The current study was conducted to investigate the dietary effects of various amounts of Zataria multiflora seed powder on hematological, biochemical and immunological parameters in broiler and native chicken, in a random study using 4 treatments including 0 (control), 100, 200 and 300 mg/kg of Z. multiflora powder in diet for 42 days. At the end point, blood specimens were taken from wing vein and after the preparation of the serum samples, the following biochemical factors were measured using standard assay kits: total protein, albumin, globulin, triglyceride, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein as well as hepatic enzymes activates including, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine transaminase and gamma-glutamyltransferase. The number of lymphocytes and heterophiles also were counted. Furthermore, immunoglobulin contents were measured in serum samples. The obtained results showed that the herbal supplement can significantly alter all of the aforementioned factors in both races compared to the control. In addition, racial differences of the parameters including cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL, lymphocytes, heterophiles, ALT activity and IgM were recorded in control groups. Conclusively, supplementation with Z. multiflora powder can improve hematological and biochemical parameters in both races. However, the immunoglobulin contents did not change remarkably and seems like the higher amounts of the herbal powder should be used to improve immunological responses. Manuscript profile

Group HIIT1 in each session running four sets 30s with 19 to 20 rate of perceived exertion (RPE) Borg scale and two minutes of rest between sets. HIIT2 group running four sets of 60 s with the same intensity and four minutes rest between sets, training protocol performed three times a week and performed four weeks. 48 hours before and 48 hours after exercise, blood samples were taken. For analyzing data, use Mixed between-within Subjects analysis of variance in level of (P<0.05). mean percent of LYM, NEUT and NEUT levels did not change significantly (P>0.05). The mean of lymphocytes showed significant increase only in Group HIIT2 (P=0.005), difference between groups was not significant (P>0.05). leukocytes in the Both experimental groups was significant increase (P<0.05). The mean of immunoglobulin A in both experimental groups showed a significant increase (p<0.05). In the mean of immunoglobulin G, significant changes were observed only in HIIT1 group (p<0.05). immunoglobulin M did not change significantly in any of the groups (p>0.05). it seems that Short-term HIIT increase leukocyte counts and immunoglobulin A and G to a greater extent than medium-term HIIT.            Glucans derived from yeast cell wall are promising alternatives to antibiotics, as they have been shown to improve growth performance and stimulate the immune system of immature broilers. In this study we evaluated the effect of different levels of yeast beta-glucan (YBG) on some blood parametrs of broiler chickens. In a factorial experiment based on completely randomized design (the first factor: YBG levels: 0, 0.04 and 0.08% of basal diet and sex as a second factor) 144 day old chicks (72 male and 72 female) were selected and allocated to different treatments (three replicates of each treatment). The overall experimental period was 34 days. At the end of study, two birds from each pen were randomly selected as a sample. The level of albumin, globulin, urea and total protein was measured on blood samples. Statistical analysis of the results showed that the YBG had no significant effect on albumin, globulin, urea and total protein level. But the amount of plasma albumin and total protein in female chicks was significantly higher than male chicks (p<0.05). The interaction effect of the two factors was not significant. Therefore, it can be concluded that the mentioned levels of yeast beta-glucan had no significant effect on the studied parameters. Manuscript profile

Main purpose of this research was to study the effects of Dunaliella microalgae on immunological and survival rate of Rainbow trout. It was planned to measure IgM, IgG, IgA and IgE blood immunoglobulins and find out occurred changes in survival rate of the fish. Rainbow trout specimens were separated in five groups and were fed with diets containing 0, 5, 7, 9 and 11 grams of pure dried Dunaliella in each kilogram of food respectively. Blood samples were taken from 25 random collected fish, at the end of first and third months of culture and sent to the laboratory to measure immunoglobulin factors. Results indicated that levels of IgM and IgA immunoglobulins in the blood plasma of fish fed with Dunaliella algae showed significant statistical differences (P<0.05) with those not received Dunaliella algae. With increased levels of Dunliella in food, and increased weight, levels of IgM and IgA immunoglobulins were also increased. Their measured amounts were 10± 1 and 2 ± 1 mg per deciliter of blood plasma respectively. IgG and IgE immunoglobulins showed no significant difference. No mortality was observed in any of the groups, showing good adaptation with feeding conditions. Paying attention to the obtained results, indicate that Dunaliella algae containing β- Carotene has favorable effects on immunology, survival and growth of rainbow trout. Manuscript profile
