The first objective in any financial organization is to improve performance, and performance evaluation also is one of the best ways to advance operations in organizations. By utilizing different methods of performance evaluation, organizations can evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of processes that are in accord with strategic objectives. In addition, the performance evaluation instruments can help organizations with resource allocation and appropriate distribution of these resources. So far, many performance evaluation methods have been introduced which among them, traditional approaches only focus on the financial aspects and do not concern the non-financial. This article primarily concerns the linking of strategy maps and performance indicators that provides a structure of performance evaluation for the Saderat Bank of Tehran; and in the next step evaluates efficiency of bank branches by using Data Envelopment Analysis method.

Vegetable Oils can be combined with alcohol (typically Methanol) to produce chemical combinations so-called Ester. They are also called biodiesel if used as fuel. This fuel is biologically decomposable. In addition, as this kind of fuel is used as component, minor changes in engine is required. Computations on effective combustion factors show that Net Heating Value is 18577 Btu/1b for a combination of 20% biodiesel and 80% diesel (B20), and it is 19159 Btu/1b for diesel fuel. The amounts of Adiabatic Flame Temperature of fuel are also calculated as 3899 ˚F for B20 and 3879 ˚F for diesel fuel. As a result of analyzing effective diesel engine performance indicators for a model of diesel engine, the amount of heat efficiency of biodiesel and diesel fuel, are the same as 41%. It is also calculated that Indicated Power of the engine model is 78.2 kW for diesel fuel and 75.7 kW for bio diesel. Diesel engine Volumetric Efficiency, as the third effective parameter of engine performance, was also introduced, and the amount of results for B20 fuel and diesel fuel were 83% and 80% respectively. The results show minor differences in the amounts of combustion and engine performance factors for both mentioned fuels. Hence, according to environmental requirements and decreasing trend of fossil resources, the renewable bio diesel fuel is spotlighted as one of the essential alternatives for diesel fuel.

The past decade has seen many firms focusing on quality management as an essential activity for improving profit, market share, and competitiveness. The goal of this research is to determine the usage amount of quality management principles and activities, and their effects on each other and on performance indicators (personnel performance & operational performance) in Dshtestan cement industries located in the Bushehr province. Statistical population of this research includes all employees in Dshtestan cement industries. The SPSS is used for statistical analysis of gathered data to test the hypotheses, and LISREL software is used for testing the research model of Structural Equation Modeling Technique. Research findings illustrate that between quality management activities, teamwork has the greatest effect on continues improvement. Also, close relationships between teamwork and personnel performance, and between customer focus and operational performance are stronger than other relationships. The research results also tell us that some acts must be done to increase team & group participation, and it is necessary to pay attention to internal and external customers -inside of results and goods- to improve performance indicators.

In this research, Hunt type 6-DOF parallel robot is optimized based on kinetostatic performance indices and the effect of geometrical parameters on these indices is investigated. For this purpose, structural and geometrical parameters of Hunt type parallel robot are introduced. in order to determine the relationship between joint angle values and end effector coordinates, inverse kinematic is obtained. Jacobian matrix is developed to map velocity from joint space to Cartesian space. Manipulability, force manipulability and condition number are considered as indices to evaluate the robot performance. By defining the fitness functions, constraints and boundaries of geometric parameters, the optimized parallel robot structure is obtained using the multi-objective bees algorithm. A set of robot geometric parameters is presented, each of which has the best performance based on one of the indices. Also, a robot with specific geometric parameters is selected, which is suitable based on almost all performance indices. Finally, the effect of end effector movement on robot performance is investigated.
