        The purpose of this study is to investigate and evaluate the sustainability of Bandar Abbas neighborhoods with emphasis on modern urban planning indicators.The purpose of the present study is applied studies and its predominant approach is descriptive-analytical. Library and field methods (questionnaire) have been used to collect data.The statistical population of the study includes 152862 households living in Bandar Abbas. To determine the sample size using Cochran's formula, the sample size of 383 households was selected.Then, different dimensions of sustainable development (economic, social and environmental) were evaluated using the opinions of heads of households in different parts of Bandar Abbas.The results show that among the neighborhoods of Bandar Abbas in terms of social sustainability, Golshahr, Azadegan and Shah Hosseini neighborhoods have the best performance and posht shahr, Soro and duhezar neighborhoods have less social sustainability. Golshahr, Azadegan and Nayband have more stability and Tohid, Chahestani and Behesht Zahra neighborhoods have less economic stability than other neighborhoods. In the study of environmental indicators of sustainable development, Shah Hosseini, derakht e sabz and Golshahrz neighborhoods have the most environmental sustainability.         Introduction: Today, the occurrence of natural hazards and the damage and casualties caused by these hazards in different parts of the world have made making cities and urban areas safer, becoming a long-term but achievable challenge. Making cities resilient in different dimensions is a suitable and efficient way to strengthen the city's structure to deal with natural and unnatural crises and hazards. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the resilience of Bandar Abbas city and the state of vulnerability to natural disasters. Methodology: research method in terms of purpose, applied and in terms of descriptive-analytical survey method, the method of collecting information in the form of documents (library) and field (interviews and questionnaires) and to analyze data from geographic information system and analytical model of DeMitel and network analysis of ANP is used. The investigated variables in order to explain the resilience of Bandar Abbas city are the state of open spaces, incompatible uses, land (substrate), building resistance, access, ownership, density, which are analyzed in the presented paradigm. After collecting the points and the product of the points in the obtained coefficients, from the statistical processes to the urban resilience model, the final measurement of the urban resilience in Bandar Abbas has been made.         The tourism industry is growing rapidly in the world today within the framework of certain spatial patterns. One of them is tourism on the sea coast. Sea and coast have a great opportunity for tourism development and coastal tourism is considered as one of the most important models of economic development and employment creation. In this type of tourism, tourists travel to coastal areas to see beaches and use coastal facilities. Therefore, the main goal of the current research is to provide an integrated management model of coastal tourism, the case study of the beaches of Bandar Abbas city. The mixed research method is qualitative-quantitative. The statistical population of the current research in two quantitative and qualitative parts includes experts in the field of tourism and all tourists who traveled to Bandar Abbas city between April 1400 and Shahrivar 1400 and were considered tourism, in this research using random sampling and volume calculation a sample of 325 people were selected as subjects. In the following, using the factor analysis model, in which the factors were: structural (factorial factor 0.43), behavioral (factorial factor 0.62), environmental (factorial factor 0.38), the indicators of the integrated coastal tourism management model, the studied beaches the city of Bandar Abbas was determined. Among the 54 items, considering that all the factor loadings were above 0.6, therefore none of the factors were eliminated, all three components, under the title of factors of the integrated coastal tourism management model,.         One of the most important characteristics of human communication with the environment is the sense of belonging to a place, which plays a decisive role in the continuity of human presence in space. The present study seeks to measure the level of citizens' sense of belonging to the city of Bandar Abbas in 1397. According to Cochran's formula, 300 people from the statistical population were selected using targeted sampling and multi-stage cluster sampling using the Cochran's formula. According to the research findings, the average sense of belonging (27.85) is reported to be above average. A study of contextual variables showed that residential area, duration of residence and education have decisive effects on citizens' sense of belonging, but there is no significant relationship between variables such as gender, occupation, marital status, age and income. Also, the results of the inferential test of research hypotheses showed that there is a strong and significant relationship between social interactions, social security, neighborhood services, neighborhood cooperation and cooperation and index and memory locations with the sense of belonging of Bandar Abbas citizens. The results of the regression test showed that the mentioned variables explained only (37%) of the citizens' sense of belonging, which had the highest level of explanation, respectively, index places, social interactions and also social security.         One of the most important characteristics of human relationship with the environment is the sense of belonging to the place, which plays a decisive role in maintaining the human presence in the place. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the social factors affecting the sense of belonging. sociological perspectives of Jacobs, Benjamin, Lynch, and Pakzad were used to construct the theoretical framework. Using a survey method and a questionnaire, 300 residents aged 18 years and older with more than ten years of residence in Bandar Abbas were selected by purposive and multi-stage cluster sampling.The collected data were described and analyzed by SPSS software using statistical methods such as frequency distribution, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation and regression. Research findings showed that  the average for “feeling of belonging” (27.85) was reported as moderate to high. Factors such as length of stay, education and residential area affected the subjects'  “feeling of belonging”. Also, the results of the inferential tests showed that there was a strong and significant relationship between social interactions, social security, neighborhood services, neighborhood cooperation, and landmarks and memorable places with citizens' sense of belonging. This means that by decreasing or increasing any of the above parameters, the degree of citizens' sense of belonging also changes accordingly.
