Electromagnetic compatibility and interference is the premise of any electrical and electronic device; Therefore, the modern design of electronic and telecommunication systems requires that these systems be compatible with the electromagnetic environment around them; And the design must be done in such a way that these disturbances inflict the least impact on the performance of the system. In transmission substations, equipment that passes high currents leads to the production of interfering and disturbing fields. Because control cables are sensitive equipment of transmission substations, they are affected by these interference fields. Satisfying the path of control cables in the event of unconventional fields is one of the points to consider in the posts. The strategy and type of analysis are such that the parameters of electromagnetic compatibility, price and voltage drop are reviewed as decision criteria for optimal routing. Manuscript profile

The Adomian decomposition method is employed in this paper to investigate the free vibration of cable consisting of two uniform sections. Each section is considered a substructure which can be modeled using ADM. applying boundary and continuity conditions, the dimensionless natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes can be easily obtained simultaneously. The computed results for different boundary conditions are presented. The computed results agree well with those analytical and numerical results given in the literature. These results indicate that the present analysis is accurate and provides an efficient, reliable and systematic procedure which is simple and more straightforward than the other modal analysis. Also the effect of amount of mass and spring stiffness at the boundary on variation of natural frequencies is obtained and an effective procedure is suggested for encountering these kinds of problems. Access to safe, convenient, low-cost transport is a natural right of every citizen and this determines the quality of life in urban areas. Cable Propelled Transit (CPT) is a transportation technology that moves people in motor-less, engine-less vehicles that are propelled by a steel cable. The two main CPT configurations include Top-Supported systems (vehicles/cabins supported from above) and Bottom-Supported systems (cabins supported from below via tracks).Monocable Detachable Gondola (MDG) is the most basic and common CPT systems used for urban transit installations. This technology utilizes a single cable which provides both propulsion and support. Since the cable line circulates continuously around two end terminals, MDGs are classed as continuously circulating systems. An MDG’s detachable grip enables cabins to detach from the propulsion cable upon entering a station and reattaching when exiting. MDG cabins typically seat 8 passengers but can have capacities ranging anywhere from 4-15 riders. They are increasingly popular forms of public transportation due to their high reliability, modest capacities and relative low cost and quick implementation times. Technical Stats Application: MDG systems are well-suited and easily adapted to the urban environment whether it’s built on challenging topography or flat land. In large cities, they typically complement rapid transit trunk lines by functioning as feeder systems. However, in smaller cities with lower transport demands, they can operate as a primary transportation line.MDG systems are also the most common tourist-oriented gondola systems found in cities. This paper tries to offer cable transit system to control a part of urban traffic congestion and facilitate movement of people along with other urban transit systems to facilitate commuting. Therefore, as in our country there is not an applied example of cable transit system as a public urban system and we only use this system as a tourism system and as a twin winter mostly applied, we   implemented two successful experiences in Colombia and Venezuela, to analyses the advantage of this system. After analyses Measurement and Assess of the Practicality of the project in city if it was possible, we would propose it to city council.       Manuscript profile

Local scouring around the bridge piers is one of the causes of their destruction. Therefore, in order to reduce and control this phenomenon, extensive research has been done and solutions in this regard have been presented. These solutions consist of two parts, direct and indirect, which in this study by defining scenarios, reviewing both methods and their simultaneous impact was done. In this study, the method of using cable, which changes the flow pattern around the base, was considered as an indirect and groundwater method that causes the flow lines to deviate from the substrate, as a direct method. Therefore, different states of the foundation, in front of the base, behind the base and the cable around the base with relative steps equal to 0.33, 0.5 and 0.67 in clear water conditions were investigated. According to comparative experiments, the use of a waterfront in the front results in an average scouring depth of 15 to 20% less than a footstool in the back of the base. Therefore, in general, according to the diagrams, it can be concluded that the combined use of cable and groundwater has reduced the scour depth and is accepted as a method of reducing the base scour depth. The terrorism event of 11th September 2001 and invasion of U.S to Afghanistan during less than one month after this event (in 7th of October of the same year) makes Afghanistan as a focal point in U.S foreign policy. In this direction political and security changes in Afghanistan after raid to this country and capture it by allied forces, has been one of the most important and complicated regional and international challenges during past decay. This problem has been under the influence of some factors like bases, interests, objects and different policies, and in some various cases regional and international actors, in face of Afghanistan and uncertainty of common regional policy with respect to it. This changes has caused continuous political, social and security quarrels in this country. In a present century, whatever threatened the American interests in a view of U.S leaders is terrorism phenomenon. On the other side the focal point of U.S foreign policy in new thousandth is struggle with terrorism. American existence threat in recent years isn't from the side of international famous actors; the main disturbance of U.S leaders isn't arising from the interests struggle with continental powers or provisional powers but their pioneer challenge coming a different kind of actor in a scene. It is for the first time that the U.S during its history encounter with N.G.O actor as a main threat, so the U.S encounter with a threat that can call emergence of emerge terrorism. U.S hegemony power and vital role of this country in the world is a factor that create a universal new order and from the other side powerful presence of U.S in Afghanistan territory during past 13 years finally lead to drawn up Kabul-Washington security contract during Ashraf Ghany government caused that I reimburse to the role of U.S foreign policy in drawing up this contract and effect of it in the security of region and Islamic republic of Iran. Mal-operation of distance relays in electric power systems can be caused by a variety of factors, including errors in the relay's hardware or software, incorrect settings, and so on. In this paper, the issue malfunction of distance relay in parallel cable lines of sub-transmission network due to a systemic phenomenon titled "reverse fault current effect in the direction of load flow on the healthy phase" is studied and explored from various aspects. The innovation presented in this article is the detection of described above phenomenon that may cause the distance relay maloperation on a healthy phase of the adjacent line, leading to disconnection of the mentioned line. This is despite the fact that the fault has occurred on only one of the two parallel cable lines, and only that faulted line should be isolated from the network. In this study, we initially provide a comprehensive explanation of this phenomenon and illustrate its impact on the healthy phases of nearby parallel lines. Subsequently, to confirm the occurrence of this phenomenon, a real electrical power network is examined and modeled through DIgSILENT software simulations. Furthermore, we explore and analyze the factors that amplify or mitigate this phenomenon. Concluding the paper, we propose several strategies to mitigate the effects of this phenomenon, thereby preventing the mal-operation of the distance relay. Manuscript profile
