        Abstract Objective: Economic complexity has led to the inefficiency of organizations, and they seek to strengthen their core competencies in order to achieve this goal by delegating some of their tasks in the form of outsourcing. The purpose of this study is to design a system of outsourcing of services, including the principles, processes and various activities of outsourcing services in Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Fars province. Method: This research is cross-sectional in terms of practical purpose, type, case study, and time. The qualitative and quantitative analysis method is mixed and quantified in a way that has been proposed based on literature review and data extraction and with observation and in-depth interviews of the focus group of relief committee experts, processes specific to the relief committee and the characteristics of each stage of The process is approved in the proposed model and converted to the final and localized model. Findings: Findings in the form of providing a comprehensive system for outsourcing services in Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (RA) in a process with six steps, including preparing the outsourcing plan, identifying comparable services, identifying the index and selection of service providers, assignment of outstanding services, reorganization of the department after transfer and monitoring, monitoring and control of assigned services and the whole system, from the input stage, process, output and feedback in the form of A standard model of outsourcing is appropriate for this institution, along with the indicators of each stage.         Prologue and aim of this study cultural capital is one of head potential premium that it impress in modern world and can to emboss balance and cultural forces accordingly the aim of study was to investigate the role of imam Khomeini relief committee (ra)in patients Tehran province has been promoting cultural capital.Method: Method of this study wise the aim is applied and descriptive methods and wise collected of information isgeodesi .the study population include all client sponsored dependents committee of imam Khomeini in Tehran to reduce the scope of the study population the number of people under the auspices of the department has been 14408 people and by grjsy confirmed of experts in the field and its reliability computed by cronbachs alpha test vary from 0.85 respectively .Data: In the end the data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using test and the result showed that between services imam Khomeini relief committee (ra) patients under the protection and promotion of cultural capital a positive relationship (there is with coefficient0.59) the premotion of cultural capital embodied (with a correlation coefficient 0/54) cultural capital has been objective (with a correlation coefficient 0/59) and cultural capital institutionalized (with a correlation coefficient 0/51)Deduction: The data of this study con timed that the imam Khomeini committee could promote in all of dimension of cultural capital of its clients sponsored dependents.         Introduction and Objective: The Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation in order to eliminate cultural poverty from families under their support, teaching life skills for making healthy families is the most important part of their cultural program. Family literacy campaign, teaching of cultural, religious, moral, law, health and mental health issues helps families to become healthier and more successful. The main hypothesis of this study is that, the family education plan of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation has a significant impact on empowering of cultural and spiritual aspect of families. Methods: The research methods used in this study in terms of objectives is functional. And in terms of degree of control, used field work technique and data collection was descriptive and experimental. The statistical population for this study includes all households registered under, comprehensive system of family education of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation in Alborz province, which includes 822 families. Random assignment is used to specify sampling method, and in the end 120 families were identified. Data collection tool, for this research was interview, and paper questionnaire, and finally, Likert type questionnaire was prepared, which had 30 questions, using descriptive and inferential statics (frequency, frequency ratio, and frequency distribution tables) and T-test was analyzed by SPSS software. Results: Results shows that, impact of comprehensive system of family education was very high in empowering and promote awareness, and abilities of guardians and other family members, which is supported by this program. Results of sub-hypothesis indicated that the impact of these trainings, from religious point of view was very successful, in empowering of religious beliefs and attitudes in families.         The purpose of this study was to determine the predictive model of managers' strategic ability based on professional recognition, organizational support, job diversification and job adjustment in the General Directorate of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee of Fars province in 1397. In this study, This descriptive-correlational study was conducted. The statistical population included all employees of the General Directorate of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee of Fars province. Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. The estimated sample was 140 people using this table. A stratified sampling method was used to select statistical sample.The direct and positive direct effect of job diversification on managers 'strategy ability was 0.75; the direct and positive effect of job support on managers' strategy ability was 0.63 The direct and positive impact of professional recognition on the ability of managers' strategy is equal to 0.79; the direct and positive effect of job adjustment on the ability of managers is equal to 0.61; the indirect and positive effects of professional recognition and the ability of managers to adjust through job adjustment The indirect and positive effects of job diversification and managers' strategy ability through job adjustment is 0.37. The direct and indirect affection of job support and the ability of managers to adjust through job matching is 311%. Professional recognition, organizational support, job diversification and job adjustment in the General Directorate of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee of Fars province are able to predict the strategic capability of managers.         Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of reality therapy on depression of female-headed households in Shiraz in 2019. In this study, experimental design with pre-test and post-test including control group was used. The statistical population of this study was female-headed households referred to Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Shiraz in year 2019. Based on purposive sampling method, 30 of them with high score of Beck depression questionnaire  and low resiliency score were selected. They were randomly allocated to control and experimental groups. Both groups completed Beck depression questionnaire before intervention. The experimental group received the reality therapy training package in eight sessions. Depression questionnaire was again completed by both groups. the results of covariance analysis indicated that reality-based intervention reduced depression in female-headed households.     Manuscript profile

        Background and objectives: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of surrogacy on reducingsocial laziness by considering the mediating role of organizational transparency in the Imam KhomeiniRelief Committee in Fars province.Materials and Methods: The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptivecorrelational in terms of nature and data collection method. The statistical population of this study is allthe staff of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Fars province, which according to the informationobtained, their number is 697, and 248 people were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula. Thetool for collecting field information in this research is a questionnaire which consists of a questionnaireof succession (Kim), organizational transparency (Nashmi) and social laziness (resident). The validityof the questionnaire was confirmed by the opinions of five experts in this field and was finally approvedby the supervisor. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of thequestionnaires. After collecting the questionnaires, we analyzed the data and tested the researchhypotheses using Spss and Lisrel statistical software and correlation coefficient, regression, structuralequation and t-tests.Results: The results of the main hypothesis of the study showed that substitution breeding has asignificant effect on reducing social laziness by considering the mediating role of organizationaltransparency in the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Fars province (P <0.05, R2 = 0.44). The pathcoefficient of succession breeding on the reduction of social laziness was equal to 0.44, ie with theincrease of succession breeding, organizational transparency in the Imam Khomeini Relief Committeeof Fars province decreases by 0.44.Conclusion: By using succession planning, managers can direct employees to more specializedactivities and lead them to make faster and more dynamic movements, in other words, to relievelaziness.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation with Considering the mediating role of social capital. This is a descriptive-correlational study that was conducted as a survey. The statistical population included the staff of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Golestan province with a volume of 750 people and the sampling method was simple random. The sample size was 256 based on the Krejcie-Morgan table. To collect data, Knowledge Capabilities Questionnaires Patrick and Sonia (2009), Entrepreneurial Orientation Antonik and Hisrich (2003) and Social Capital Nahapit and Gushal (1998) were used. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and the construct validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis and the reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test and combined reliability. Then, the collected data were analyzed using Smart PLS software through correlation matrix, structural equation testing and model fit. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge acquisition and social capital. There is a significant relationship between knowledge creation and social capital. There is a significant relationship between knowledge storage and social capital. There is a significant relationship between knowledge distribution and social capital. There is a significant relationship between knowledge retention and social capital. There is a significant relationship between social capital and entrepreneurship orientation. Therefore, special attention to the capabilities of knowledge and social capital as a competitive advantage in the 21st century, will make the organization more successful in achieving its goals and leading to increase entrepreneurial capacity.   Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study was to present a process model of surrogacy by using the data theory theory of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee. This research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of a survey-exploration approach. The statistical population of this study consisted of a group of human resources management experts including university professors, human resources consultants, and senior managers of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee who were interviewed in depth. This selection and interview continued until the theoretical saturation and then stopped. In this study, snowball sampling method was used . In such a way that the first expert was selected on the basis of initial reviews and the opinion of the respected supervisor, and after completing the interview with the first person, he or she was asked to identify another person or persons who could replace the staff managers in the field. The Imam Khomeini Relief Committee is a consultant and will help enrich the research model. This process continued until the theoretical saturation of the researcher. Finally, this method was interviewed by 9 experts. In this study, since the data theory approach was used, the main tool for data collection was in-depth and unstructured interviews with HR experts. Finally, after open, axial, and triple coding, the conceptual model of research was designed based on the paradigm model. Manuscript profile
