  Mining is the place where has been accumulated metals and stones with economic values. Any harvesting operation requires a license from the industry, mine and trade Organization And criminal reactions in the field seems to be inadequate. The aim of this study preventive mechanism against illegal exploitation of mines in Iran.Data collecting method is documentary and data analysis method is analytical-descriptive.Due to the importance of mines the legislator by the deterrent legislation should be sought to prevent the illegal exploitation of mines, unfortunately, this procedure is not coherent and it shows in exchange of illegal exploitation of mines the criminal policy of Iran, More repressive to preventive aspects. Pointed out that the illegal exploitation of mines has always been a major challenge for the country, therefore, it is important to resort to pre-emptive ways.According to the teachings of criminology, applying various forms of social and situational prevention can also play an important role in controlling the illegal exploitation of the mines. Education and awareness, promotion of popular and situation culture, including measures of social prevention and control measures applying in its aspects, are among the situational prevention strategies that can be used to reduce the incidence of illegal exploitation of mines.   International sanctions are one of the main tools in the foreign policy of governments to influence and change the behavior of other countries. Iran, as one of the countries that has been pressured by extensive international sanctions, is looking for new methods in an effort to circumvent these sanctions. This article aims to investigate the role of Afghanistan's political-economic relations in circumventing international sanctions against Iran. The main question of the article is: Can Afghanistan's economic and political relations serve as an alternative path for Iran to bypass sanctions? In response to the question of the article, this hypothesis is proposed that the development of political-economic relations with Afghanistan can help Iran in reducing its dependence on international markets and obtaining new economic resources. The research method used in this article is descriptive-analytical using articles and interviews with experts. The findings showed that Iran's foreign policy should pay more attention to Afghanistan's issues and reduce the intensity of security in this country. Iran can also be used as a bridge for Afghanistan's exports and imports due to Afghanistan's lack of access to the Arabian Sea and as a transit corridor for global trade. Manuscript profile

  The issue of immigration has been discussed in Islamic jurisprudence for a long time, and in the present era, due to the fact that this issue has become international and comes into contact with relations between governments, its importance has doubled; Because today in some parts of the world, we are witnessing genocides, ethnic cleansing and forced migrations, which add to the sensitivity and importance of the migration issue. With this statement, one of the problems that has plagued many countries today is the issue of illegal immigration and its control; So that these countries, in order to create social stability in their society and prevent crime, apply strict laws to control the entry of foreign immigrants into their country. Because the issue of immigration, especially illegal immigration, affects the security of societies and the process of globalization of the economy, and causes restrictions on the labor market as well as widespread unemployment in these countries. Therefore, in this research, which was carried out using a descriptive and analytical method, it is concluded that illegal immigration, due to the harm it causes to the individual and the society; including the fact that there is a fear of losing life, property, and honor, and the security of countries is endangered, and on the other hand, it causes an increase in crime in societies, based on the rule of harm, the rule of negation of mustaches, and the obligation to obey Laws and... are forbidden according to Islamic law.
