One of the important issues in data envelopment analysis is sensitivity analysis. Many articles have been presented in this field by researchers, sometimes managers are concentrating on issues that would be critical to allocate a fixed cost to decision-making units. Since in real problems the primary data are not precise but interval, ordinal, and qualitative therefore this study have been discussed this issue and present a model for assigning a fuzzy fixed cost to decision-making units. Moreover, the inputs and outputs of all units are assumed to be fuzzy and the allocation of new costs should be such that the highest number of inefficient units become efficient. This study is aimed to design a new model for service and civil development application to be employed in the evaluation of the country’s ecological capability studies. To this end, first the frequency of sustainable and unsustainable ecological factors inIranwas identified. Then, theDelphimethod which is a branch of phase theory methods was used. Prioritization of effective ecological factors and assessment of the frequency value of each factor were made by completing 750 questionnaires for desired branches (Delphigroup). The gathered data were analyzed using SPSS software version 11.0. After being designed, the model was introduced to the geographical information system using Arc info program. The model’s sensitivity analysis test was done with the purpose of determining the extent to which favorable responses are affected by certain changes in the target function through Simplex method using lingo software. This model is used in the evaluation of ecological capability at the time of analyzing the ecological resources of the field under examination and after preparing the map of environmental units. In fact, environmental units map is considered as the fundamental map in ecological capability evaluation studies. To asses the capabilities of the new method, ecological capability of District 22 in the city ofTehranwas evaluated as a case study and the service and civil development application map was prepared using Arc view GIS 3.2a program. The results of the study show that the points given to environmental units vary from zero to sixty-five. And n MoreSenior managers of organizations are always looking for a solution to ensure the selection and implementation of more appropriate strategies, among which the Sustainable Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) is a comprehensive performance control with a set of financial sets. And non-financial, it provides a comprehensive view of performance, such as the environment and social responsibility. The aim is to use a combination of models to identify key influential indicators and performance affectivity to evaluate detergents in stable balanced scorecard scores according to a set of indicators and determine the dependencies between them, by a group of decision-makers. Data analysis and analysis using integrated techniques to determine the degree of preference of functional components over each other, including the new approach of stable balanced scorecard and due to the multifaceted relationship between options and indicators of multi-criteria decision-making methods (DANP) are used. The advantage of this approach is the attention to the relatively complex interdependence of factors affecting performance. For the main dimensions and criteria for evaluating the sustainable performance of the studied industry, it was found that environmental and social factors are the most influential and the factors of internal and economic processes are the most influential, as well as economic criteria (0.239), internal processes (0.21), social (0.188), learning growth (0.183), and environmental (0.178) are important in the strategies of this industry, respectively. 4 - Combined Uncertainty and Linguistic Variables in Response and Scoring To Psychological Questionnaires (Case Study: Abedi Creativity Questionnaire)

Creativity measurement psychological issues are very important as well. Objective: This study investigated the accountability accuracy and conventional scoring method with proposed methods using the means of incorporation of uncertainty and fuzzy linguistic variable approaches as to know how accountability and scoring method of psychological questionnaires work. Method: The sample is Abedi Creativity Questionnaire which contains some 60 questions in order to better compare the results of a questionnaire answered by hypothetical methods. Results: The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by conventional distance methods and analytical results were proposed. So the results of the conventional accountability and scoring methods put individuals in the rows of people with very little creativity. However, with the incorporation of uncertainty and fuzzy linguistic variable theory in accountability and grading method puts individuals in the rows of people with a lot of creativity. Discussion and conclusion: Accordingly, we conclude that the incorporation of uncertainty and fuzzy linguistic variable theories in psychology are required to answer the questionnaire and scoring, and increase the accuracy. But the major and the most important detriment due to inflation is the distrust of scale of inflation’s rate in future. Except the economic factors such as inflation and production and ect, political factors can put economic factors in unreliable conditions. For example, political instability, war, people’s distrust in case of economic decisions and totally each decision or policy that causes distrust in economy atmosphere is effective in inflation uncertainty. In this article, we calculate the scale of uncertainty inflation during 3185-3156 with use of collection of “Fuzzy logic” and the two input variables, “inflation” and “money growth rate” used with base year’s prices. At the following section, Robert and Alexander’s economic growth model has been utilized to investigate the efficacy of the inflation uncertainty on the economic growth for the time being. (In this model inflation uncertainty variable has been used instead of inflation variable). The results of the present study using OLS method for calculating the mentioned patterns shows that inflation uncertainty hasn’t meaningful affected on the economic growth. The positive effect of investment share, export share in GDP on the economic growth and share of public section expenses were other results of the present study. The important point that should be noted here is that measuring and specifying the exact amount of inflation uncertainty and surveying relationships between them and its efficacy on other variables can be an appropriate way in making correct decisions Manuscript profile -
