        Investment has an undeniable role in creating job opportunities and GDP growth. In this study, the effective components on the distribution of capital in the agricultural sector in Khuzestan province have been identified and prioritized using the fuzzy conceptual model (FAHP) and include reviewing previous research and documentation, interviewing agricultural experts and using MAXQDA software. 2018 is for interview analysis.The reliability of the researcher-made questionnaire was obtained with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.855. The statistical population includes 62 people. The results of using MATLAB software indicate that 4 main criteria (technical-economic, political, structural and cultural-social) and 8 sub-criteria were identified and the highest weight belongs to the technical-economic criterion (0.555) and the lowest weight belongs to It is a socio-cultural criterion (in the amount of 0.031).         Today, due to the complexity and involvement of various factors in the discussion of material selection, manufacturers in the field of competition need a strong and scientific tool that identify all the factors influencing the choice of materials, determine the importance these factors and balance them .In this research, we try to present a fuzzy hybrid approach to identify and prioritize the factors influencing the selection of automotive polymeric materials. For this purpose, after reviewing the experimental records by surveying organizational experts and using fuzzy Delphi technique, we identified and screened the factors of competitive advantage affecting the selection of materials and we weighted and prioritized these factors using fuzzy hierarchical analysis technique. Based on the results obtained by fuzzy Delphi technique, five indicators: economic, technical, environmental, social and technology inclusive of 29 related sub-indicators, identified and Sieved. Then we calculated the importance of indices and sub-indices using fuzzy hierarchical analysis technique. The results showed that the highest importance is related to technical and economic indicators and the least importance is related to technology index. In addition,from the economic index Sub-index the market value, From the technical index Sub-index the weight, From the environmental index Sub-index the recyclability, From the social index Sub-index the health and safety and from the technology index Sub-index the current facilities, obtained the highest degree of importance. This uncertainty increases the system costs while economic order quantity (EOQ) gives direct benefit to the organization. In this research, a new inventory control model will be devised due to the volume discount and under fuzzy approach. To calculate the optimal parameters, we used pre-solving de-fuzzification for all entrance parameters and pro-solving de-fuzzification for all output parameters based on torques method in parameters certainty. Meanwhile, converting de-fuzzification models to classical models and replacing de-fuzzy digits finally led to calculate the suggestive parameters. To better illustrate the model sensitivity, we used a case study. The result showed this heuristic approach would analytically examine the model and determine optimal parameters quantity for each level and each optimal level could be selected depends on the organization policies.  Manuscript profile

        Choosing a suitable opportunity in conditions of uncertainty is a common problem for entrepreneurs. The software startup procedure is particularly vulnerable to extreme uncertainty and competition; therefore, analyzing opportunities and threats is critical for software entrepreneurs. Hence, the present study aims to identify the criteria of uncertainty in evaluating entrepreneurial opportunities in technology-driven businesses of the software industry with a fuzzy approach using a mixture of qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population of the research includes experts in the software industry. In this regard, first, a theoretical basis was obtained by examining the background. Second, we performed semi-structured interviews and extracted and coded 115 phrases. Third, after combining the general and subsidiary phrases, we reached 84 phrases, and by combining similar phrases, we selected 29 phrases. Forth, after categorizing those phrases, we determined the six axes of uncertainty and used the fuzzy Ahp technique and Geometric Buckley averaging in Microsoft Excel to rank those six axes as follows: 1-uncertainty in resources, 2-uncertainty in competition, 3-technological uncertainty, 4-political uncertainty, 5-uncertainty in agents, and 6-customer uncertainty. Finally, the model of evaluating entrepreneurial opportunities in conditions of uncertainty was designed using a fuzzy approach in the software industry. Manuscript profile

        Financial technology has drastically changed the financial services industry andinstitutions in areas such as banking and insurance. Given the increasing role of FinTech in the future of the financial services industry, important understand the affecting drivers on future of financial technology. The present study seeks to identify and prioritize the drivers affect the future of financial technology in the country. This study has positive philosophical basis due to the use quantitative methods and its orientation is practical. The theoretical population the research is financial technology experts in the country and the samples were selected using judgmental sampling method. Two tools of interview and questionnaire were used to collect data. To analyze the data, the drivers extracted from the literature review and interviews with experts were first screened using fuzzy Delphi and expert opinions. the 14 key drivers identified, 7 drivers were excluded using fuzzy Delphi analysis and remaining factors were analyzed using the best-worst fuzzy typetechnique. Given the weights gained, the drivers of international exchanges and transactions, models cooperation between fintech institutions and traditional financial institutions and paying attention the interests and views of stakeholders in developing laws and regulations have the greatest impact on the future of financial technology.
