In service-providing agencies and organizations, the service-providing staff communicates directly with customers. The interpersonal relationships between customers and the service staff are of a social and professional nature. The quality of such interpersonal relationships allows customers to form a general idea about the quality of services, thus leading to their satisfaction and loyalty. The present study investigates the effect of interpersonal relationships of service providers and service receivers, and the effect of interpersonal relationships of service receivers with one another relative to their overall satisfaction with and their attitudinal and behavioral loyalty to the service providing organization. The study further examines personal loyalty to the service provider and personal loyalty to other customers or receivers. Data were gathered through established methods and analyzed by means of correlation. The study was of the investigative type, and data were collected from 387 subjects by means of cluster random sampling. The results showed that all of the kindergartens in Tehran have a correlation among "closeness of interpersonal relationships between service providing staff and customers" "customers’ overall satisfaction", "behavioral loyalty", "attitudinal loyalty", "personal loyalty to the service-providing staff", and "personal loyalty to other customers." The foregoing proved to be positively correlated and significant. Also, the correlation among "closeness of interpersonal customers and customers' overall satisfaction, behavioral loyalty, attitudinal loyalty and personal loyalty to other customers are both positive and significant. This research has studied the effects of life skills training on personal relationship, self esteem and assertiveness of blind girls at isfahan Fatemeh Zahra blind rehabilitation center in 2007.This has been a sub experimental research and used pre-test, post-test plan with a control group. The used tools in this research about subscale of personal relationship come from exciting intelligence questionnaire of Bra- dberry and Griaves -self -esteem questionnaire of Rosenberg assertiveness questionnaire of Alberti and Emmons and researcher constru- cted demographic questionnaire. Whole blind girls of this rehabilitation center made researching statistical community. So, the girls of 20 to 40 years old received attention for researching, because, they could understand the sessions better. 26 girls selected randomly among them and arranged in 2 experimental and control groups Life skills taught to experi- mental group during 9 sessions, each 2 hours and 2 sessions in a week. multivariate analysis of variance result showed that that life skills training had meaningful and positive effect on self-esteem and assertiveness of blind girls of experimental group(P≤0/001), but had no meaningful effect on their personal relation- ships (P≥0 /05). Due to the fact that bipolar disorder is one of the most common psychiatric disorders, this study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness on improving bipolar disorder syndrome with a history of impulsive behaviors. The method used in this research is experimental and pre-test-post-test design. The statistical population in this study was patients with bipolar disorder in the psychiatric ward of Farabi Hospital in Isafahn in 2019. Based on the diagnosis of a psychiatrist, they were diagnosed with this disorder. And were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups and 11 people were placed in each group. Data were collected through the Barratt Impulsivity Scale (Barratt, 2004), Bar-on Emotional Intelligence (Bar-on, 1980). Data analysis was analyzed by analysis of covariance and SPSS25 software. The results showed that the intervention made significant changes in improving interpersonal relationships and impulsive actions of bipolar disorder (p= 0.001). Mindfulness-based therapeutic interventions were effective in improving interpersonal relationships and reducing impulsive behaviors. Manuscript profile

The present study was conducted in order to investigate the predictive power of personality traits for reactions to interpersonal transgressions in university students. The statistical population of the current study, which was conducted in a correlational design, included all students studying at the Persian Gulf University in the academic year of 1402-1401. The sample members include 224 students (96 male and 128 female) who were selected using the multi-stage cluster sampling method. The scales used in this research included Five-factor Personality Questionnaire (McCrae and Costa) and The Transgression-Related Interpersonal Motivations Inventory—18-Item Version (TRIM–18). Data were analyzed using stepwise regression analysis. The findings showed that the two traits of agreeableness (β=0.26, P<0.01), and openness to experience (β=0.21, P<0.01) are direct predictors of the forgiveness reaction. Revenge reaction was directly predicted by trait neuroticism (β=0.44, P<0.01), but reversely predicted by agreeableness (β=0.44, P<0.01), and openness to experience (β=0.23, P<0.01). Avoidance reaction was also inversely predicted by agreeableness (β=0.43, P<0.01) and openness to experience (β=0.25, P<0.01), but it was directly predicted by the trait of neuroticism (β=0.19, P<0.01). Considering the role of personality traits in predicting the type of reactions in interpersonal conflicts, focusing on and strengthening the personality traits that facilitate interpersonal relationships can be an effective prevention factor for interpersonal transgressions. The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between stress and coping strategies with interpersonal relationships among employees of the 18th district of Tehran. The method of this research is correlational and according to the method of data collection, it is part of descriptive (non-experimental) research. The statistical population of this research included all the municipal employees of the 18th district of Tehran in 2014-2015. The sample of this research consisted of 100 employees of the Municipality of Region 18 which were selected by available sampling method. Costa and McCree (NEO), Daas stress, Lazarus coping strategies, and Quinn's interpersonal relationships questionnaires were used to collect information. Findings using Pearson's correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between the dimensions of personality types and interpersonal relationships. Also, there is a negative and significant correlation between stress and interpersonal relationships. The results of the correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between the dimensions of personality types and job burnout. Also, there is a negative and significant correlation between problem-oriented strategy and job burnout and a positive and significant correlation with interpersonal relationships. 10 - The Consideration of Validity and reliability of Adult Self xpression Scale and relationship between Self Expression and quality of interpersonal relationship on male and female teachers
        Ahmad Davodi Rahim Davari

The purpose of this study was to investigate the validity and reliability   of  adult self expression scale  and relationship between   Self Expression and   quality of   interpersonal relationship on male and female teachers of Qazvin in the academic year of 2017-2016. Sample consists of 400 teachers selected randomly cluster sampling. The   data gathering tool included self-disclosure scale-the adult forms of Hollandsworth‚  Galassi & Gay   (1977), the quality of interpersonal relationships, Pierce, Sarason, & Sarason (1991), and  Rathus assertivness Schedule  (1973). To analyze the data and   to investigate the research hypotheses, exploratory and confirmatory research   was applied, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression were used. The   results of Cronbach's alpha coefficient and point-to-point coefficient showed   that 33 of 47 questions were eliminated due to lack of clean factor higher   than 0.20 and the standardized Cronbach's alpha coefficient for 14 questions   was calculated 0.78. Exploratory factor analysis by main component analysis   and varimax rotation method showed that the self-detection scale has one   factor, and this is a factor with a specific value of 3.65, alone, reveals   26.04% of the variance of the test. The results of the first factor analysis   also showed the validity of the scale structure. The results of Pearson   correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant   relationship between self-disclosure and quality of relationship with   parents, quality of relationship with each other, overall score of the   quality of interpersonal relationships. The results of self-regression   self-disclosure on the quality of interpersonal relationships revealed that   0.014% of the variance in the quality of the relationship with the parents,   0.12% of the variance of the quality of the relationship with the spouse, and   0.018 of the variance of the quality of the relationship between, are   explained through self-disclosure.
