        The aim and Context: In today's rapidly changing environment, recognizing and evaluating organizational culture, as appropriate context to make organizational changes, plays a key role in the successful implementation of organizational improvement programs. The aim of study is to provide a quantitative-qualitative approach to pathology organizational culture. Methodology: The method of study is mixed method(quantitative and qualitative). The study population consisted of staff and experts in the field of defense.         Objective: The purpose of this study was to design a model for identifying entrepreneurial opportunities in the tourism industry of East Azerbaijan province in order to develop the entrepreneurial policy.Methods: The research method was from the point of view of practical-developmental goal and from the point of view of the method of mixed method,. The main data collection tool in this section was interview. In this section, a group of experts is used for interviews. Sampling in this section is done theoretically and sampling is continued until the theoretical saturation is reached. In the quantitative part, based on confirmatory factor analysis, the validation of the main themes has been done through sub-themes based on experimental data. In the second step, the quantitative part, based on the main themes, the structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) method has been used to design a pattern for identifying entrepreneurial opportunities in the tourism industry. The data collection tool in this section was a questionnaire. The statistical population of this section includes all managers of industries related to the tourism industry.         The main goal of this research is to present the behavioral model of momentum and random investors in the Iranian stock market and to estimate the factors affecting it. In this way, the antecedents and consequences of the financial behavior of momentum and random investors can be compared. Applied research has been done in a mixed method. Qualitative part of foundation data theory and quantitative part of structural equation technique. The data collected through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, theoretical sampling continued until the categories were saturated, and interviews conducted with 24 Momentum and Random investors. Then, based on the theoretical systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin in the three main steps of open coding, central coding and selective coding, the behavioral model of both types of investors presented in terms of components, antecedents and consequences. In the following, research hypotheses formulated and tested in the quantitative part of the hypotheses. The results indicate that among the causal conditions of momentum investors' behavior, individual factors, psychological factors of the market, investor's feelings during the transaction and news and information have a significant effect. In addition, among the causal conditions of random investors' behavior, demographic factors, mental and emotional states and conditions, shareholders' expectations and news and information have a significant impact.         Constructivism theory is one of the approaches that has had a profound impact on learning and teaching approaches. The main goal of the research is to design and evaluate the evaluation model of the religion and life course of the second high school based on the constructivist perspective with a mixed approach. This research is applied and descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose. The research method is of a mixed type and has been carried out in two parts, quantitative and qualitative. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative part is 18 educational management experts and experienced teachers who were selected using the snowball sampling method and 11 theoretical saturation points. The semi-structured interview data collection tool is derived from theoretical foundations. The method of analysis of this section is based on data theory. The results of this part of the research are explained in the form of five main categories and sub-categories: Causal factors including the ability of the designed curriculum to achieve the goals of the program, intervening factors including the requirement of a leader teacher, strategic factors including creating a questionable environment, background factors including providing learning opportunities in learners, the consequences include creating a spirit of inquiry in learners. The quantitative part of the research was distributed using a researcher-made questionnaire tool derived from the qualitative model of the research after confirming the validity and reliability in the statistical population where the number of the statistical sample was estimated to be 213 people based on random cluster sampling.         Some organizations invest a lot on employee’s training so that improve performance and productivity, but sometimes that is not effective. So, evaluating effectiveness of training courses and exploring their improvement instructions seems important. In this regard, our study is established in Rafsanjan Industrial Estate companies using follow-up explanations model of mixed methods. To this end, first Kirkpatrick questionnaire that it’s content validity and reliability were verified before, was distributed among a sample of 156 learners. In order to test the effectiveness of courses, one-sample t test were used. The post hoc tests were done using one-way ANOVA. All test were done in SPSS. Then, improvement instructions were explored through deep open interviews with a sample of 68 learners. Interviews were continued up to theoretical saturation and data were analyzed via MAXQDA.  Results showed that effectiveness of held training courses and its aspects (reaction, learning, behavior, and results) were located on a variable domain of middle to much base on different demographic variables in a 95 percent confidence level. Moreover, some instructions about time, site, title, and executive organization of training courses were presented base on research findings.     Manuscript profile

        Today, many efforts of business managers are focused on the issue of competitiveness. On the other hand, some social developments have raised the level of demands and expectations of people in society and the importance of social status and credibility of organizations has increased in turn. Therefore, in this study, the competitiveness model of the Welfare Bank was designed with a social marketing approach using a mixed method. In the qualitative stage of the research, the discovery of the competitiveness model of the Welfare Bank with a social marketing approach was investigated. The study population in this study was the managers of the branches of the Welfare Bank. From among the different branches of this bank, a sample of 127 managers was randomly selected. Necessary information in qualitative research was done through interviews and then data analysis was done through PLS software. Findings of the research in the qualitative stage showed that social responsibility, the bank's adherence to the green marketing approach, creating trust and well-being for customers, implementing customer-oriented policies, emphasizing customer satisfaction and loyalty with targeted marketing methods are factors affecting competitive advantage.         The purpose of this research was to design and explain the performance management model of the employees of the country's tax affairs organization. This present research was conducted in a qualitative (systematic review and theme analysis) and quantitative (structural equations) in terms of its purpose and developmental nature . The statistical population of the qualitative section included people with opinions related to the country's tax affairs organization, including high-ranking employees of the country's tax affairs organization with competency indicators. 12 people were selected as a sample by purposeful and snowball method and at the limit of theoretical saturation.in quantitative part ; 360 employees of the tax affairs organization of Tehran were selected as samples . in the qualitative part of tesis ;a semi-structured interview was used، in the quantitative part; a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Based on the results of a model and framework for managing the performance of employees of the country's tax affairs organization in the form of three dimensions, the basic requirements of employee management, which included the elements of individual factors, general competence and individual competence, the dimension of the background and context of the management of the organization's employees, which includes elements such as organizational values, goals and It has organizational strategies and professional performance standards, and finally, the dimension of organizational growth and development of employee management, which includes the factors of guidance and supervision, performance development, training, monitoring and observation, strengthening motivation and attraction, recruitment and adjustment, with a total of 101 components.         Marketing has a high place and importance in today's world economy, and various researches and surveys are being conducted in the field of marketing, especially the marketing of agricultural products and medicinal plants. The current research is designed with the aim of discovering the mental pattern of elites, specialists, professors and senior managers in the field of agriculture and marketing in Iran regarding the development of marketing of agriculture and medicinal plants. The method of the present research is mixed and interpretative and exploratory and using the grounded theory technique. In the qualitative part, the statistical population includes elites, professors and senior managers in the field of agriculture, the Ministry of Health, and the Chamber of Commerce and Marketing of Medicinal Plants, who use sampling method. An in-depth interview was conducted with 15 people and the theory building process reached theoretical saturation with 15 interviews. Data analysis was done by using Strauss and Corbin coding method and in quantitative analysis, 9 variables obtained from the qualitative model were considered as hypotheses and inferences and were tested with Pearson correlation coefficient and then indexed in a model. T three stages of coding with more than 108 meaningful propositions, 211 corresponding concepts, 23 subcategories, 9 main categories, and one core category. And quantitative results were also confirmed with structural tests. Finally, it is suggested that the training of skilled, expert and efficient human resources should be done by specialists and senior managers in all fields of agricultural marketing and medicinal plants.         The need for efficient management, accurate budgeting and planning with an integrated, flexible and intelligent organizational strategy is an important step in rationalization the process and the future of the company. Designing and explaining the business process management model with a performance improvement approach in service-oriented companies in Tehran is the main purpose of this research. The research method was Exploratory mixed (qualitative (Grounded theory) with a statistical sample of 16 people by unstructured interview method and quantitative (survey) with a statistical sample of 368 people). Qualitative results show the formulation of the concepts of economy-oriented, knowledge-oriented, opportunity-oriented in critical conditions and customer-oriented (causal factors), governance-oriented and technology-oriented (contextual factors), competency-oriented and participation-oriented (strategies) and favorable organizational climate (intervention factor) leads to performance-oriented consequences with the aim of promoting and succeeding organizational programs in relation to the central category of optimal business process management.         . The purpose of this study was to design and explain the model of organizational transformation of educational office. This research was an applied research using a mixed-method design. In the qualitative approach, the Delphi method is used by referring to 25 academic and educational experts selected by purposeful methods. In this study, 276 participants were selected by a stratified sampling method with appropriate allocation. The validity of the model was confirmed using face validity, and the reliability of the questionnaire was determined using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results identified 7 dimensions, including a mission, leadership style, human capital, organizational communications, organization structure, information technology, reward system and 17 components for organizational transformation model. Also, the leadership style dimension and the components of transformational leadership and internal reward were determined as the most important ones. In addition to being very rich in the theoretical base, this research will also help to develop the cognition domain. The study suggests that if Managers of government organizations use the dimensions and components of the organizational transformation model, organizational transformation was highly effectiveness to achieve organizational performance and innovation.         Abstract Integrated Reporting As the latest development of reporting, it has created a new era of providing and communicating financial and non-financial information and value creation. This has made business sustainability and social responsibility more important. The main purpose of this study is to formulate and explain the model of factors affecting integrated reporting by heuristic mixed method. For this purpose, first the qualitative part, using the data method of the foundation and interviewing 19 experts by snowball sampling method, integrated reporting categories and stimuli including causal conditions, background conditions, intervening conditions, strategies and consequences were formulated and modeled. The final was presented. In the quantitative part, research hypotheses were developed and to test them, a questionnaire was designed and information was collected by 368 people who did not participate in the qualitative part. Hypotheses were collected and tested by structural equation method using smart PLS software. The results of the quantitative stage showed that the causal category (legal requirements and conditions and political and economic relations) affects the central category (integrated reporting), the central category (integrated reporting) affects strategies, the intervening condition (instructions and characteristics of the company's management) It affects the strategies, the context conditions (accountability and evaluation system and company facilities) affect the strategies and the leaders (creating a responsible institution and setting the standard and training) affect the consequences.
