In the present study 64 speciment of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) with a mean weight155.8±24 g and mean length of 23.7±2 cm randomly allocated in four groups. Fish of threegroups were immersed in water contained 10, 25, 50, and 100 ppm clove (Eugeniacaryophillata) oil essence loaded on iron nanoparticles to induce anesthesia in them, and fourthgroup was as indicator. Loss of equilibrium, light anesthesia, regaining equilibrium andcomplete recovery times were precisely recorded. Fish were transferred into separate tanks afteranesthesia, and the blood samples were collected by cutting of the caudal peduncle from 4groups at 3 and 24 hours after recovery times. Blood samples were centrifuged and thebiochemical indices determined in blood plasma included AST and ALT by spectrophotometer.Brain, kidney, branch, heart, lien and liver tissues were extracted and fixed in phosphate bufferfor histopathology. Results indicated that anesthetizing with different concentrations of clove oilessence loaded on iron nanoparticles have no significant effects on amounts ALT and AST inrainbow trout. Also microscopic study of prepared sections from different tissues showed noremarkable side effects. Because recommended dose for induction anesthesia in rainbow troutwas 10 ppm in this research, therefore fivefold of recommended have no side effect even. Acomparison result of this research by results of other researches is indicating that clove oilessence after loading on iron nanoparticles become more safe and effective. Manuscript profile

To date, the anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect of clove extract has been proven, which makes it one of the treatments that can be used in wound healing. Comparing the healing effect with other healing aids makes clove extract stand out among wound healers. In this study, histopathological examination of clove nanofibers (eugenol) was performed in comparison with polycaprolactone nanofibers in other experimental thicknesses created in rat skin. In 45 adult Wistar rats, a dorsal ulcer induced. They are then randomly divided into three groups of 15 (observed group, eugenol nanofibers and polycaprolactone), then each into five other groups of 5 (fraternity sample groups on days seven, 14, and 21) Divide, collagen, epithelial thickness, scar, leukocytes infiltration, edema, acute hemorrhage and stretch test were evaluated. In the eugenol treatment group, epithelialization and collagen index increased significantly (P <0.05) from days 7 to 21 from the other two budget groups. The results show that clove nanofibers accelerated the healing process in thickened skin function compared to polycaprolactone and the control group. Manuscript profile

3 - Comparison of efficacy of 2-phenoxyethanol, clove oil and PI222 as anesthetics on the Silver carp (Hypophtalmichthys moltitrix)

This study has considered the determination and comparison of the appropriate dosage of three anaesthetics including: 2-phenoxy ethanol, clove oil and PI222 on silver carp fish (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix). Based on reduction of anesthesia time in fish to less than 3 minutes and recovery to less than 5 minutes. So 120 fish were studied. We use 4 dose for each of anesthetics and 10  fish for each dose ; For 2-phenoxy ethanol ,doses of 250, 300, 350 and 400 part per million ,and for clove oil and PI222, doses of 25, 50, 75 and 100 part per million were considered. Indicating 300 ppm as the best dosage for 2-phenoxy ethanol, and 50 ppm as the best dosage for clove oil and PI222. In comparison of these substances, clove oil and PI222 have priority to 2-phenoxy ethanol; and this priority is more remarkable in PI222, because of being cheaper and safety for fish and user. Analysis variance of result indicates that the anesthesia induction time had a significant relationship with increasing dosage of the three anesthetics (P<0/05) and this period decreased by increasing the dosage. The time of recovery was not significant (P<0/05) and performed independent from the dosage. Manuscript profile

The effects of anesthetic concentration, duration of anesthesia and return of clove oil with concentration of 50, 100, 150 and 200 mg per liter on female guppy were studied. Five Guppy fish with a weight under 1 gr were taken for each concentration. After preparation of thyme essential oil concentration in the container, fish individually transferred to a container containing the anesthetic solution and loss of balance and anesthesia times were recorded. Results showed that increasing concentration of anesthetic, the anesthesia faster and slower recovery process occurs so that the concentration of l50 and 200 mg clove oil, fish were anesthetized and the guppies in less than a minute recovery in clean water to concentration of 50 and 100 mg occurred more slowly. Stage of recovery in fresh water to concentration of 50 and 100 mg occurred more slowly. Manuscript profile

Powder cloves is preparing of flowers and dry stalks cloves tree and  used for an anesthesia fish in the short term.it is water-soluble and easily accessible with low cost. The anesthetic effects of clove powder were studied in juvenile rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). The effects of exposures to various dosages of clove powder were measured. Times to induction and recovery from anesthesia were measured. It was used in concentrations of 50, 100, 150 and 200 mg/L clove powder  and The hematological parameters was assessed before, immediately after 5 min of anesthesia and 24 h, after the anesthesia. Result indicated that time to reach various stages of anesthesia and recovery time of consciousness is directly correlates with the concentration of anesthetic solution.. Blood samples 5 min exposure clove powder caused the significant increase (P<0.05) in the hematocrit, hemoglobin and total erythrocyte count after anesthesia .These values returned back to normal within 24 hours .Clove powder anesthesia had not effect on other hematological parameters. Results of the examinations suggest that the use of clove powder at the concentrations of 50, 100, 150 and 200 mg/L does not cause irreversible damage of the blood parameters in rainbow trout.
