        In today's world, which has known as a communication age and technological changes and innovations, communication , information and services has a high rate, The countries and organizations is successful that has powerful presence in this era, and expanding New communication technologies have a special place in public relations and can accomplish the mission of public relations outside the confines of time and space. So according to this circumstances and needs of community to use these new technologies, the need for public relations agencies has felt in the city of Damavand. In this research three related hypothesis was considered by knowing how to use the new technologies in electronic public relations in Damavand’s executive organization and 100 managers and employees working in the public relations executive were selected according to Morgan to complete the questionnaire. Then it was measured by spss software and nonparametric and parametric tests. Analysis of the data showed that the recognition of new communications technologies in Damavand’s public relations is in the medium level but they use it more. In this context, managers and employees can increase their knowledge of technology, digital literacy and they can use these technologies more effectively. Manuscript profile

In the meantime, Public Relations as the most basic and most important unitof any organization plays the role of informing and a strong communicating bridge between staffs organization and externalmilieu. This unit can be the corridor for changes and provide necessary awareness for accelerating the change process bytraining instruments it holds. Also public relationship or necessary skills can be effective in top management so thatmanagement be accompanied in change processing. If we accept that use of data technology and relationship in a basicchange is positive and effective, with the adoption, public relations find a new face that one way of providing of this new faceis changing public relation from traditional to electronic. The electronic public relation can firm its activities with detailedplans measurement by data technologies and communicative with quick Informing and on time and considering to Pivotal ofaudience, so that by providing optimized services, clarification of the information, leaves a sense of trust and good mentalpicture in internal and external dimensions of the organization.         Augmented reality technology usage in electronic public relations, is the Communication PhD Thesis of Islamic Azad University of Science and Research. In this study that is researched in survey method, the view of 140 academics and IT professionals, IT journalists and PR professionals is collected, and discussed in detail, about augmented reality technology applications in electronic public relations in public and private devices Augmented reality is a real phenomenon which is watched on cellphones or tablets or smart glasses that visual information, audio and video information from the computer or GPS is added to it. This technology usage has been developed recently in different activities such as public relations and advertising and entertainment industry. It is used also in media technology, medicine, industry, education, tourism, advertising and social activities Researcher has 4 hypotheses for this study: 1. Augmented Reality technology helps companies and organizations to offer their products and services better and more understandable to customers.2. Wearable stuffes such as smart glasses based on augmented reality technology are the most important applications in exhibitions.3. there is a significant relation between using of augmented reality technology in the process of advertising and branding and public relations managers awareness of the applications of this technology.4. The use of augmented reality technology attracts more teenagers and young audience and customers. All hypotheses are confirmed.         Abstract:This study was done to determine the effective factors in developing electronic public relations in Islamic Azad university Roudehen branch. The given factors consisted of sub-structures, the role of human power, electronic atmosphere, the role of human relations as independent variables which affect the development of electronic public relations. The study is of descriptive and survey type. Regarding the purpose, it was applied. It was also based on the documents and field work. The research tool was researcher-made and its related index of reliability appeared to be 0.84. The population consisted of all teachers and staff working in the Roudehen branch (totally 1100 subjects) out of whom 338 were considered as the research sample. The results of the study, using regression and Spearman rank order correlation coefficient, showed that the research independent variables do not have significant effect on the development of electronic public relations in Islamic Azad university Roudehen branch.
