With the development of information technology, electronic health (e-health) systems are used as a common approach to recording patients' medical data. Given that medical information is an essential asset of individuals and the health system, there are severe concerns about secure sharing and preserving this information's privacy. In this paper, we propose a new identity-based encryption (IBE) method by bilinear pairings to ensure the confidentiality of patients' data and their privacy in cloud health systems; in this way, this plan also provides authentication for users using challenge-response mechanisms. In addition, the proposed scheme, using blockchain techniques, ensures integrity and precise access control for shared data. The correctness of the proposed protocol is verified, and its security is formally proven in the standard model. The implementation of our scheme is performed in Java, and the results show that the proposed scheme reduces the computational overhead compared to previous similar methods. Manuscript profile

Papoon is one of the villages of Kohmaereh Nowdaan in Kazeroon city. The inhabitants speak in Papooni accent. In this article, conjugational structure of verb has been investigated. One of the writers of this research is a native Papooni speaker and in order to gather data, he interviewed with some of illiterate speakers of this accent. The results showed that verb in Papooni accent like other middle Iranian languages are constructed based on present and past tenses. The other point is that transitive and intransitive conjugations of verbs are different. Verb endings are specific, deductive, and systematic in standard Persian language. But unlike the Persian language, verb endings have different species and change on phonological positions in Tabari language, and their recognition requires more attention. Other issue is that each of six verb endings is clear and obvious in Tabari language, and the number of them is identical in past and future tenses; in other words, there is no hidden verb ending in the third singular person of past tense verb. While, the number of past and future verb endings is different in standard Persian language and there is a zero morpheme in third singular person. This article has attempted to study the Tabari’s verb endings and its species at different tenses. Thus, it has provided a sample in form of verse for each species and made it clear that the verb endings are obvious and the number of them is identical in past and future tenses contrary to Persian language Manuscript profile
