate of employee empowerment is more than average and structure empowerment , Empowering leadership , training, information sharing, reward, job characteristics, trust, psychological capital, self evaluation were place in first to ninth ranks , respectively.

Undoubtedly, nowadays, the technology of information and communication has so intertwined with human life that its effecton every aspect of life has increased. Perhaps, we heard about the creation and expansion of teleworking on various issues.Unfortunately, until now, this important issue has not been achieved in our country. Failure in this area has many questionsthat finding their answers persuaded the writer to identify the factors affecting the implementation of teleworking. Thepurpose of this study is to identify factors affecting teleworking in executive agencies. In this research, a number ofindicators obtained through interviews with experts and elites of statistics' population and reliable source and articles. Somequestions was introduced for each of the indicators and for answers, the likert' quintuple range was determined. To analyzeresponses by using the factor analysis, by SPSS software, underlying factors were identified. Rotated factor matrix locatedten categories as the basis. These ten categories are:1- organizational infrastructure 2- the quality of individual and organizational life 3-organizational strategies and employees'engagement 4-individual's factors 5-environment and organizational structure 6-occupational factors 7-employees' motivation8-managers' attitude 9-employees' attitude 10-cultural factors attending to the relative importance of variables and specificquestions of each factors, organizational infrastructure factor is the most important and cultural factors are the leastimportant.

عوامل عاطفی، به عنوان مهمترین عوامل درمطالعات یادگیری زبان انگلیسی به عنوان زبان دوم و به عنوان زبان خارجی به شمار می آیند. این عوامل موثر عبارتند از انگیزه، اعتماد به نفس، اضطراب و غیره. تحقیق و پژوهش در ویژگی های یادگیرندگان برای بیش از یک قرن در جریان بوده است. در ادامه این مطالعات ، مطالعه پژوهش حاضر ، تلاش در کاوش نوع شخصیت و انگیزه زبان آموزان ایرانی دارد. در این مطالعه، نوع شخصیت و انگیزه دانشجویان با استفاده از شاخص Myers- Briggs و پرسشنامه انگیزه "لین"مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این منظور، 60 زبان آموز از یکی از موسسات زبان در مشهد- ایران به عنوان شرکت کنندگان در این مطالعه انتخاب شدند. با توزیع دو ابزار در میان یادگیرندگان زبان خارجی و با توجه به نمرات ترم گذشته آنها اطلاعات گردآوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS آنالیز شد. نتایج تحلیل همبستگی رابطه معنی داری بین انگیزه، شخصیت و موفقیت دانش آموزان نشان داد..از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نیز برای بررسی قدرت ارتباط بین متغیرها استفاده شد که در میان این عوامل عاطفی، نوع شخصیت به عنوان بهترین پیش بینی کننده موفقیت دانش آموز تشخیص داده شد. کاربردهای آموزشی و پیشنهادات برای تحقیقات آتی نیز در تحقیق ارائه شده است.
