  The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between socio-economic status and the level of knowledge and awareness of citizenship rights in five areas of civil, political, socio-economic, gender and cultural rights among students of Dezful universities in the academic year of 1997-98. The research method was survey and using Krejcie and Morgan table, the sample size of 400 people was determined. The sampling method was random quota and a questionnaire was used to collect data. In addition to descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation coefficient, t-test, analysis of variance, multivariate regression and path analysis were performed using SPSS software. The results show that there is a significant relationship between socio-economic status and knowledge of citizenship rights. Among them, the level of education and gender had the greatest impact and there was no significant relationship between age, employment status and income with the level of awareness of citizenship rights.   Environment and natural resources as a pavement of sustainable development, is considered as a supportive factor for natural life and cultural heritage of the human society. The increasing growth of population has caused the necessity for job substitution services. Limited resources and lack of capable pattern for development have caused a lot of pressure on environment and restoring natural resources. Destruction of environment and natural resources has attracted the attention of planners and policy makers as a global problem. The trend of environmental destruction and natural resources of our own country is not an exception from this rule. Education is recognized as a profitable investment in development process, especially sustainable development and establishing changes and reforms in order to prevent the destruction of the environment and restoring natural resources. One of the important accelerating factors is public training especially educating students. This process only would take place if the training and education is compatible with the right conditions. For this purpose, this research has been delivered on high school level students of the city of Tehran to find out their knowledge and awareness about the environment and protecting it. Population of this study is about 470,000 students. This is an applied research with the Descriptive-Correlation method. A questionnaire was used to collect information and data. Data is analyzed by using SSPS software. The results obtained from Spearman Correlation coefficient between independent parameters of age, parents education, listening to the radio programs, watching the television programs, having access to forest and green spaces, studying books about environment. With the related parameter of students’ awareness about environment indicated that, there is a significant relationship between mentioned parameters. The obtained results of individual effects of independent parameters on related parameter through the tests of Keruscal-Walis and Man White Nee, indicated that the independent parameters method of acquiring information, using of magazines, participation in related activities, participation in educational classes and membership in environmental organizations, have direct effects on students’ awareness about the environment. However, the parameters of genders, educational achievement, educational field, deferent student organizations and being a member or not having a membership in students’ organizations have no effects students awareness about the environment. The obtained results of total effect of independent parameters on dependent parameter of students interest on environment through multiple regression indicated that the parameters of studying environmental books and journals have had positive effects on students awareness about environment.   مطالعه حاضر به بررسی تاثیر بالابردن میزان آگاهی از طریق آموزش راهکارهای فراشناختی (طرح ریزی کردن و خود مدیریت کردن) بر روی مهارت خواندن فراگیران ایرانی انگلیسی برای اهداف خاص پرداخت. شرکت کنندگان این تحقیق که دانشجویان مهندسی عمران دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بویین زهرا بودند به دو گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. هر یک از گروه ها شامل 21 دانشجو بود. در مرحله اول یک آزمون مهارت خواندن به عنوان پیش آزمون به هر سه گروه داده شد. در مرحله دوم دانشجویان در دو گروه آزمایشی در پنج جلسه از آموزش طرح ریزی کردن و خود مدیریت کردن براساس روش  CALLAبهره مند شدند در صورتیکه دانشجویان در گروه کنترل آموزشی ندیدند. در مرحله سوم پس از کامل شدن دوره آموزش یک آزمون مهارت خواندن به عنوان پس آزمون به آنها داده شد. براساس تحلیل داده ها دانشجویان در دو گروه آموزشی عملکرد بهتری نسبت به دانشجویان در گروه کنترل از خود نشان دادند. بنابراین نتیجه گیری می شود که آموزش راهکارهای فراشناختی (طرح ریزی کردن و خود مدیریت کردن) تاثیر و نقش بسزایی در مهارت خواندن دانشجویان داشت.  Manuscript profile

  Toxoplasmisis is one of the most prevalent and widespread parasitic infections in man and animals. The aim of this study was to explore the knowledge about Toxoplasmosis among Tabriz university students. In total 449 students (54.8% female and 45.2% man) were participated in this survey by completing questionnaire. The results of this survey showed that knowledge about the disease among students of TabrizUniversity is low. These knowledge rates in male students were highly than female students (41% and 13.9% respectively). But this difference was not significant. The students of humanity sciences and agriculture have significantly more knowledge than other students about this disease (p<0.005). Also technician degree and bachelor students have more knowledge than other grades students about Toxoplasmosis. But this difference was not significant. The results of this survey showed than main information sources of students about Toxoplasmosis were book (25.7%) and internet (18.9%) and television (18.9%).       Manuscript profile
