Abstract:The purpose of this study was the explaining mental health of educational women on the basis of social capital. Method of study was correlational and the statistical population consisted of all women teachers of Sarbaz city that with the help of Kokran's formulate 191 women selected from the population of Sarbaz city through cluster random sampling method. Questionnaires of goldberg's mental health (1972), social capital questionnaires of Sahami (1996) were used to collect data. Descriptive statistics and correlation and regression method were used to analyze data. The results showed that there is significant relationship between the social capital andmental health.In addition mental health showed significant relationship with social network and political trust. But didn’t show significant relationship with social cooperation and family trust. The regression analyzes showed that the dimensions of political trust and social network could predict mental health of educational women.Social capital creates social cohesion, confidence, and a willingness to engage in local activities. He also believes that social capital can reduce stress and health risk factors.

Women's political socialization, in the field of politics and decision-making, has an important role in the development and modernization of any country, and realizing the importance of this issue, every country should try to remove cultural, social, political and economic barriers to women's participation for Achieving the growth and prosperity of society in all areas. Considering the importance of political socialization and the role of women in society, this study was conducted as a survey in a community consisting of 8763 cultural women in Ahvaz. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, variance and frequency tables as well as inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation test. Linear regression was used to investigate the natural scatter of data. Findings show that there is a significant relationship between women's political socialization and gender socialization variable. The correlation coefficient between them is 0.138 and their significance level is 0.05. Therefore, we conclude that the different gender socialization of women is one of the barriers to political socialization.

Women's employment renders to be an important issue to be scientifically discussed in today's world. Women seek jobs for numerous reasons which make them accept other social responsibilities other than their domestic duties. These, in fact, are fighting two fronts. Women's employment today is one of the issues that arises in the community and women are working for a variety of reasons.And they even have to accept social responsibilities in addition to their responsibilities at home and the education of their children.This is where we are faced with the "working women".People who serve and serve on two important fronts, the community and the family.Also women's employment is one of the issues that is posing in Iran and has had some effects in the community. In this study, the factors and implications for the employment of cultural women in Sabzevar are studied and analyzed. Also, the purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between factors such as job satisfaction, sense of security, income and personal development (self-development) and the attitude towards the employment of cultural women. The statistical population of the research was women's cultural schools in Sabzevar, and the sample size was 200 people who were randomly selected using Cochran's formula and cluster sampling method. The research method is survey and data gathering tool is a questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis are used to process a suitable proposed model. The results show that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction, feeling of security and self-esteem, and attitude towards employment, but income has not affected their attitude toward employment.
