        Introduction and objective: Everyone in the city is interested in buildings that make up of beauties which indicate the culture of region there. In this paper, the cultural challenges are identified and more over the effect of religion on some components of the architectures has been tested. Method: In order to collect data, survey information is used and also 450 questionnaires are distributed in the area of 2-5-11-22 of Tehran. For hypothesis testing, descriptive statistic and correlation is used. Findings: Religious identity, historical conditions and morphological structures are variables which have been survived. Results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between morphological characteristics of buildings and buildings face. Results: Results also accept the existence of a positive and significant relationship between access to administrative and religion identity. Manuscript profile

        The present study was conducted with the aim of understanding the pedagogical activities in high school level in terms of the impact on formation and strengthening the national and religious identity of the teens. For this purpose by using descriptive methods and techniques of content analysis, the pedagogical and religious approved programs for high school in 2011 academic year in relation to religious and national identity symbols were analyzed. The study population comprised all pedagogical programs approved by the Ministry of Education's Deputy. The Quranic Atmosphere Office and the Art and Cultural Office selected for the analysis most likely due to pedagogical programs. The results showed that these programs with the goal of identity of the teenage generation were focused on the symbols of national and religious identity. Although, they were not balanced and have gained the most attention in the fields of national components, symbols of territorial defense, flag, national anthem, poetry and literature. The programs related to national holidays were also limited to the Fajr decade and the anniversary of the liberation of Khorramshahr. The attention level to monuments and historical symbols and Iranian clothes were limited too. In the field of the symbols of religious identity (reflecting the religious values in a religious community) had gained more effects and prominence in comparison with the symbols of national identity. In these applications, the high school pedagogical programs showed the most attention to the Holy Qur'an, obligatory religious rituals, sacrifice and martyrdom. In total, the data indicated more attention of pedagogical programs to religious values compared with the national values. Manuscript profile

        The present study aimed at examining the association of religious identity and attribution factors with self-esteem for English language learners. The study adopted a quantitatively dominant sequential mixed-methods research. A sample of 45 students majoring in English language and a pool of 20 experts in psychology and language from different Universities participated in the qualitative phase of the study based on data saturation method. The data collection procedure in the qualitative methods included semi-structured interview method. The qualitative phase of the study, after determining the inter-rater reliability of the data yielded 14 common codes. Moreover, a sample of 163 students majoring in English language from different Universities participated in the quantitative phase of the study based on availability sampling. The data were collected by means of the newly-developed religious identity questionnaire, attribution questionnaire, and self-esteem questionnaire. To develop and validate the questionnaire of religious identity, the researchers employed Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modelling by means of SPSS Version 22 and Amos 20. Cronbach Alpha estimated the internal consistency of the whole items including 34 items as 0.82. The validated questionnaire composed of four factors including Ideal Religious Identity, Real Religious Identity, Ought to Religious Identity and Feared Religious Identity. Following this, the results of Pearson Correlation Coefficient confirmed that the relationship between religious identity and attributions with self-esteem was significantly positive and large for EFL learners. Religious values act as assistance for learners to exert more effort in the face of possible failure and indeed, small success increases self-esteem. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this research is the study of cultural intelligence and factors related to it (using the media, religious identity and social capital) among the students of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz. Azad University of Tabriz is the statistical community of the study and the sample size is 375 using Morgan Table. The methodology of the study is survey. To collect the data cultural intelligence questionnaire and a research-made questionnaire on the use of the media, religious identity and social capital were used. Cultural intelligence as the criterion variable has metacognitive, cognitive, motivational and behavioral dimensions and predictor variable includes the use of media, religious identity and social capital. For analyzing the data Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation test and multiple linear regressions were used in SPSS software. Reliability obtained by Cronbach alpha in this study. The results show that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between the use of media and all dimensions of cultural intelligence except the cognitive dimension. There is a positive relationship between religious identity and four dimensions of cultural intelligence. Also, there is a negative and inverse relationship between social capital and metacognitive, motivational, and behavioral dimensions but there is a positive relationship between social capital and cognitive dimension of cultural intelligence.   Manuscript profile

        The present study aimed to investigate the situation of social ethics in Tehran and to find the social factors that influence it. The main approach of this research is the integrated and multidimensional theory of social order. The research method was survey and the data collection tool was a questionnaire. The research population included men and women over 18 years of age in Tehran, 600 of whom were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling. The data were analyzed using the SPSS software. The results showed that social ethics variables of this study included responsibility- with an average score of 3.01 out of 5 was at the medium range; fairness - with an average score of 2.46 out of 5 was at the low range; and moral commitment- with an average score of 2.83 of 5 was also at the medium range.  The overall score of social ethics with an average of 2.14 out of 5 was also at the low range. Based on the results, it can be said that people’s loyalty to social ethics in Tehran is not at a satisfactory level. The results of step by step regression analysis showed that variables like national identity, religious identity and ethnic identity, and the age of people has an enforcing impact on social ethics. Education and length of stay in Tehran had negative effects on social ethics. Manuscript profile

        This study was conducted to study the analysis of cultural-identity factors affecting the tendency to change the name of individuals in clients of the Civil Registry Office (Case study of 6 cities in Khuzestan province). Name and choice of naming is a means to identify human identity and is part of the culture of a society. This phenomenon has existed among human societies, both primitive and modern societies. The main idea of the research is derived from Anthony Giddens's theory and cultural and identity factors are considered to be effective in changing the name. In this study, the statistical population of name change applicants in Khuzestan province this year, whose number was 9035 people, among this number, 396 people were selected using the Cochran's formula as the sample population. The sampling method is randomly selected cluster. The method of this research was based on survey and the data collection technique was based on a questionnaire. The results show that the stronger the identity and cultural factors, the more effective they will be in the tendency to change the name.         The identity in many countries, including Iran, is not a single category and it is influenced by various sources of identity, whose conflict with each other sometimes cause concerns. The purpose of this study is to investigate the situation and analyze the identity resources of teenagers of different ethnicities and understand its complexities so that we can achieve the society's understanding of Iranian identity patterns among teenagers. For this purpose, the theories that emphasize the issue of identity from the perspective of compositional approach as well as the perspective of symbolic interaction were selected as the theoretical framework of the research in the analysis of the identity resources of teenagers. The research method in this research is a quantitative approach using a survey technique, the data collection tool is a questionnaire, and the statistical population is teenagers from the cities of Zahedan, Ahvaz, Urmia, Sanandaj, and Gorgan. In this study, the statistical sample includes 2000 people. After collecting the information, the research data were analyzed through a questionnaire using SPSS, Amos software at two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. According to the findings of this study, apart from national identity, gender is effective in other dimensions, and the dimensions of global identity are higher among teenage girls than teenage boys, and the ethnic and religious dimensions of identity are higher among boys than among girls. From these findings, it can be concluded that girls have a higher tendency towards modernity than boys, and social and ethnic structures are stronger in boys' role-playing and sociability.
